I've shared this once and I will share it again. I am a very sedentary person and if I had not found your videos I wouldn't have gotten nearly as much exercise as I have this past year. Your channel really helped me put into perspective that even stretching my body out just a bit is better than nothing at all. Even if my heart rate isn't bumping by the end, the way you make these practices accessible and realistic for folks who may not be the most fit or dislike exercise has really been wonderful for my health.
I took a yoga class once in undergrad and hated it because it was always a difficult practice with lots of poses like down dog and planks. For someone coming in with not much upper body strength that discouraged me.
Since starting your practices, down dog is a piece of cake and I am probably the most flexible I've been in my life (still very stiff but at least I can touch my toes!). This is the most consistent I've ever been with any sort of exercise and even when life gets overwhelming and I have to stop for a few days, I always come back because I know I can ease myself in with a yin yoga practice or a 5-10 minute video of yours.
Lastly, these videos came at the perfect time in my life. I'm in a position where I have way more obligations than I usually do and I officially was diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and anxiety as an adult. The coping skills that I implemented throughout childhood (and kept me under the radar for anyone noticing my struggles) finally fell through under all of life's pressures which led to the diagnosis. Now I'm learning better ones and starting my day with these videos have helped me a ton mentally and physically. So, thank you so much for all that you do and being candid about your own mental health.

I was inspired to strengthen my body losing weight made me look and feel weak no you tube at the time I discovered Richard Hittleman I think that’s his name it was over 40 years ago I’ve had yoga in my - on and off for that long it comes in handy as a jump start to any change I want in my life .
