Many of us that are awake or are non NPC's understand that we are alone in our journey , our families think we are crazy or our friends that we've grown up with have more less abandoned us. This is what it means to be a non NPC.
My family does not feel like my family anymore.. some of my children I have the odd chat with, for me it's banned to talk of these subjects & it's heartbreaking to see my grandchildren being poisened by foods water TV ect....
Boy, can I relate to that comment. My focus in life has changed radically since my wife's passing 3 years ago. It isn't just my family and it isn't really negative. I've just come to realize we have little if anything in common...I've spent most of my 69 yrs. trying to make others happy and fit in. Which meant staying on the surface , not going too deep on any subject. Now I'm nearly always content to be alone...sort of getting to know myself. with minimal distraction or interference. Focused on getting this body healthy again. Which very much feels like preparation for the next chapter.
The strange thing for me is I never meet or converse with anyone that isnt an NPC. As you've pointed out Howdy they are the norm and we are the very,very rare exception. CONVID really showed how dangerous NPCs are.Ive always remembered the quote: " hell is the absence of reason".
Yes, so true. All they care about are material things- sex, money, land, cars, houses, vacations, etc. Even worse are some NPCs that PRETEND they care about deep subjects, but become irritable or dismissive when you try to discuss the matter with them. It's all performative, even for themselves; there's no substance

I think we should be reasonably respectful and have a sense of sympathy for them, because we've all been there. and accept the reality that these people are somehow designed not to accept or process deeper psychological and spiritual knowledge and wisdom, they're bounded within the construct, simulation etc.. and that's by design.

Personally, I'm of the opinion that every human, the physical body that we experience here, carries a divine spark and an energy body, but that not every one of them will wake up to it. I call it activation, and I myself only recently received mine about two years ago after the impact of the loss of a deeply cherished loved one cracked my psyche open like a walnut to the psycho-spiritual elements around us. Up until that moment, I walked around on the baseline energetic frequency -- the download as some like to call it in this circle -- just like the majority of people on the planet. I consumed the news and media like chicken fodder and allowed myself to be battered about by the current of life, believing I had no say in anything that happened to me. But after I had my "glitch in the Matrix" moment, that would snowball on itself dozens of times and again these past few years -- and I'm certain will continue on into my future in perpetuity, it's like the game board of life was completely inverted for me. Nothing has been the same since that moment, and I wouldn't change a thing to go back to that time. Not even bring my loved one back, he's fine wherever he is now. In this realization about myself and the people around me, however, I'm more fascinated by what catalysts activate certain human entities into spiritual awareness, and which ones in contrast corrupt them. Because I do think we can go both ways, I just don't think there's a Heaven or a Hell location for us at the end of it. You create that reality for yourself here in this human existence by way of your awareness and focused thought. I even believe that I dabbled in the Hell frequency for a time before I had my breakthrough. This whole game of life is so incredibly fascinating, and despite the darker elements at play here, I'm so excited to explore the knowledge I have been led to, and the revelations beyond it. I wish all you beautiful souls out there the best year to come, and all the joy, health and love that you can contain. Stay awake, friends. 💕
I too believe that everyone has it (the divine spark) but is too distracted to access it. My "glitch in the Matrix" moment, though, took place over a period of years. I too find it incredibly fascinating. Cheers fellow traveler.
I can totally relate to that; I woke up in stages. I questioned one thing after another: tax, why veg wrapped in plastic, stopped watching "the news" years ago because I didn't like the way it made me feel, then Convid. As a scientist, THAT did it! I have much to be grateful for. Old friends drinking the Cool Aid gone and new, fully-thinking, 3D ones found. There's no going back.
I can partly relate to that, the loss of my grandmother definately let something click inside of me, too, the plandemic added on top of that, taking place only shortly after and I woke up to several topics that I didn't think about earlier, started to ask myself hundreds of new questions... But even though I also blindly consumed the news and believed lots of lies, I always had the feeling that something is not right and I have been very spiritual since I was born, looking for spirits in nature, trying to see the aura of people, scrying with a mirror...that are things that the people that I think are NPCs never ever in the slightest thought about at no point in their life. So personally I tend to think there really are people that are born and stay NPCs, but of course there are also a lot of divine spark people who "sleep" for a long time before they wake up and search for the truths in this world.
After a day work with many NPC's around me, this video was still on my mind, one of the first I did after making some coffee was to check the comments. Thank you Howdie for all your reasearch and for sharing what you have learned. I share an office with an administrator who is an NPC. He's very robotic, programable, zombie ish and extremely self serving. He can work on an iPad/Laptop for 8hrs straight without moving/talking. He does only what the MS News tells him. When I try to point out something that doesn't make sense, he just looks back at his computer screen and the "conversation" is over.
My sis and i called them kokers in dutch since we were little. Not knowing a thing just observing the empty cilinders/shells rough translated. Like a can. 😂😂😂 We felt like walking in a bad movie.
They lack depth of curiosity about EVERYTHING we consider fascinating or important to dig into. Their level of curiosity is more competitive in nature, and begins and ends with wanting to know what 'material stuff' people have, and fleshing out other people's 'naughty business' (dirty laundry), so they can up themselves in gossip sessions behind backs, at work, and in social gatherings. Busy-bodies....or what people now call "Karens". Most of them have little to no moral fire wall, and cannot intuit right from wrong in most situations. Its what feels good to them at the time, and that's about it!
The husk or npc is completely void of the 5th Element (Quintessence). It's creepy to be trapped in this concrete jungle filled with a simulacrum of chimeras and automatons.
I only recently heard of the term NPC and instantly wondered if that was my husband of several years. When we were young I just chalked it up to not being a deep thinker like I was. He was always kind but had a problem with lying. My only child is 36 and she wonders this as well. He died last May (yes he nonchalantly took the jab) and accused us of making a big deal out of nothing. Once or twice when I was so frustrated at some of his illogical decisions, I asked him “Is anyone in there!” All I ever got was a blank stare. He graduated from college, became a pilot, well traveled but could care less about anything spiritual.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss and the manner of your loss. My brother was the same way. He took the jab too. Coroner's report said 'idiopathic cardiomyopathy" a sudden death. Both my parents have had the jab and they don't want to hear my 'conspiracy theories', their algorithms are set and unevolving. My recently ex man friend had the jabs and he got very sick from cvd and needed those meds that unzip your DNA to get better as he was heading for pneumonia and not getting better. The meds got rid of the cvd overnight (I side-eye squint at how that works) but his impulse control diminished resulting in, well, scary problems. He is another with set and unevolving algorithms who gets a headache from the stuff I think about. You are not alone. There are many of us with similar experiences over all this plandemic stuff.
Good talk. All I “know” is that I have lived 56 years as a misfit in this realm. No matter what I tried, where I landed, or how much I exposed myself to new experiences and people, I was the “different one”. (I will spare you the many disparaging tags) Conformity and compliance are not my bag. I think of myself as having MORE everything than the average NPC….intellectual curiosity, sensitivity, imagination, talent, emotional range, etc… I absolutely identify with the concept of “the divine spark”, I recognized it immediately when I met my wife 25+ years ago, and she recognized it in me. Still together, child free, still independent minded, both of us are the only people in our respective families that are unvaxed. Real pains in the arses the two of us! Regarding the matter-bound Hylics (NPCs) that the Ancient Gnostics spoke of, it's extremely interesting how the word "Hylic" also meant "wood" i.e. beings that were more like inanimate "wood" then actual humans; synthetic and unreal in some way. All of this seems to have directly inspired the Pinocchio story.

