Okay try this one Luciano Pavarotti and James Brown this is a man's world
WATCH THE MOVIE "THE GRIND"!!! HE'S IN IT! HE PLAYS THE GUY RUNNING THE HOTEL WHERE THEY CLEAN THE POOL TO SKATE IT!!
You can't listen to this song and not have a smile on your face. I don't care what your background with music is, it's transcending no matter what era you are from.
Great reaction!
Totally agree!
SO TRUE!! I was lucky enough to meet Charlie Daniels and have my photo taken with him some years ago. Such a kind sweet man. RIP Mr. Daniels
Yes, you do. Bobcat!
5:54 actually sounded like Pennywise!
OMG.. I'm the whitest man on the planet and I just want to hug you and celebrate. Watching you enjoy this was freaking awesome. This is deep American spirit. May God bless you.
RIP dear Charlie You’re so missed!!!
I’m 55 years old. I grew up with this. Thank you for reacting to it.
Charlie Daniels was country rapping decades ago...I'd forgotten how fun this song was.
He was one hell of a funny comic! He would have you rolling!
Has he passed away?
@@angelika_munkastrap4634 No sir, he’s still alive. Here’s his info:

@@LadyGator1983 lol.
You have the wrong person. This is Charlie Daniels. He passed away in 2020
@@scottdavis421 I wasn’t referring to Charlie Daniels, I was referring to the comic that the guy asked me about.
Every human with working ears and eyes should hear and see this.
The way they fill up the audience with energy….THEY FUCKIN PARTIED THAT NIGHT…That energy has to somewhere lol
No way, the keyboardist's left arm is in a f*cking sling.
Crazy talent and apparently he got by 1 handed
It's crazy, isn't it? That is some serious skill.
They didn’t call him “Taz” for no reason. He played as good one-handed as many play with both hands.
@@Tuesdays_Gone It blows me away. Hell, there are two people who can't play that amazingly with both hands.
Well shit, what are you gonna do, leave him home, fire him? Let the boy play!
Your sheer joy in the music is beautiful to see. Furthermore, I have been watching these videos for 2 hours now and I think its fantastic to see you young people giving this older stuff a chance. I'd like to see some of you sitting with older people and letting us hear some of your music that you think we'd like or that means something to you. Music is something we all have in common. It's a wonderful way to connect
Outlaw Country at it's best!!! For me, it's hard to put the Charlie Daniels Band in a genre, but what comes to mind is, Blue Grass, country, Appalachia folk, etc. A blend of mountain music, which takes its inspirations from Irish, Scottish, and American folk and blends them all to make this 😊.
Your reactions are gold, man 🤣🤣🤣
Your reaction to The Charlie Daniels Band was terrific! Your smile was contagious! Thank you!
The part that Johnny played; Fire on the mountain, Chicken in the breadpan etc. Are songs in and of themselves, so what you hear are just the names of the songs that Johnny played. So people think Johnny didn't play as well as the devil don't understand that.
I'd also recommend his song Long Hair Country Boy.
It was a pleasure to watch you react to this song! RIP Charlie Daniels, you were one of a kind.
Don't know who he is, but I love the way you get excited and your voice squeaks. It shows you're into it.
When I first listened to this song in the 80's, I heard the word bitch for the first time. I'm 58 now and I still remember every word. This was way before lip synching and song boards. Every sounds that was made was made from those instruments. Classic.
Try Uneasy Rider. I live in Charlie's town, he was a great man and raised millions for veterans and performed many shows for soldiers during wartime.
Yes he did
It’s basically a story of a Hillbilly version of a rap battle against the devil. 🤣
this song was created YEARS before rap was spawned.
Funniest description of anything ever! Well done madam, well done.
No it isn't
🐐
lol facts
Awesome song! Great reaction!
Legend has it Johnny fiddles to this day, daring the devil to try again.
One of the greatest performances of all time - R.I.P. Charlie - your reaction have the best energy!! 😍
Charlie Daniels Southern rap classic was released in 1979. Talk about ahead of the curve,, Great reaction!! (btw HB, I'm pretty sure no one will be comparing your voice to Charlie Daniels :-) Highest regards sir, RNB
CHARLIE DANIELS "LONG HAIRED COUNTRY BOY"..A MUST HEAR.. TRUTH!!
