I worked in an amazon warehouse and got into AMAZING shape, I had squats on squats on squats, my asthma resolved, my clothes were getting looser, everybody kept saying I was losing weight, but the number on the scale was EXACTLY THE SAME because I was gaining so much muscle! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 maybe it’s time to adjust your goal weight now that you’re actually gaining muscle!
