Just to let you know that ALMOST ALL of your latest hauls are from fast fashion brands. They often use child labour or cheap labour (if your clothes are cheap it's because the workers are barely paid, but it's not always the case tho) , has a dangerous working conditions, has scientific proven dangerous chemicals in the fabric and stolen designs from small businesses. 91 MILLION TONS of textile waste are thrown to the landfill every year. I know that it's your right to buy clothes you like and you look very good in it but I hope that you're aware of the effect of overconsumption. You don't actually need to buy over 40 pieces of new garments for a season. I saw that your oldest videos are about outfits, I hope hope to see you rewear and restyle your current wardrobe. Thanks for your comment and I do appreciate your concern. When it comes to clothes I am gifted from brands I keep what I will wear often and donate the rest. (I don’t like to hoard clothes nor have the storage space so I end up giving a lot away). When it comes to clothes I buy, I don’t actually keep everything in my hauls. I buy the pieces I like most then decide after trying them on and filming the hauls what I’m going to keep which is the pieces I know I will get a lot of wear from. Showcasing new in collections etc is part of my job so I ensure I have a good selection to film a haul. I also donate my clothes or give them away to friends/ family members. (I know this doesn’t solve the problem but reduces the amount they buy if I give them what I already have but don’t wear often). I agree with a lot of what you said and definitely will do some more styling videos in the future also. (Maybe not immediate future as I already have content scheduled to post in the next few weeks). I’d like to thank you for the idea and for subscribing, I hope you enjoy my content but if you decide at any point that it’s not aligned with your values i totally understand 🩷