Crowd that big BEFORE INTERNET those fans came from the radio
I absolutely adore your grin listening to this, the sheer JOY in your face made my month. This is an incredible and fun piece of music, and it always fun. Your reaction brought me so much joy that I was laughing out loud.
i love music too my man and to see the emotion and vibration and uplifting appreciation you feel deep down in your soul man is something ALL people can share. Much love, great react. Many thanks-G
Hey nephew, love your big beautiful smile, and reaction to this video ❤
Uneasy Rider,Long Hair Country Boy,Legend of Wooly Swamp,Drinking my baby good bye are some other great CDB songs
And Uneasy Rider '88 after Uneasy Rider. It's part 2.
Uneasy Rider. Charlie's first hit. I also like the South's Gonna Do It Again. It's about southern Rock, not the confederacy.
I love your reaction! Charlie Daniels G.O.A.T 🔥🔥🔥
Unfortunately Charlie left us about a year ago headed up to that big concert in the sky. He was not only a consummate musician and performer but he was very giving of his own time. In the Florida county where I live he helped build The Angelus House that serves and houses people with severe cerebral palsy and other chronic handicaps. He held annual shows to raise money for The Angelus for decades.
Drinking my baby bye bye. I love me some Charlie Daniels so happy to have seen him in concert it was wild
Best reaction to this song ever! I had to rewatch. 🤣🤣🤣🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Us Southern folks talk quick....I LOVE your reaction!!! This song released when I was 9 and still love it to this day over 40 yrs later
This was an amazing reaction and it was a joy to watch! Thank you!
Now you need to watch Jethro Tull " Locomotive Breath" the live version, you won't be disappointed!
I second this so hard
Third
Everyone loves the line where Johnny calls the Devil a Son of a Bitch!
Legend of Wolly Swamp is a classic.
Charlie Daniels ❣️
The BEST there ever was
R.I.Parafise Charlie 🤗🤗🤗
Great REACTION
I saw him live and talk about a huge man!! RIP 😢
He was a crazy comedian... yeah you kind of do when you’re hyped!
Greatest fiddle player to ever live. Facts
Man I was dying within the first 20 seconds, bobcat is legendary lol. I'm loving the energy, let's go!
Another humorous story song is Jerry Reed's When You're Hot You're Hot.
Oh geez, I forgot about this song! Good one! There was another funny song called The Mississippi Squirrel Revival but I can't remember the guy's name who sang it. I know someone reading this will know and hopefully help a sister out lol
Jerry Reed has several humorous songs. Smokey and the Bandit, or A great one is Amos Moses. And Ray Stevens did the song Mississippi Squirrel Revival. He also did The Streak, which is hilarious.
@@angelskunk2206 Ray Stevens
Great reaction my man... lol. I've seen him live in concert 5 times its crazy brother!!
Your excitement is infectious
Love Charlie Daniels Band, may he R.I.P.
The guy on the keys w one arm tho !! Shout out to him !! I don’t think u noticed him cause you were so excited about the fiddle playing ..!lol 😂
Bobcat Goldwait used to scream a lot and you raise your voice when you get excited. He was a comedian.
😂LOL! I love Bobcat!! You do have a bobcat feel!!
Simple Man by Charlie Daniels is another great song
I loved going out and listening to my brother sing this karaoke. Being able to sing the words so fast while keeping the rhythm is amazing. He is no Charlie Daniels but it is an impressive song to even sing at the most basic level.
Seen this played live in the late 90’s. I’m a metalhead, but it was amazing!!! keep up the great vids dog! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Love this song! I grew up with this and we were so excited cuz Mom said we could say Son of a Bi**h. 😂😂😂
Your reaction made me smile. 😊
I love songs that tell a story.
To Devil: I done Told you once you son of a bitch I'm the best there's ever been. Might be BEST LINE IN MUSIC.
Lol, haven't even watched this yet , & i know you're gonna luv it!!!!
🗺️🕊️💓🎶!
You have to be one my absolute favorites! Your vibe is 🔥!!!
He's a beast
I loved your reaction! It's such a great story and so high energy.
