Terve! It would be good if someone actually tested coils sizes electronically! All companies and most detectorist claim a large coils goes deeper. Having a degree in low voltage electronics I believe the opposite is true. It's basic science. Since USA has a capped limit of 1 watt on detectors coil output. The length and design of the wiring in the coil has an affect of the targets electromagnetic field. A longer wire and not braided wire has more resistance. I don't know if the output is measured from the control box or the coil? Also an double D coil is in reality an elliptical coil with one side being an transmitter and the other the receiver. This skew the result and the target positioning as can be seen especially in the Manticore. Nobody has done any actual test about the field generated by the coil and the the field in the target. All tests are carried out with the detector it self on buried targets or air tests. It would be more interesting to see a test with testing equipment. And also if it's possible to boost the coil output by installing a booster. Hälsningar från Sverige Kitos.

Those would be some interesting tests to do 👍

A bigger coil finds jewelry better on top of the ground than a smaller coil.

I understand you need to raise money...but all this bla bla bla...could have been avoided. I waisted my time.
