@@culwin I think they recorded the Jimi cover at a live venue to fit the movie setting whereas the other 3 songs were recorded in a studio for sure and they're studio quality. It's sad that this one, which you can tell has a studio recording, wasn't also released on the soundtrack. But I'm happy we got the 2 we did!

Something that might work for this version to be released is to post public petitions for it to be in a 30th anniversary soundtrack album in 2021.

I saw Private Life open for Van Halen in Milwaukee. The OU812 tour. They were outstanding.