Good stuff. The NPC subject is still a mystery to me and I've pondered it for a few years now. The depth thing is pretty much how I'd define the difference too. The NPC's I know seem better equipped at just getting on with life whereas the players run into all kinds of problems. If a person doesn't fit in, it's possible that they're not an NPC. Important to note that not all players are necessarily decent. I've met one or two very dodgy people in my life who weren't NPC's. Deep thinkers who also see through the madness, yet very narcissistic. This could also be something else entirely. I generally keep myself to myself these days.
I think Howdie is calling those "Archons" which is as good a term as any. They are extremely cunning, beguiling, intelligent. The world seems to do their bidding, even when the odds would be against them winning all the time. They often have a charisma... like a cult leader would. I'm in the over 70 crowd and feel like in my personal life I have been a magnet for those very powerful "Players" as I remained fairly naive, or rather they really come on strong and I wanted to think the best. Anyway, I understand what you mean.
Traumatised conformists/compliants might also be another way of describing what we commonly refer to as NPCs when we think of the world as it is. We can try to find the beauty in it like Dolores from Westworld, but it's nothing other than a distraction to keep us from questioning our reality. This experience is so brutal on such a number of levels and there's an incessant narrative of fear porn that crushes most into conformity. Most people become so fundamentally ill, lost and ruled by fear that their lives aren't their own. Hence, any form of explanation that brings solace or media-based escapism provides us with a form of relative comfort, distraction or sedation. This allow most people just about the bare basic minimum in order to make it from one day to the next. Unfortunately, fear seems to be the most effective means of fostering compliance in this realm and most of us are indoctrinated into making sense of the world and the shit we (or others) have been through via mainly guilt based mechanisms. Perhaps most people are in too much pain to question reality because they're simply trying to survive and are operating from a basis of the trauma they're in. I guess this is why the notion of loosh makes sense to me when thinking of what this place is. It's an energy extraction farm of insane proportions. Beat a dog with a stick enough times and it'll think it's done something wrong (ie. Karma/pissed God off in a previous life) We're wage slaves, trained to work ourselves into the grave and consume the best shit sandwich we can afford on payday, all in order to keep us from seeking the answers to questions that could possibly bring the system to its knees
@@Nick_las_seafarer I think Simulacra means that many people are just too busy with their daily existence, trying to survive, to make ends meet, and don't even have time to think or dig into anything deeper. A friend of mine currently works 3 jobs. She doesn't have time to get home, eat or take a shower... Can't really blame her for simply scratching the surface of everything... And some have zero interest anyway. And all of them ARE happier than us! There's no doubt about that. Ignorance IS bliss! I, for one, did not realize what was going on right after 2001. Before the Internet, very few had any idea and those who did, certainly wouldn't share. In 2007, I was researching mortgages, which lead me to the FED and things unraveled from there. So, I've been aware and fearful of the NWO, tyranny, agendas, etc. for a long time. Sometimes, I stumbled upon religious sites, but I wasn't interested. Most of my life I was an atheist. At some point, I acknowledged the existence of some power and decided I was agnostic, but that was it. I wasn't religious, hadn't read the Bible and had absolutely no interest in or knowledge of any traditional religion, let alone the occult. Moreover, I believed that at least when you die, you get rid of everything and everybody, which gave me solace. I also thought that if I get too tired of this world, I can just end my miserable life and that's it. Frankly, at this point I wish I could un-see and un-know because now I don't know if I'm more afraid of continuing my lonely, useless, and painful existence here or of dying... The latter may turn even worse! We seem to be living in a combo of a sci-fi/dystopian/horror movie! Never liked them, never watched them and missed many of the clues in them. Of course, had I known long time ago that the truth was in the movies and the lies in the news, I might've put some effort into it. I'm trying now, but I just can't... They're repulsive to me. We can speculate all we want to about souls and death, but nobody's come back to tell us, unfortunately.
@@mariad6519 I have been fascinated by NDE's since Moody's book came out, and read everything I could find. Then RUclips came along and there are a deluge of stories of people who died and came back. After listening to thousands of stories I feel the truth is... IF they came back, they didn't fully die. NDE... are propaganda telling everyone "we all go to the good place where we are shown how wonderful we are as we are met by family from this life" I wanted to believe they really have seen 'the truth" but it feels like more ego delusions and propaganda to keep everyone confused by ego.

The divine spark though is not an energy body, its a fragment of the Father, so it’s hypostasis is pure non vibrating spirit, The soul is a part of this copy false reality and it surrounds the divine spark, as you point out not everyone wearing the human suit has this divine connected spark to the outside of the Cave
Yes the ability to connect I was an extremely extroverted person until recently. In my 43 years I was able to connect and see those deeper layers in people a lot of other people had written off. From what I can see soo far is when I approach someone with the intention of wanting to connect and especially if humble most people will open up and personally I see that spark. From what I can infer from my experiences is we are birthed into an extremely toxic environment that starts crushing our soul immediately. If you were not born into a loving family/environment where your own individuality was fostered and encouraged than the chances of you not building huge walls in your psyche and splitting your personality as a young child in order to cope is slim. I believe we are dealing with an “epidemic” level of the population who have D.I.D. or whatever else you want to label the natural response of a child to split their psyche when dealing with trauma. When these personalities are created it is unknown to the conscious so if people are unconsciously walking around in their altar ego most the time and very rarely coming across a fellow traveler who would even say the magic word to bring them back to their true self. Self again identifying with what is feeling and communicating and having to be present and acknowledging things for what they are, at least from your perspective at that moment, which you must allow yourself the flexibility to change and altar…. This is getting long and losing my train of thought… But yes I haven’t seen anyone merge the whole epidemic of trauma and how it usually goes unhealed with this npc train of thought. I would rather err on the side that someone else is a true soul and accidentally treat an npc as such than the other way around. I was an alcoholic for most my life and didn’t know until this past year how it was tied to the altars I built as a young child to protect myself. But I was born a truth seeker. I am one of the most inquisitive, free thinking, truth seeking people I’ve ever known. I was a highly functioning alcoholic and would always be up for discussion with anyone that toed a party line. But I can only imagine probably hundreds of times or more where people were trying to connect with me and I could feel my eyes glaze over and it was like we were in two different worlds. Sober almost two years. Obviously drank for soo long as didnt want to have to face the deeper truth of this realm. Easier to let jesus take care of it. But yes long way to get to a point. I realized the “adult” game as a young child who was immersed in seeing adults lie, manipulate, and do whatever they had to do to get what they want and protect their own little worlds they created for themselves. Psychological, emotional, spiritual, physical abuse that stemmed from parenting with extreme religious backing. Went to military and saw same. They literally made us vote for bush. So yeah you receive eyes to see through everyone’s bullshit at a young age and realize most people are operating out of fear and then there are the psychopaths. You realize banking is a scam, voting is a scam, and on and on. And it took all this time to lead me here where I have finally questioned the narrative of we chose to be here and we are learning. Soo funny cause as soon as I allowed myself to question it the veil dropped and the fog lifted and this whole crazy spider web of existence made a little more sense. I’m so grateful for everyone putting their truth out there. From what I can see there is a tsunami of change coming for this realm or maybe my perspective of it. Hard to say.
I think most "npcs" can be more accurately described as a player who let go of the controller and the system is automating their actions until they return to take control. From that perspective they may be playing a bigger game than we know.
I've never played video games and can't say I completely understand that, but many have wondered about the "pricks (V)"... Why would the parasites want to get rid of their compliant cheerleaders and defenders?! It really doesn't make sense... The more this story develops, particularly with the very vocal controlled op as of late, the more I think that maybe it all really was a compliance test and about instilling fear and getting people used to the dystopian totalitarian future. Given that, I think that perhaps most of the "pricks," if not all, were placebos, but some people may have died because of the nocebo effect (the elderly killed are a different story). On the other hand, it's also plausible that the NPC's WERE injected with some tech, which may either help them live after something is really unleashed on us or it may eventually turn them into some sort of androids/zombies used again against us... I saw a comment in Polish under another video on this channel, which looked very intriguing, so I translated it. Another very curious cohencidence: the word "cokol" in the original comment has a synonym "boazeria", which sound just like Boaz. I'm not sure what's actually on top of the original Boaz... The pictures are different. I suppose that might be another piece of evidence of the deceiving nature of all 5D blabber. Come to think of it, wasn't the demonic-looking Blavatsky talking about the same...? It may also aim to create a positive association between 5D & 5Gee.

