What a beautiful space you have there, what a view! Love the chamomile!! Great trellis system for your tomatoes 🍅!! Great info on tomatoes too! Take care, Anita 🌻💝
Thank you Anita. I enjoy my chamomile and the chamomile tea quite a bit. I have to plant more next year 😊. I'm planing on doing a video on how to build the trellis system that I'm using. So far it is my favorite and my tomatoes are very happy with it too. 😁 🍅
Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you like my garden! The irrigation system was such a pain to install. A lot of digging and also figuring out the filtration system (pool filter haha) etc... but now that it is done I absolutely love it 😊
Thank you! I will be harvesting some of my cabbage this week and I will also harvest just the main head. This is going to be my first time trying this method with the cabbage. 😊🥬
Hi Angela, it's Emilia 😊 I know it is not a usual spelling. Thank you so much for your kind comment. I looked at your garden on your channel and it looks beautiful. I love to look at other people's gardens. We all learn from each other and get inspiration.
Hi, Emelia! What a lovely, interesting garden tour! You're in Zone 6b - whereabouts? I have a super hot, dry summer, too. (Zone 9b, northern California) I love all your herbs and the way you're doing everything organically. ❤️ I let my herbs go to flower, too, because yes, the pollinators LOVE them! Also, I share your love of coriander. 😊 My first peach tree was ripe a couple of weeks ago, and I froze a lot of them, but my second peach tree will be ready for harvesting next week. I'm thinking of making a salsa with some of them since I'm finally getting some peppers now. Do you make salsa with your fruit? Your currant bush looks *amazing* and reminds me that I want to plant a few of those in the fall to join my other berries. 😊 I'm growing Buena Mulata peppers for the first time this year, so it's great to hear they preserve well. 😎 So glad you visited my channel today because it led to me discovering *your* channel! I love seeing what others are growing and how they use their fruits and veggies - plus, the sheer beauty of flowers! Just subscribed and looking forward to following along with your garden journey! 😊 - Kim
Hi, Kim! Thank you for your comment and for subscribing to my channel. Yes I'm in zone 6b, western Colorado. One of my peach trees will also be ready for harvesting next week. Yay. I will take your advise and froze some. I've never tried to make salsa with my fruit but I need to try. I also have an apricot tree that is loaded with fruit right now that I could try to make salsa with but my peppers are not ready yet. 😔 You should make a video on how to make salsa with fruit. I would love to see it. 😊 Buena Mulata peppers have thin skin so they are so easy to dehydrate and the plant is a high producer. At least it was for me in my old home back in Illinois. Fingers crossed it will do the same here for me in western Colorado . I also subscribed to your channel and will be following you along. It's so inspiring to see what other gardeners are growing and what they do with their harvest.
@@skyblueoasis3147 Are the Buena Mulata peppers best when green or red? I have a few green ones now. I think I *might* do a homemade salsa video in a few weeks when I should have PLENTY of all my peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Too bad my cilantro is now all coriander! ☺️
@@OliveCityOasis I like them best when they are red but they also have more heat once they turn red. I have the same problem. My cilantro is also now coriander 😂 but I just started more seeds so hopefully I'll have cilantro again before my peppers start producing.
