For $15 you made a KILLING! These are fantastic locks, even at double that price. I wouldn't hesitate to lock up my $3K mountain bike with one of these locks. Even better, they are VERY challenging to pick, guaranteeing hours of fun. You will enjoy them for many years to come.

sometimes i feel like i watch this guy so i know what locks not to buy and what locks to buy, of course we all know in the end all a lock does is keep out the honest man, and slow down the criminals

Thanks Rich, I couldn't be happier with the quality of this lock. Armored exterior, everything hardened, and pretty complex interior as well. I generally give away locks I've picked to other pickers, but this Viro's a keeper. I might LOAN it, but that's it...

They are both great locks! The Viro is a pin tumbler while the IFAM 80 is a dimple lock, but they are roughly equal in terms of pick resistance. I've kept both of them (in case I someday own something valuable enough to lock up), but if I had to choose, I keep the IFAM 80.

I was just looking on Amazon for this lock and found a few different Viro locks One was sort of an interesting lock. It was an 86mm Viro "Double Bolt" lock. It looked like two of these 4116's connected side by side with an independent lock and shackle on each side.

I came here because in Italy many shop shutters are locked with these kind of locks, I was curious if they are really effective and you answered my question

Great picking bill, viro are good wee locks! It can be a chore to stick in there at times but patience and persistence always pay off, this is a perfect example of that. Very well done mate.
I wouldn't fancy picking a shutter lock in the field, the way they sit right against the ground would be a nightmarish position for picking O_O

Uh I gotte get me one of those, I like the idea of the extra drilling protection. The Squire should also have that but on the other hand the Squire has anti drill rods in the cylinder itself. Very good video again mate! Funny how you spell Panzer :P