when I was young I remember saying to my mum that I was feeling alone even with my few friends and that I felt that I don' know what to say to people cos it is as if a dimension is missing into them! I was at primary school or early teenage years when i told this to my mum and she didn't understand... but this feeling has never left me and I have a very lonely life. I have indeed met a few deep human beings but since we are free and follow our own destiny, each person moved on and I have never had group of friends anyway.... I have really always felt that something is missing in people from a very young age, it was very hard as a child back in the 80s without the internet.... nowadays I feel more at peace with myself and my only aim is to exit, no more of this absurd perverted existence! This is a fascinating talk. One thing that might be good to look at here is psychological factors. Cognitive dissonance, for example, can be very painful mentally, emotionally and even physically. If someone does not have enough psychological safety (or alternatively enough suffering-as-a-catalyst) to explore these deeper questions, they won't. The subject of psychological safety also arises with regard to depth, both in relationships and in feeling. Someone who is traumatized will naturally have more walls around their heart. They will be more guarded, often more robotic. They will have psychological defenses in place to keep them from going to the places where they are most vulnerable. If they went through the process of releasing and healing their trauma, they would find themselves more sensitive, sensitized and capable of opening their hearts and going into the depths with others. So the question I would pose is, are there really NPCs, or do some people simply have more sophisticated psychological defense mechanisms that make them appear like NPCs?
My mind is brimful of rubbish. To take myself too seriously would be as absurd as thinking I can make sense of it all. I’ve let go of worry since I realize I can’t know enough for the worry to make much sense. I think there is “the knower” who knows everything into existence and we might find some rest in him. By saying "we" might find some rest in him, the knower, is the "we" you are referring to the carnal mind ego nature that is brimful of rubbish? Then why not let the knower, I call this the observer witness, take the wheel and let that mind sit in the back seat, with a caveat to a "no" to this backseat driver. I'm happy I found your channel. Now it all make sense. I've written since I was young and the lyrichs coming back is all about bringing me back home, this is not home. I have so much to share, but let me just share this now: Yesterday I returened home to Norway after 4 days driving from here to France. I do this now and then when I feel nothing. Driving in the middle of the night while between Germany /Denmark/Sweden it was pitch dark, PITCH DARK! But the there were pink/Orange light spaces in the sky several places. Those should not be possible. There were swearling, slow "tornadoes" from ground up into the sky where the lights were in the clouds. Listen, I felt I was crazy sleep deprived. But I kept seeing this 5-6 times where light in the sky should not be possible. And I thought what you said about "them" taking energy. I have so much more to say to you that affirmes your thoughts. Just wanted to share this for now.
I just call them normies or muggles. I don’t want to dehumanize them but I definitely want to differentiate myself and other source players from them. I felt weird that I completely desensitized when it comes to holidays. Usually non-source players have a button. It turns on, and their emotions are updated and they feel warm and fuzzy inside. If they want to get miffed b/c someone's recollection varies from theirs, let them. As I & many others seem to be pointing out more and more often the last few years, the truth is the truth whether anybody likes it or not. I let a lot slide though, b/c I don't have the energy to deal with someone who seems to be in a different reality from mine. As much as possible, I let those people slide out of my life.

Here is a comment I left on one of Matt's NPC videos a while back. What if they are ITCs? In Transition Characters We Transitioned from an ignorant state and became more aware. Maybe we are now APCs Aware Player Characters Funny, APC is a brand of battery backup. Maybe we are the battery backups for the system. What if we are being led down all these rabbit holes in order to raise our emotional energies to be MCUs or Mobile Charging Units for the system? Neo and Trinity come together thinking they are in control and able to defeat the Matrix however they are just being used by the system for the enormous amount of energy/LOOSH they are creating. The system will not need billions of batteries to run its systems it will create more Neos and Trinitys with enormous amounts of Power and keep them using the power to fight the system while the system gathers the energy/LOOSH? Funny thing is: before coming across this video, I asked myself ' what is the difference between what was yesterday and today being the New Year's,? Absolutely nothing unless I perceive it to be something different. My energy and awareness will create that which is different.
I have a feeling many of we "real ones" had the same thought yesterday, which then actually makes an argument against us being "real ones" in the first place.
This is wonderful and an answer to my prayers. I've had a preschool friend and now I'm 55 it turns out that she never was and I've been praying about it trying to understand and this certainly helped quite a bit thank you very much.
THE GOOD PLACE - Howdie, persevere to season 4 and particularly the last episode with Chidi and his bench speech. The last season of The Good Place absolutely hit the nail on the head for me with regards to my sense of wanting to end the soul journey with this life. I’ve had some all night conversations where the question was asked “what is more true, the darkness or the light” and the conclusion was the darkness is the ultimate truth and following an experience where I fully experienced the allure and pull of going into the light about 10 years ago, I snapped back into the body and this all night conversation revealed that since the ability to resist the light was present then in death the tools can be there to steer and navigate out of the soul journey this lifetime. Essentially true annihilation and snuffing out - by voluntary means…..I’m ready. I feel I’ve been experiencing for so so long and just feel tired (not in terms of a physical existence - beyond that) and ready to…..that’s where the Good Place did such a great job on the last series and is in that sense some of the best TV ever.

So what I have discovered in my research is an NPC is a literal filler person who does not exist at all unless a conscious person is observing them like in mass crowds. Thank you for describing further the divine spark idea on how some have it but most don’t yet they are all still very fully human. From my lived experience I also think extreme childhood trauma can split off access if someone has the divine spark initially. My husband is an example of extreme trauma and although he had a bit of consciousness that others didn’t he fits NPC overall. However in the 20 years with him I’ve been able to help him heal trauma via certain methods and pepper him with all of my seeking and questioning depths… and now he’s halfway to where I am. And he is open to the possibility of things discussed here. He wouldn’t have been 10 years ago. Ithink a lot of general humans do have the spark but it’s so buried still that unless someone close to them really hammers on it they won’t be able to access it. I do believe we can heal and activate it for another. And then there is the rest that truly don’t have it. Also this really explains how I’ve just felt so odd all my life - like why is no one , not even my parents / sibling / school friends - thinking and feeling deeply, why is no one questioning. It makes sense that only some of us have whatever spark this is. I have pondered many many many hours now on why some of us have yet not for most others. How did I get it but my sibling didn’t?? I’d love to hear others thoughts on this - I haven’t received any gnosis on this. At the end about emptiness… I fully feel that. Thanks for the way you describe it cause I’ve felt this my whole life.
I can’t agree more. This is exactly how I approach and view this. I am 43 and was severely traumatized as a child. I am extremely sensitive and have been able to connect with people who most people write off. For me my extreme trauma has given me the ability to see that spark in others. Not saying everyone and I do think there are many different scenarios going on. But I do intuit most people have souls but are born into such toxic harsh environments that crush them at such a young age. We build up walls subconsciously to protect ourselves and are scared to death to try and connect with anyone. Shit if you were raised being scared to death of the hand that feeds you what kind of coping mechanism would you create. Yes being soo badly abused and building such an impenetrable battleship I’ve gone through life in has allowed my sonar to pick up on usually even the slightest hint of trauma in someone sometimes without even saying a word. I believe we live in a society that is experiencing an epidemic of undiagnosed mental disorders probably affecting 80% or more of us. We have just become so accustomed to dog eat dog survival of the fittest that the cognitive dissonance is staggering. The lies have to stop. People have to take their power back and realize possibly the one responsibility we have as a human is to speak our truth. Empathy needs to be at the helm of every conversation. To be proud in this society is akin to being crowned the king of fools. Humbleness and honesty. Of course could take the other route and lead with fear and self righteousness. A quiet confidence is needed. An inner peace that can’t be shaken.

