My brother's two favorite Disney movies are Robin Hood and Zootopia. He is also gay, a furry, and loves foxes, and he is absolutely NOT conflicted about his feelings.
Tinkerbell girls are not as nice as they seem at first. In the book, Tinkerbell was homicidal. She literally tried to kill Wendy Darling by dropping her from a great height using a big bubble. They just down played this trait enough in the movie to keep kids from being afraid of her.
@@tawnyplatis7866 Right???? It started me down the path of being attracted to sweet, bad boy, business savvy, and resourceful British men. Today is my 15 year anniversary of being married to one! 😂🤣🤷♀️♥ He is not a fox️ animal, but he definitely foxy. 😋
That's almost as good as not knowing yourself well or having amnesia about everything but your favorite Disney movie, and watching this video in desperate anticipation to learn who you are... Also, you're probably a trained government assassin repressing the trauma inflicted on you by a three letter agency that you no longer remember. Be careful when driving because certain character combinations on license plates may cause blackouts.
@@grandpa6065 Aw, gee, man. I'm sorry. That was insensitive of me. At least you can probably save the money if you were thinking of buying a home security system. Those instincts will kick in if there's a burglery. You have forks around.
Genuinely I wasn't expecting A Bug's Life to hit that hard lmao. Here's hoping I get my life together in the nick of time again, as it's currently in the "completely falling apart stage" again XD
Thank you for including "Sword in the the Stone" and "Robin Hood", definitely my favorite growing up. To be honest, my thing for redheads is thanks to the OG Batman's Batgirl.
Thank you for not forgetting The Great Mouse Detective, it's my favorite fully-animated Disney movie. And I make that distinction because my all-time fave movie is Who Framed Roger Rabbit.... and damn you for being accurate there lol
Omg Beauty and The Beast and Aladdin were always my favs and that explains so much 😅😂 Also Hunchback of NotreDame. I feel so called out 🤭 haha i mean Jasmine and Esmerelda though 💘😍
For Pete's Dragon I liked the movie cuz it was musical and I felt used by family and wanted Laura in the movie to adopt me 😂 I was born in 85 but had siblings from the 70s. So many movies were on target though 😂 always love these
In under 4 minutes I have been attacked, murdered, resurrected, murdered again (but with a less subtle weapon), paddled back to life, and choked to death.
Hey Tawny, im a 41 year old who is a first-time junior in college. Times are really hard out here in Florida, and I don't laugh much these days. You're one of the few people who can make me laugh right now. Thanks for that!
While it's not my favorite, I love Peter Pan, and I'm pretty sure that it's because I felt special having vicarious literal main character energy as an easy fantasy into which I could mentally insert myself as a reward, as an escape, as a well-deserved break. As a Wendy who bore the weight of both parents' and one grandmother's emotional issues and traumas, felt responsible for her family members' well-being (whether that be blood or curated) with very little acknowledgement or appreciation for it, it was rather like living vicariously through her. Working hard to enjoy her own experience, but only after those on her charge are safely enjoying theirs. She appealed to several generations of women and feminine roles with a broad and almost universal unspoken understanding of the experience we share as women in this world. But you freaking hit me HARD right out of the gate with that painfully accurate Little Mermaid call-out 😂
I was (and still am) a tinkerbell girl, the amount of tinkerbell stuff I still have (and got from my mom) proves it, my current favorite disney/pixar movies are tangled, frozen and brave, all set in first place.. so.. yeah I feel called out
My favorite has always been Dumbo.... Does it make it better that little me always thought the crows were the heros for giving him the feather that gave him the confidence to fly?
Tawny, I'mma need you to ratchet it back like 20 percent, because this was way too on the money for all my favorites and I feel like you know too much!
So many are so accurate for me, it makes me wonder who I am, like, really... Also, new reasons to check out either movies I've kinda been interested in or ones I completely disregarded, like, I never thought I'd wanna watch thumbilina until I saw this 😸👍
I need to slow her down and watch again. I don't know which movie is actually my favorite but a few hit home. And... Inside Out (and Sadness) being one i really love, I do admit to her hitting the mark on it. I mean, the mom's main emotion is Sadness and as a mom I see how that fits. (And i have to rewatch to remember which one she labeled as a "GenX parent", since i am one!)
Hunchback and Pocahontas fans: also theater kids who never gave up performing in some form during their adult lives, and were SO EXCITED about Wicked when it came out on Broadway (same composer), and now it's a movie??
I was waiting for Dumbo 😢 It's my absolute favorite, followed by Lilo & Stitch. What can I say? I'm a sucker for downtrodden children and broken families 🤷♀️
I love Beauty and the Beast, but not because I've been involved in a toxic relationship. It's because I love how much he had changed for her, because he loved her. And she learned how to love him in return. Otherwise, this is hilarious!
I read Notre-Dame de Paris long before I saw the animated version. Also, I barely watched any of these as a kid and only a handful as an adult. Animation is only worth it when it's long, like AtLA or the classic 90's X-Men.

She was only homicidal when she wasn't feeling something else she only had room for one emotion at a time!
@ruffboiALT 🤣
I think this is more accurate by far than any horoscope could hope to be
💜💜
The great mouse detective one is so accurate I literally just put down my Sherlock book! Such an underrated movie!
I love it 💜
The Atlantis one shot me right in the head! That movie is all my dnd characters just pick a crew-mate
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I've never actually watched Atlantis, but I think I have to now because apparently, it's my favorite Disney movie. I'll let you know how it goes.
@@katherineheasley6196 well? I'm dying to know how it went!
Your description of Lilo & Stitch almost made me cry!!! (complimentary)

Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Mulan, Lilo and Stitch, and Frozen all felt like personal attacks 😅 so.. thanks for that!!
😈
SAME THO on the last three.
XD the Robin Hood one got me XD I had a HUGE crush on him as a kid.
As a voice actor I’m blaming that accent 💀

@@tawnyplatis7866 Yes! And I'm still kind of obsessed with the accent (and the fox0
As a kid? Sure, we've all definitely moved on and aren't still thinking that fox can get it. 😉
I dont really have a Disney favorite so Im doing this in reverse - whichever takes are the most spot on now determines what my Disney fave is

The Hunchback one called me out with disturbing accuracy. Thank you for that!
Always 😈
That thing about cartoon foxes spoke to me. Carmaleta Fox from the Sly Cooper games had me in a choke hold as a kid
Inner me with Lilo and Stitch: "hell yeah, that's pretty spot on."
Remembering that my favorite growing up was The Fox and the Hound: "😑"
Well. At least _you_ wouldn't choose the bear...
The live action 90s Three Musketeers film is iconic. So many quotable lines. Don't worry about the unexplained variety of accents.😂

My sole mission when I went to Disneyland was to meet Edna Mode, and you KNOW she was the highlight‼️

Yes, Roger Rabbit does count. And yes.

Lets be honest. We all have confusing feelings about anthropomorphic cartoon foxes thanks to Robin Hood and Zootopia.
Yeah
The sheer accuracy of this is both fascinating and kind of disturbing. 😂

Your Extremely Goofy Movie, Alice in Wonderland, James and the Giant Peach, Bug's Life and Snow White comments were SPOT ON. Scarily so.

100% correct. Hercules, Oliver and Company, Lilo and Stitch, and Tangled.
