it drove me a little bit insane finding out that the writers didn’t intend for them to be queer when the dialogue is like THAT.

As a fan of these games it IS insane there's no straight explanation these guys are in love 100%
What i find the best part of all this is that they ACCIDENTALLY made them homo for one another and then when they remastered the original trilogy they purposely made lines GAYER (but the unnecessary feelings line was always there... How do you NOT know what youre doing with that... 😭)

I'm currently playing Ace Attorney and I was NOT expecting the game to actually be so heavy handed with the Phoenix/Miles subplot. I thought the fandom just liked a good old rivals to lovers, but no they're actually just like that.
i was the same when i first played LMAO. i just figured it was another instance of fans seeing two men who hated each other and shipping them for no reason. nope. these two are IN LOVE.