Dear Howdie, this weekend I came across your work through a video with Chad. It was so interesting and resonated with me. It brought me to several other talks I listened to and this morning during my walk in the Forest near my Cabin the NPC's material was in my mind. I even have the thought that my former partner, who ended in January 2022 in a split second our relationship from 12 year, was a NPC. At the age of 52 year I get more and more confirmation of the whole fake and unrealistic world with its unnatural sort of Humans playing their role. Don't know if that is a proper term UnNatural Humans vs NPC's but it is my description. So to notice this new talk at this new day in a more of the same new year as the past one was a nice surprise. For the past 3 decades I have had the feeling that so many human's around me are not aware and I have during all my years so far so less true Friends and my former relations with my former partners didn't feel as if we were connected at the same level. I always asked myself what am I doing here and why doesn't it fit me. I'll do my best and be very open minded but every step I take leads to 3 steps going back. You shared in a video that you would consider a platform and truly looking forward to that. I'm eager to learn more about your work also in regard to this topic. It is very lonely to be on this earth for me most of the time. My main passion as I would call it is Dogs but the more I love them and will live with them the more situations come along that I have to miss them in my life. I can relate to your comment. I'm always asking myself why am I here? I feel like I do not belong here..... Throughout my life so far, can look back and pick out the "characters " that tried to redirect me and , keep me on script. There is a certain awareness, or level of scrutiny that allows me to discern these npcs, which makes it easier to avoid them. I think it is lack of empathy that I feel from them. A certain emotional void. Like you, the more I open my mind and question, the more at loss I am. I enjoy the comment section here, as it seems to be a place where I can find like minds, and similar spirits.

@@jill5455 I have always had full on conversations in my head and make decisions and determinations with we instead of me and I. When I was younger I was able to keep those conversations internalized. I’m 43 and as I’ve aged it is not uncommon for my client to walk in the room thinking I was talking to someone as I have no problem having that conversation out loud now as it just seems very natural/normal. As a side note I have had a history of brain injury and after my last TBI 9 months ago it has left me extremely sensitive to energies. It has also allowed me time , due to having to heal, to really dig deep and also become more aware. Reason I mention the brain trauma is now that my life has been forcibly slowed down i am starting to connect dots and i wonder if the trauma has caused me to have that conversation with myself to get more intense over the years as the trauma piled on. Talking to myself has never bothered me and if anything just made me self aware that I was different. It also allowed me to see that more people talk to themselves than you realize and I guess just in varying degrees. Mine is to the point now I will disagree, muse, or just out of boredom I guess conversate out loud.

I’ve actually wondered if my wife is an NPC. I wished on 11:11 as a kid and our first date was on 11/11/2011, and we’re both Geminis as well. I am INTENSELY INTERESTED in my spiritual awakening that started almost three years ago, but she has ABSOLUTELY ZERO interest in any of it, she acts like she does to amuse me and be nice, but I can see through it. She is an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL woman and literally everything I wished for in life, LITERALLY. I love her so much but just cannot get over how into this material world she is, and shows no interest in spirituality, despite all of the things that have lined up perfectly for us. It’s not that she doesn’t believe or anything, it’s literally as if she’s programmed to just not be into it AT ALL. And I’ve noticed that she always goes along with me and literally likes everything that I like, and she does almost everything for me, even if I don’t ask. She is the most perfect wife to me and I love her immensely, but something SCREAMS at me that she is an NPC, so bad that I actually “jokingly” asked her one night if she was even real because of how perfect she is, and oddly enough, I don’t think she ever answered that question…
What if... there's spiritual development when doing acts of service?.. You then are her spiritual development in full swing momentum! If you've got a balance & you love one another, then you've both got your strengths that hopefully counterbalance one anothers weaker areas. If she has little time, mental space or capacity for the kinds of things she frees you up to be able to indulge in, by lightening your load at some of the physical practical level, for your mental heavy lifting (not meaning to imply you don't manage both as I'm simply a commenter)... well, perhaps that's just how you operate in balance? A lot of her mental processes will be engaged with the running of practical measures & so that would inevitiably affect what depth you percieve in her in reflection to your own... Just wondering if actually her acts of service are acts of love & were you to witness her through those lenses, would you also percieve layers of depths you once assumed shallow? If her capacity of heart still matches your own then doesn't that prove depth of field my measure against your own?.. Just putting it out there because I when I thought my dad was an NPC it was pretty disturbing, but ultimately, only thoughts making me out of balance.

Now that you mention it, my friends with whom I dare to communicate any of the ideas about leaving the cave all seem stuck on the idea that this is a "good" world made by a "loving creator". They simply cannot even entertain the idea that it MIGHT be something else. That one idea has freed me from the weight of ever increasing bad news about the pollution of the air, water, food, laws, medicine, etc, etc. Over many many decades, humanity has failed to improve the cave. For anyone paying attention to the plight of mankind, this idea is at the top of the pile. For those who cannot bring themselves to consider it, stop wasting my time. Hi Howdie my first thought about NPCs was that we may all be NPCs on all layers of the simulation but one. Its like from quantum mechanics that wie decide the specific "universe" which we perceive. And only there we are playing characters. This would also mean that the closer our consciously perceived smulation gets to a point where players know about the exit, the higher the proportion of NPCs would be. It came also into my mind that the biblical rapture might be related to this matter. I mentioned to my wife last night that over the last 5 years every year gets progressively worse, 2023 will definitely reflect the start of "end times" and the continuing de-evolution of humanity in general. You have now covered two types of humans that Yeshua spoke of in the Gnostic gospels. There still remain those that have the divine spark but are still not aware of it. One may easily write them off as NPC's, but this is not the case. Something will eventually click this awareness on within them, and you will be witness to an unbelievable transition. When this transition occurs it is somewhat like an avalanche of awareness than comes over them. Beautiful to watch.

When you said 'The Good Place' I thought to myself BINGO! That show gripped me from the start and entertaining that it is I always felt that there's a big chunk of truth revealed in there.
I prefer passive or subconscious receivers to the term NPC. My reasoning for this revolves around the question of 'what is the subconscious?' The nine tenths of the iceberg that lies beneath the surface. We're all subliminally programmed to act in ways that are unknown to us, yet most people are soporific and subconsciously programmed in a cloaked and veiled direction with such a consummate degree of ease that it makes me wonder whether the subconscious is effectively an easily hijackable hive mind that intrinsically connects us all? An example of which being how so many people were terrified into conformity and have policed each other into following a curated script over the last few years. Social media teaches conformity and narratives such as 'the war on terrorism' (which is an oxymoron in itself) following 9/11 are also examples of how such narratives guide the collective consciousness through fear of an invisible threat or the unknown/unknowable. As you've previously discussed Howdie, language is a synthetically constructed framework that can be used to cast spells. Many words have hidden dualistic meanings and the words we hear are often absorbed and taken on a base level without most of us questioning the possible hidden intentions with which they are used. We even think in the language we've been programmed with, yet (in a Castañeda-like sense) I think our true mind is one that doesn't think in words. It's a deeper and more instinctive mind (or perhaps collective mind) which deals with concepts beyond words. Notice how the moment we attempt to articulate such thoughts in words to ourselves or others, that which we conceive of and attempt to convey is reductively stomped on and so much gets lost in translation. It doesn't matter if the media make their agenda overly apparent as they're not interested in the small percentage of those who see through it as, in effect, to be aware on a deeper level is somewhat akin to realising those with more of a divine spark about them are effectively being corralled into oblivion. My dad's parents emigrated from Poland to the UK after WW2 and they held their cards closely to their chest in order not to become marked targets, yet the internet has no privacy and those of us who dissent are largely showing our hand and perhaps making a target of ourselves. I for one have no fear left though as whatever comes is just another brick in the wall. I doubt we can stop this juggernaut from careering further out of control, so I'm just going to let it do its thing whilst I work on what is important to me. Much as I have great compassion and love for others, I think leaving this place this is a solo journey. I still find moments where I realise I've been subconsciously programmed by NLP, most alarmingly from within the so called 'truth community'. Most of whom likely wouldn't recognise the truth if it firmly bit them on the arse. The world as we know it is an illusion and we're surrounded by dark magicians in this age of disinformation. I've caught myself at times and questioned whether something I've come to consider as believable, or that which I'm trying to articulate to others is even my thought or whether it has been implanted. I find such instances helpful though as we're mainly so rooted in belief systems to make sense of this experience that once we reject the official narrative of everything we've been miseducated to believe and replace it with an alternative worldview (which to my mind will always be a work in progress), it becomes incredibly hard to backtrack or retrace our steps to a base point in order to start again without feeling completely lost or marooned on an unknown island. So it then becomes a question of whether we can accept navigating this experience without ever truly knowing the who, what, where, when and why and instead choose to believe nothing and experience things through our own perspective alone. I believe there are some in this realm who firmly know the answers to all of these questions, but it's not something the hoi polloi are privy to. I've steadily become much more accepting of this with time and I'm not afraid to rip apart my worldview (or parts of it) and start again from scratch. I don't see myself as above or beneath anyone, but I've always found NPC to be something of a derisory term. As a side note though, what about adding another category of characters, MPCs? Misleading player characters. Just thinking how much all the media (Medea - Goddess of deception) we receive is like watching a magician's sleight of hand