You’re great fun to watch! So glad I came upon your review. Looking forward to seeing more of you
I agree that he’s spitting bars dude !!
Great reaction!! So much fun watching your response. Bobcat Goldthwait was in one of my favorite silly movies called Burglar. I believe he played Whoopi's character's best friend. And, yes, you do sound like him.
Robert "Bobcat" Goldthwaite was a comedian who began his career in the 1980s; he used unusual vocalizations that were a combination of raspy and high-pitched, maybe kind of like your voice gets when you get excited. (Which is wonderful by the way, I love your reactions.)
Haven't heard this for years!
This is probably the best reaction I have seen yet
Keeping an eye on you friend. God bless.
Great video. Try the devil went down to Scunthorpe by the toy dolls. Can’t wait. Love your responses.
Man, I forgot about a Charlie Daniels song that I ran across recently called "Uneasy Rider". It's an earlier song (1973) that reflects the "country hippie" nature of CDB...
I'm sure you'll love the lyrics.
It's one of the best "storyteller" songs I've ever heard.
Basically, it's about getting a flat tire in the boonies in the "Old Deep South"... and the hilarity that ensues.
Dude, you had such a great time and if you just want to see a master at his craft, I suggest Earl Scruggs and friends, Foggy Mountain Breakdown
I don't like country but these guys are on a different level...they are a TRUE legend 😁
HazeBruv...great reaction. You made me smile as u got into this classic.
We used to swill beers and square dance around a campfire when this song played.
Chicken's in the bread pan pickin out dough.
Granny does your dog bite ? No child no were phrases called out while square dancing and you do certain steps and turns.
45 yrs ago we made some sweet memories.
Nice to walk down that lane today and smile.
Thanks 😊😊😊
Old school country rap at its finest
So glad you covered this! And I don't hear Bobcat Goldthwaite....he hasn't been relevant for a minute
I love this reaction video, 🤩👏🏼🤩👏🏼
There are so many reactions to this song on RUclips, but this is one of the best.
wow thank you!
OMG, I never made the Bobcat connection until you said something about it 🤣🤣🤣
(It’s a compliment, so don’t take it harshly!)
Bobcat Goldthwaite comedic actor in some of the police academy movies
I love watching you!!! You make me smile hard, irl! 😍
Charlie talking shit like a rapper 😆, love it!
Love the energy and the excitement on your reactions. Great job.
Bro had the best reaction ever 😂
Hall and Oates.....a popular duo from 70's-80's. Any song is AWESOME!
Comedian! I totally love your voice….hell that’s half the reason the straight subbed! Great voice and happy vibes! What’s not to like!✌️😊
Goddamn, I love you, bruddah! Much aloha from Maui!!!
My father was a coach bus driver in Pennsylvania who ran mostly day trips to the capital, Atlantic city, Philly, ect. One night, his boss called frantically saying they needed a driver and bus to take Charlie and his band to Atlanta because their bus broke down on the interstate near our town. My dad drove them fourteen hours south and although he was told, "You see NOTHING" I was told there was a lot of bottles, rolling of funny smelling cigarettes, at least....They had fun the whole trip. My dad died in 1980, he drove them right around the time they did this concert, possibly coming from Saratoga Springs, going back down south again, later this same night? Maybe. This song was a kids dream because of the SOB that was edited on some stations with the word gun.
You are my favorite reactor! I love your joyful personality
Hank Williams Jr... Country Boy Can Survive... !!!
I have always enjoyed this song, but I have never enjoyed it more than just now watching your reaction to it.
You had me clapping with you bro.. lol
You need to react to the man who played the guitar to this song with his dying washing machine. The washing machine kept time for him and it's hilarious
I love your excitement
If no one has said it yet, Bobcat Goldthwaite is a comedian. If you want an example of how he spoke, check out the movie Police Academy. He was one of the cadets. And yes, I can see why they make that comparison. As far as suggestions go, for more Charlie Daniels Band, try Still in Saigon, the Legend of Wooley Swamp, and Uneasy Rider for some great music.
Police Academy 2. He wasn't in the first one.
This was a lot of fun .. A great reaction.
True talent!
I worked with a construction crew from mt. Juliet for a while, best bunch of shittalkers i ever met
Granny does your dog bite? No child, no. 🙌🙌
