    i can absolutely attest to the benefits of practicing yoga daily. i've seen improvements in my physical health as well as my mindset and notice a difference in how my days flow when i start them with yoga. 🧡

    Thank you for sharing! Nice and quick and a really good legs stretch! 💜 Imma be working on splits again starting in the fall. I have one 10 mile race I'm prepping for and then I can focus on the splits after that and hope I can actually do splits this year! 🧘🏾‍♀️🧎🏾‍♀️💜🧚🏾‍♀️

    Thank you for the practice! I love how my body is more flexible after that! But I think that you give less time to be in the pose when you do on the second side

    I love your videos! I’ve been doing yoga with you for a long time. I work 5-7 hour standing shifts, can you do a 15-20 minuet foot and leg flow? My dogs are barking 🐶Thank you for your presence, and peace and love 🧡

    I just did a "beginner yoga" that was so hard that I was grinding my teeth. Nope. Back to Nico it is. Nico, I would love a longer session focused on recovery for athletes. Did you make one and I missed it?

      it’s normal. i’d say continue your practice & focus on your breathing or do videos centered around mindfulness.