I love The Good Place! It appears to be cute and funny and simple but it’s much deeper than you originally think. The ending is great! Make yourself get through it, although I think it’s for conciousness expansion for those that need it the most. I watched it with my children and often hear “you’re so Chidi Mom” and I often find myself thinking like Elenor and saying “oh yeah this is Hell” She sure figured it out faster and faster each time. I think the collective of humanity is figuring stuff out faster and faster too and giving the creators of this place a challenge.
Insightful, timely video. I had also twigged to the problem with "NPC" and how we need terminology that doesn't lead to errors, misunderstandings, or confusion. I'm working on that myself; will post again if I come up with something good :) Re the number: if it's 5% or less (non-''NPC''), that's pretty staggering. That would put us more in the minority than I'd thought.
Our 'New Year' has, more or less, already been formed in consciousness.. The great cosmic law(that really bothers people), is that we create our tomorrow's/future years by our actions, reactions Now, or as we sow so we reap..and this doesn't have to be anything to worry about! So for us that are in The Spirit, as long as we keep our Faith, nurture it and give thanks for the challenges that we will prosper from, it's a road in consciousness that few will ever enter or know. Thanks for continuing your research into this aspect of our so called simulated reality. The connection difference between NPC and non NPC makes wonder if that has anything to do with our different vibrational frequencies.
I believe I was an NPC late into childhood. For me, the difference is consciousness. NPCs operate on pure instinct like dogs or cats, they don't have analytical thinking and reasoning. I also don't know if the "implantation" or whatever you'd call it happens right at birth. I personally don't recall making any conscious decisions before age 12 or so. It was like I was simply an observer before that, then a switch flipped and I developed an ego. I think some people just never "wake up". I have memories from before that time, but it's like I was just watching my life unfold in the present moment and not actually in control. If everyone did a life review, I think this sudden "switching on" would be an obvious event in most people's lives.

there is a youtuber called Quartz Crystal, her oldest videos are fascinating. She explains that we are all running a program by default, Similar to the NPCS. Non NPCs (soul players) when they wake up they can take control of their life and escape the program. So you, like me, was probably always a non NPC (or human as Howdie calls us) that simply woke up and got off the program.
It's possible we all have something in us that gets switched on in a certain point allowing us to no longer be an Npc,I specifically remember when I was 12 my dad and my uncle were trying to convince me the earth' was round ,I knew at that very moment these folks were had been had ,since that point I Knew was up to me to come up with my own conclusions not to believe everything I was being taught.

“The Good Place” series gave me so many epiphanies and triggered deeper thoughts into the structure of reality. Yes, there is “woke” dialogue, however, it feels like a whole lot of truth drops for those that can see it. The concept of the time knife. The concept of simulated realms and realities vs a “real” place. However, could the “real” place be simulated as well. (Have recently started listening to ARCHAIX) When Chidi put the earbuds in, then Janet shifted his frequency, so he could see a completely different reality. I went through a few weeks of acceptance of the reality of the NPC concept. However, over time, something still felt off, and I explored deeper. At this point in time, what clicks with me the most, is that we all have the capacity for the same, however, some of us are on a timeline where it is our time to wake up, and others chose a timeline to go on another round. I am currently in the thought that there was a subconscious choice point that we passed (Time knife). I have seen with my eyes and felt with my heart those that I know 100% had the divine spark either choose to let it go, or hide it for another round of lifetimes or trip on the samsara wheel. There is a Disney video game series called “Kingdom Hearts” that I feel has a bunch of truth drops also. The concept of something stealing the hearts and turning them into “heartless.” It’s a huge game series, and they are still answering questions with new games, but really well done. Hopefully, this next sliver of reality (also known as 2023), whatever comes at us, will bring us great insights and growth at the soul level. ❤
Like your explanation my brother. Just want to add that we usually feel drained after communication with NPC people because they are completely self absorbed and self oriented, that's why we need to bring about 'temporary ego' as basic interface for communication with them which is very demanding energetically, they also tend to provoke our negative emotions and reactions. Their role is to distract us from our goals and to keep us incarcerated here if it's possible. Also we can feel the void intuitively and we are not horrified with it's presence, instead we feel completely opposite - void is our home. I think that 'hole' and 'whole' have the same root. Another recommendation if you like to ponder about the simulation / NPC topic: I recently watched the movie "Flashback". A lot of people seem to compare it to Donnie Darko, especially regarding the atmosphere. It is about a man and a woman - the woman feels different from the other people in her surroundings, she is trying to see behind the veil and looking for an exit. The man isn't content with his daily life, but the he is much less spiritual and doesn't really understand what happened to him when he took the mind altering drugs together with the more spiritually adept woman. She finally finds the exit and tried to help him also see through the veil of the matrix, but in the end she says something like "you will always stay here", what she seems to know because time does not matter anymore in the realm beyond the simulation that she is about to enter. Then we see him going about his mundane every day life, marrying reasonably and studying for a good job and reputation - when his wife asked him about how his exam went, he said "I wrote what they wanted me to write..". Signaling that he truly is and stays a child of the matrix...(and probably he is a NPC that couldn't fathom and wasn't made for the world on the other side) The movie also features Saturn and the color purple is appearing twice (with the direct focus on it) - I found it to be a interesting movie with occult wisdom embedded within to ponder about.
Yes, an excellent often overlooked point. I found personal requirements of excessive politeness, formality and protocol a tell that you're most likely dealing with a NPC. They need protocol input/feedback to guide their interactions.
Guys, how come in America no one feels like a true friend, everyone feels like an acquaintance? It's like people only like you if you are useful to them. That's no genuine friendship. I wanted to have deep, meaningful conversations for as long as I can remember but at age 60, I finally met one person that I can have such conversations with. After 25 years of marriage, I still have yet to have a real conversation with my husband. I talk, he listens, and that's it. If I ask him for his thoughts, his ONLY comment is ALWAYS "I don't know". So holy shit, now I get it. He doesn't know. He is incapable of deep thought, and incapable of deep conversation. I don't say that to be cruel but it's truly like a lightbulb moment for me. It makes perfect sense. He is an NPC and there is no connection to a divine spark. He is capable of staring blankly into the air and claims that he is honestly able to have absolutely NO thoughts whatsoever. We call this his NOTHING BOX as a joke, but it's real. My son has had a divine spark since before he was born.....the second deepest thinker I've ever met. I'd sure like to find some other 'divine sparks' in my communist state of New Mexico to meet with and have real, meaningful, deep conversations with.
I've heard other people say they're capable of having NO thoughts... I can't even quiet my mind to go to sleep the past 3 years. And I hardly ever could go to sleep without reading something even before. It may only happen very occasionally, if I'm dead tired.
'Nitpic' seems a good word for NPC being it's got the letter in it and the meaning kind of works; 'to be excessively concerned with or critical of inconsequential details.'
Thank you, very interesting... TLDR: 'NPC to me really is 'Low Resonance Human' or 'Limited Presence Capacity'. I experience things a little differently personally speaking. I see the world through the Electric Universe model, where the simulation model feels like a metaphore... Gum for the mind to chew on, but does not ring true throughout my entire being. I've felt like I'm dealing with NPC's sure, but essentially I feel it's more like being out of phase with the other person, so we can only reach states of coherance to a shallow extent, within culturally agreed upon 'polite conversation'. Their comfort zone is based around stock phrases (or slogans) or regurgitated mainstream media talking points. They're not fulfilled, but it feels more comfortable for them to join the chorus of those wave oscilations. We're all human as far as I'm concerned. Operating with different levels of awareness to what we're able to be open to. I witness the trauma in the people who attempt to mask it behind the social niceties & platitudes, but I also prefer to focus into what readout my heart can percieve because the amplitude is said to be 60x that of the brain. All sleepers can awaken to their truer nature & grow in presence from that place. Yes many can be extremely competant as essentially automata. As we train AI on these platforms, it will become incresingly difficult to distinguish between an algorithm vs human, we are at the messy dawn of this. So anybody that has a heart, has potential to grow as far as I'm concerned, but that work is ego shattering before it becomes (potentially) ego reinforcing as the power in your own stride; so not everybody will choose it & the power structures reward & aggressively promote the opposite. To me, there are those who I resonate more deeply with because we have had enough comparable frequencies of depth in our vibrational field. I enjoy exploring the types of concepts you raise, as a sci-fi dystopian fan, they helpgalvinise some of what feels overwhelmingly indescribable... but in real life balance; I'm naturally more interested in how sometimes I stumble into these experiences with others, that feel curiously synchronistic in ways that seem amplify coherant understanding with all the harmonics in tact. These little pockets of communion seem to invite the depths of our souls connection into states of emergence. It is always something unmistakable when occuring & we feel words that feel like 'joy', 'lightness', 'connention', 'awe', 'wonderment' etc. To me these are naturally expansive states that can be experienced with potentially anyone & they're evolutionary in ways that can have unpredictable results with even your densist 'NPC'. I beleive when we find common ground at the humanising level, rather than scrutianising our differences to the point where one gets to choose whose presentations in any given situation & set of circumstances proves them to have or inhabit a soul. Human vs non-human gets a bit uncomfortable for me due to where that goes if followed to its divisive foregone conclusion. Maybe I'm lacking the experiences that would tell me otherwise, but I feel like we may just be dealing with stages/depth of sleep when talking about npcs. Something like more awareness = more agency, bodies, depth of suffering, etc. Also, there are a lot of series that I would say "make sure you stop watching after season x" when recommending.
Agreed. I feel we're each at our own rate of growth & some of those are highly automata or sleepwalker like. It's not comfortable to be aware & remain aware of things that cannot be commonly discussed & many people experience straying from the herd to be literal torture. MSM feels comfortably familiar, even if understood to be lies. Plenty of people lie to themselves in order to make it through one day to the next & societal stress is also designed to feed & fuel that soul sucking trap. But it's not a matter of learning when they literally cannot wake up no matter what. That means to me that there is a lack of something in them that would allow them to possibly grasp the concepts or to even care too. They care about their bread and circuses, nothing more. Ego and materialism. If there's just no way there gonna get to that level of awareness to be able to have a deep conversation with about anything it's bec there's not anything in them to get it besides fluff and filler.

