Yes every 2 years currently may be changed to 4 years next FY. 3. You dont need to pay tax for 15 years. If you are not using car more than 4-6 years you will be saving the upfront road tax money. E.g if you your road tax 3-4 lacs so you need to pay only 25-35k for first 2 years.
