It doesn't deny the fact that they соmmited countless atrосіties, tried to displace and erаse Jеws and Slavs. And ironically that's the same thing that ІsrаеІіs do right now to native РаІеstiniаns.

@@CaptKashi That melody is played over [what seems like] a common chord progression, but it's done in a way that doesn't make it as obvious. A lot of good Jewish music uses chord progressions where the intervals are farther apart. Maybe this is why some of the songs have strong vibes. The chords, being farther apart [from the preceding chord] in the scale, creates the awe that works for a lot of music including that which is used in epic movies.

      *THE GOSPEL*
there is a God in Heaven, He created us, we were created to worship Him, enjoy Him, and delight in Him, but because of our rebellion and sin, we were thrust from the thrice holy Presence of GOD, making us enemies of our Creator, deserving of death and eternal damnation in hell. however, the LORD GOD, out of His compassion, love, and mercy gave His only begotten Son, JESUS CHRIST, to take on human flesh. Christ came not to be served, but to serve, and to give His Life as a Ransom for many. Christ died on the cross because of our sins, the Just for the unjust, the Sinless for the sinful, the Righteous for the unrighteous, and He was risen to life for our justification, to make us right with GOD. by the grace of God through faith, we can be reconciled to our Creator through our Savior, Who is both LORD and God.
      -
JESUS CHRIST is LORD and He loved us while we were still sinners to die for our sins and be raised from the grave for our justification as the sinless, perfect Lamb of GOD, Who takes away the sin of the world, fulfilling the righteousness that the law requires, which we, sinners by nature, could never fulfill. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD. however in this present age, we may now be saved by the grace of GOD through faith in Him alone, followed by the act of repentance or the turning away from all of our sins. we must be born again. JESUS CHRIST is the Way and the Truth and the Life. ✝️

The deeper message of this song was taught to me by my Rabbi on the day I left Israel (after studying there for 15 months) to head back home to college and start the next chapter of my life.
The main verse in this song is 'Yerushalayim Harim Saviv Lah' which was written by King David in Psalm 125. The literal translation is that 'Jerusalem is surrounded by mountains' My Rabbi pointed out that is geographically correct (for anyone who has been to Jerusalem, youcan easily see from almost anywhere there are many mountains that surround it)
Is that all King David was trying to point out? Something that we can so obviously see with our own eyes?
The deeper explanation of this verse my Rabbi told me is that Jerusalem is known to be a place full of light, holiness, joy, purpose, connection, peace, and so much more. In other words, Jerusalem is one's 'ultimate destination' or the maximization of ones potential, when we feel most alive.
But that Jerusalem, that place within each of us that we yearn to tap into, is surrounded by mountains. It is surrounded by obstacles of the challenges of this world. Health, relationships, finances, mental wellbeing, etc.
We pray when singing this verse that we have the strength and passion to climb those mountain in life so we can reach our inner Jerusalem no matter where we are in the world.
    Sending blessing to all!

Yoshi may not have the best voice out of all of them, but he brings a good energy and stage presence and is a strong start to the song. Love the pose he strikes at the end of his solo. C may seem timid, but he has a good voice and sets David up for success with that perfect buildup. David is a star with a great voice and great stage presence. He makes the song so hype. Binyomin keeps David's energy and blows everyone away with his amazing vocals. That boy can sing! Personally, I think that Yoshi and C could have shined more if they had gotten the chorus parts that David and Binyomin did, but they all did great

They protect from outside threats just by existing. We don’t worry about hurricanes or tornadoes because they can’t get into the valley.
It’s a beautiful metaphor. God protects you just by existing around you. Even if you don’t feel the love, that protection is a permanent reminder that it exists. It makes that love easy to take for granted.