If I try to steer conversations into deeper waters then I often get reactions of anger, painful facial expressions, etc. Maybe they literally cannot wake up, not even hypothetically. But then, I've also known people who really sucked and then had massive traumas that totally reorganized them such that they were able to consider much deeper concepts after. They seemed to go from NPC -> ensouled being. So I say, maybe the "NPCs" are ensouled beings locked into a deep, deep level of sleep. Anyway, I'm not sure. Throughout this week I asked myself "could this person be an NPC?" while talking to all sorts of people. Every time the answer was "it's possible..."
Here are some alternative possible names for the NPC/human dichotomy: matrix/source player, plugged/unplugged, initiated/uninitiated, ego/soul (or heart) driven, asleep/awoke, chained/freed soul. NPC could be Highly Programmable Human or Anestitised Soul, Non Questioning Human, Zombified Human, Human Drone.
about a month ago I had a 'feeling' that this christmas has some sort of parallels to 3 years ago, november and december 2019, that was a very troubled time for me, I still feel thats true, similar themes are playing out for me personally, maybe its also true on a wider scale I don't know though.

Many of us that are awake or are non NPC's understand that we are alone in our journey , our families think we are crazy or our friends that we've grown up with have more less abandoned us. This is what it means to be a non NPC.

Personally, I'm of the opinion that every human, the physical body that we experience here, carries a divine spark and an energy body, but that not every one of them will wake up to it. I call it activation, and I myself only recently received mine about two years ago after the impact of the loss of a deeply cherished loved one cracked my psyche open like a walnut to the psycho-spiritual elements around us.
Up until that moment, I walked around on the baseline energetic frequency -- the download as some like to call it in this circle -- just like the majority of people on the planet. I consumed the news and media like chicken fodder and allowed myself to be battered about by the current of life, believing I had no say in anything that happened to me. But after I had my "glitch in the Matrix" moment, that would snowball on itself dozens of times and again these past few years -- and I'm certain will continue on into my future in perpetuity, it's like the game board of life was completely inverted for me. Nothing has been the same since that moment, and I wouldn't change a thing to go back to that time. Not even bring my loved one back, he's fine wherever he is now.
In this realization about myself and the people around me, however, I'm more fascinated by what catalysts activate certain human entities into spiritual awareness, and which ones in contrast corrupt them. Because I do think we can go both ways, I just don't think there's a Heaven or a Hell location for us at the end of it. You create that reality for yourself here in this human existence by way of your awareness and focused thought. I even believe that I dabbled in the Hell frequency for a time before I had my breakthrough.
This whole game of life is so incredibly fascinating, and despite the darker elements at play here, I'm so excited to explore the knowledge I have been led to, and the revelations beyond it. I wish all you beautiful souls out there the best year to come, and all the joy, health and love that you can contain. Stay awake, friends. 💕

I can totally relate to that; I woke up in stages. I questioned one thing after another: tax, why veg wrapped in plastic, stopped watching "the news" years ago because I didn't like the way it made me feel, then Convid. As a scientist, THAT did it! I have much to be grateful for. Old friends drinking the Cool Aid gone and new, fully-thinking, 3D ones found. There's no going back.
I can partly relate to that, the loss of my grandmother definately let something click inside of me, too, the plandemic added on top of that, taking place only shortly after and I woke up to several topics that I didn't think about earlier, started to ask myself hundreds of new questions...
But even though I also blindly consumed the news and believed lots of lies, I always had the feeling that something is not right and I have been very spiritual since I was born, looking for spirits in nature, trying to see the aura of people, scrying with a mirror...that are things that the people that I think are NPCs never ever in the slightest thought about at no point in their life.
So personally I tend to think there really are people that are born and stay NPCs, but of course there are also a lot of divine spark people who "sleep" for a long time before they wake up and search for the truths in this world.
After a day work with many NPC's around me, this video was still on my mind, one of the first I did after making some coffee was to check the comments. Thank you Howdie for all your reasearch and for sharing what you have learned. I share an office with an administrator who is an NPC. He's very robotic, programable, zombie ish and extremely self serving. He can work on an iPad/Laptop for 8hrs straight without moving/talking. He does only what the MS News tells him. When I try to point out something that doesn't make sense, he just looks back at his computer screen and the "conversation" is over.

Busy-bodies....or what people now call "Karens". Most of them have little to no moral fire wall, and cannot intuit right from wrong in most situations. Its what feels good to them at the time, and that's about it!

I only recently heard of the term NPC and instantly wondered if that was my husband of several years. When we were young I just chalked it up to not being a deep thinker like I was. He was always kind but had a problem with lying. My only child is 36 and she wonders this as well. He died last May (yes he nonchalantly took the jab) and accused us of making a big deal out of nothing. Once or twice when I was so frustrated at some of his illogical decisions, I asked him “Is anyone in there!” All I ever got was a blank stare. He graduated from college, became a pilot, well traveled but could care less about anything spiritual.
I get that " blank stare" from my lifelong friend all the time. They go mute also.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss and the manner of your loss. My brother was the same way. He took the jab too. Coroner's report said 'idiopathic cardiomyopathy" a sudden death. Both my parents have had the jab and they don't want to hear my 'conspiracy theories', their algorithms are set and unevolving. My recently ex man friend had the jabs and he got very sick from cvd and needed those meds that unzip your DNA to get better as he was heading for pneumonia and not getting better. The meds got rid of the cvd overnight (I side-eye squint at how that works) but his impulse control diminished resulting in, well, scary problems. He is another with set and unevolving algorithms who gets a headache from the stuff I think about. You are not alone. There are many of us with similar experiences over all this plandemic stuff.

Good talk. All I “know” is that I have lived 56 years as a misfit in this realm. No matter what I tried, where I landed, or how much I exposed myself to new experiences and people, I was the “different one”. (I will spare you the many disparaging tags) Conformity and compliance are not my bag.
I think of myself as having MORE everything than the average NPC….intellectual curiosity, sensitivity, imagination, talent, emotional range, etc… I absolutely identify with the concept of “the divine spark”, I recognized it immediately when I met my wife 25+ years ago, and she recognized it in me. Still together, child free, still independent minded, both of us are the only people in our respective families that are unvaxed. Real pains in the arses the two of us!

Regarding the matter-bound Hylics (NPCs) that the Ancient Gnostics spoke of, it's extremely interesting how the word "Hylic" also meant "wood" i.e. beings that were more like inanimate "wood" then actual humans; synthetic and unreal in some way. All of this seems to have directly inspired the Pinocchio story.
It seems the ones closest to us end up being NPC's (like brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc.)

Good stuff. The NPC subject is still a mystery to me and I've pondered it for a few years now. The depth thing is pretty much how I'd define the difference too. The NPC's I know seem better equipped at just getting on with life whereas the players run into all kinds of problems. If a person doesn't fit in, it's possible that they're not an NPC.
Important to note that not all players are necessarily decent. I've met one or two very dodgy people in my life who weren't NPC's. Deep thinkers who also see through the madness, yet very narcissistic. This could also be something else entirely. I generally keep myself to myself these days.
I think Howdie is calling those "Archons" which is as good a term as any.
They are extremely cunning, beguiling, intelligent.
The world seems to do their bidding, even when the odds would be against them winning all the time.

Traumatised conformists/compliants might also be another way of describing what we commonly refer to as NPCs when we think of the world as it is. We can try to find the beauty in it like Dolores from Westworld, but it's nothing other than a distraction to keep us from questioning our reality.
This experience is so brutal on such a number of levels and there's an incessant narrative of fear porn that crushes most into conformity. Most people become so fundamentally ill, lost and ruled by fear that their lives aren't their own. Hence, any form of explanation that brings solace or media-based escapism provides us with a form of relative comfort, distraction or sedation. This allow most people just about the bare basic minimum in order to make it from one day to the next.
Unfortunately, fear seems to be the most effective means of fostering compliance in this realm and most of us are indoctrinated into making sense of the world and the shit we (or others) have been through via mainly guilt based mechanisms. Perhaps most people are in too much pain to question reality because they're simply trying to survive and are operating from a basis of the trauma they're in. I guess this is why the notion of loosh makes sense to me when thinking of what this place is. It's an energy extraction farm of insane proportions.
Beat a dog with a stick enough times and it'll think it's done something wrong (ie. Karma/pissed God off in a previous life) We're wage slaves, trained to work ourselves into the grave and consume the best shit sandwich we can afford on payday, all in order to keep us from seeking the answers to questions that could possibly bring the system to its knees

I think Simulacra means that many people are just too busy with their daily existence, trying to survive, to make ends meet, and don't even have time to think or dig into anything deeper. A friend of mine currently works 3 jobs. She doesn't have time to get home, eat or take a shower... Can't really blame her for simply scratching the surface of everything... And some have zero interest anyway. And all of them ARE happier than us! There's no doubt about that. Ignorance IS bliss!
I, for one, did not realize what was going on right after 2001. Before the Internet, very few had any idea and those who did, certainly wouldn't share. In 2007, I was researching mortgages, which lead me to the FED and things unraveled from there. So, I've been aware and fearful of the NWO, tyranny, agendas, etc. for a long time. Sometimes, I stumbled upon religious sites, but I wasn't interested.
Most of my life I was an atheist. At some point, I acknowledged the existence of some power and decided I was agnostic, but that was it. I wasn't religious, hadn't read the Bible and had absolutely no interest in or knowledge of any traditional religion, let alone the occult. Moreover, I believed that at least when you die, you get rid of everything and everybody, which gave me solace. I also thought that if I get too tired of this world, I can just end my miserable life and that's it. Frankly, at this point I wish I could un-see and un-know because now I don't know if I'm more afraid of continuing my lonely, useless, and painful existence here or of dying... The latter may turn even worse! We seem to be living in a combo of a sci-fi/dystopian/horror movie! Never liked them, never watched them and missed many of the clues in them. Of course, had I known long time ago that the truth was in the movies and the lies in the news, I might've put some effort into it. I'm trying now, but I just can't... They're repulsive to me. We can speculate all we want to about souls and death, but nobody's come back to tell us, unfortunately.

Yes the ability to connect
I was an extremely extroverted person until recently. In my 43 years I was able to connect and see those deeper layers in people a lot of other people had written off.
From what I can see soo far is when I approach someone with the intention of wanting to connect and especially if humble most people will open up and personally I see that spark.
From what I can infer from my experiences is we are birthed into an extremely toxic environment that starts crushing our soul immediately. If you were not born into a loving family/environment where your own individuality was fostered and encouraged than the chances of you not building huge walls in your psyche and splitting your personality as a young child in order to cope is slim.
I believe we are dealing with an “epidemic” level of the population who have D.I.D. or whatever else you want to label the natural response of a child to split their psyche when dealing with trauma.
When these personalities are created it is unknown to the conscious so if people are unconsciously walking around in their altar ego most the time and very rarely coming across a fellow traveler who would even say the magic word to bring them back to their true self.
Self again identifying with what is feeling and communicating and having to be present and acknowledging things for what they are, at least from your perspective at that moment, which you must allow yourself the flexibility to change and altar…. This is getting long and losing my train of thought…
But yes I haven’t seen anyone merge the whole epidemic of trauma and how it usually goes unhealed with this npc train of thought. I would rather err on the side that someone else is a true soul and accidentally treat an npc as such than the other way around.
I was an alcoholic for most my life and didn’t know until this past year how it was tied to the altars I built as a young child to protect myself. But I was born a truth seeker. I am one of the most inquisitive, free thinking, truth seeking people I’ve ever known. I was a highly functioning alcoholic and would always be up for discussion with anyone that toed a party line. But I can only imagine probably hundreds of times or more where people were trying to connect with me and I could feel my eyes glaze over and it was like we were in two different worlds.
Sober almost two years. Obviously drank for soo long as didnt want to have to face the deeper truth of this realm. Easier to let jesus take care of it.
But yes long way to get to a point. I realized the “adult” game as a young child who was immersed in seeing adults lie, manipulate, and do whatever they had to do to get what they want and protect their own little worlds they created for themselves. Psychological, emotional, spiritual, physical abuse that stemmed from parenting with extreme religious backing.
Went to military and saw same. They literally made us vote for bush. So yeah you receive eyes to see through everyone’s bullshit at a young age and realize most people are operating out of fear and then there are the psychopaths. You realize banking is a scam, voting is a scam, and on and on. And it took all this time to lead me here where I have finally questioned the narrative of we chose to be here and we are learning.
Soo funny cause as soon as I allowed myself to question it the veil dropped and the fog lifted and this whole crazy spider web of existence made a little more sense.
I’m so grateful for everyone putting their truth out there. From what I can see there is a tsunami of change coming for this realm or maybe my perspective of it. Hard to say.
I think most "npcs" can be more accurately described as a player who let go of the controller and the system is automating their actions until they return to take control. From that perspective they may be playing a bigger game than we know.

I've never played video games and can't say I completely understand that, but many have wondered about the "pricks (V)"... Why would the parasites want to get rid of their compliant cheerleaders and defenders?! It really doesn't make sense... The more this story develops, particularly with the very vocal controlled op as of late, the more I think that maybe it all really was a compliance test and about instilling fear and getting people used to the dystopian totalitarian future. Given that, I think that perhaps most of the "pricks," if not all, were placebos, but some people may have died because of the nocebo effect (the elderly killed are a different story). On the other hand, it's also plausible that the NPC's WERE injected with some tech, which may either help them live after something is really unleashed on us or it may eventually turn them into some sort of androids/zombies used again against us...

when I was young I remember saying to my mum that I was feeling alone even with my few friends and that I felt that I don' know what to say to people cos it is as if a dimension is missing into them! I was at primary school or early teenage years when i told this to my mum and she didn't understand... but this feeling has never left me and I have a very lonely life. I have indeed met a few deep human beings but since we are free and follow our own destiny, each person moved on and I have never had group of friends anyway.... I have really always felt that something is missing in people from a very young age, it was very hard as a child back in the 80s without the internet.... nowadays I feel more at peace with myself and my only aim is to exit, no more of this absurd perverted existence! This is a fascinating talk. One thing that might be good to look at here is psychological factors. Cognitive dissonance, for example, can be very painful mentally, emotionally and even physically. If someone does not have enough psychological safety (or alternatively enough suffering-as-a-catalyst) to explore these deeper questions, they won't. The subject of psychological safety also arises with regard to depth, both in relationships and in feeling. Someone who is traumatized will naturally have more walls around their heart. They will be more guarded, often more robotic. They will have psychological defenses in place to keep them from going to the places where they are most vulnerable. If they went through the process of releasing and healing their trauma, they would find themselves more sensitive, sensitized and capable of opening their hearts and going into the depths with others. So the question I would pose is, are there really NPCs, or do some people simply have more sophisticated psychological defense mechanisms that make them appear like NPCs?
My mind is brimful of rubbish. To take myself too seriously would be as absurd as thinking I can make sense of it all. I’ve let go of worry since I realize I can’t know enough for the worry to make much sense. I think there is “the knower” who knows everything into existence and we might find some rest in him. I'm happy I found your channel. Now it all make sense. I've written since I was young and the lyrichs coming back is all about bringing me back home, this is not home. I have so much to share, but let me just share this now: Yesterday I returened home to Norway after 4 days driving from here to France. I do this now and then when I feel nothing. Driving in the middle of the night while between Germany /Denmark/Sweden it was pitch dark, PITCH DARK! But the there were pink/Orange light spaces in the sky several places. Those should not be possible. There were swearling, slow "tornadoes" from ground up into the sky where the lights were in the clouds. Listen, I felt I was crazy sleep deprived. But I kept seeing this 5-6 times where light in the sky should not be possible. And I thought what you said about "them" taking energy. I have so much more to say to you that affirmes your thoughts. Just wanted to share this for now.

THE GOOD PLACE - Howdie, persevere to season 4 and particularly the last episode with Chidi and his bench speech. The last season of The Good Place absolutely hit the nail on the head for me with regards to my sense of wanting to end the soul journey with this life. I’ve had some all night conversations where the question was asked “what is more true, the darkness or the light” and the conclusion was the darkness is the ultimate truth and following an experience where I fully experienced the allure and pull of going into the light about 10 years ago, I snapped back into the body and this all night conversation revealed that since the ability to resist the light was present then in death the tools can be there to steer and navigate out of the soul journey this lifetime. Essentially true annihilation and snuffing out - by voluntary means…..I’m ready. I feel I’ve been experiencing for so so long and just feel tired (not in terms of a physical existence - beyond that) and ready to…..that’s where the Good Place did such a great job on the last series and is in that sense some of the best TV ever.

Thank you for describing further the divine spark idea on how some have it but most don’t yet they are all still very fully human. From my lived experience I also think extreme childhood trauma can split off access if someone has the divine spark initially. My husband is an example of extreme trauma and although he had a bit of consciousness that others didn’t he fits NPC overall. However in the 20 years with him I’ve been able to help him heal trauma via certain methods and pepper him with all of my seeking and questioning depths… and now he’s halfway to where I am. And he is open to the possibility of things discussed here. He wouldn’t have been 10 years ago.
Ithink a lot of general humans do have the spark but it’s so buried still that unless someone close to them really hammers on it they won’t be able to access it. I do believe we can heal and activate it for another. And then there is the rest that truly don’t have it.
Also this really explains how I’ve just felt so odd all my life - like why is no one , not even my parents / sibling / school friends - thinking and feeling deeply, why is no one questioning. It makes sense that only some of us have whatever spark this is. I have pondered many many many hours now on why some of us have yet not for most others. How did I get it but my sibling didn’t??

I am 43 and was severely traumatized as a child. I am extremely sensitive and have been able to connect with people who most people write off. For me my extreme trauma has given me the ability to see that spark in others.
Not saying everyone and I do think there are many different scenarios going on. But I do intuit most people have souls but are born into such toxic harsh environments that crush them at such a young age. We build up walls subconsciously to protect ourselves and are scared to death to try and connect with anyone. Shit if you were raised being scared to death of the hand that feeds you what kind of coping mechanism would you create.
Yes being soo badly abused and building such an impenetrable battleship I’ve gone through life in has allowed my sonar to pick up on usually even the slightest hint of trauma in someone sometimes without even saying a word. I believe we live in a society that is experiencing an epidemic of undiagnosed mental disorders probably affecting 80% or more of us. We have just become so accustomed to dog eat dog survival of the fittest that the cognitive dissonance is staggering.
The lies have to stop. People have to take their power back and realize possibly the one responsibility we have as a human is to speak our truth. Empathy needs to be at the helm of every conversation. To be proud in this society is akin to being crowned the king of fools. Humbleness and honesty.
Of course could take the other route and lead with fear and self righteousness. A quiet confidence is needed. An inner peace that can’t be shaken.

Dear Howdie, this weekend I came across your work through a video with Chad. It was so interesting and resonated with me. It brought me to several other talks I listened to and this morning during my walk in the Forest near my Cabin the NPC's material was in my mind. I even have the thought that my former partner, who ended in January 2022 in a split second our relationship from 12 year, was a NPC.
At the age of 52 year I get more and more confirmation of the whole fake and unrealistic world with its unnatural sort of Humans playing their role. Don't know if that is a proper term UnNatural Humans vs NPC's but it is my description. So to notice this new talk at this new day in a more of the same new year as the past one was a nice surprise. For the past 3 decades I have had the feeling that so many human's around me are not aware and I have during all my years so far so less true Friends and my former relations with my former partners didn't feel as if we were connected at the same level. I always asked myself what am I doing here and why doesn't it fit me. I'll do my best and be very open minded but every step I take leads to 3 steps going back. You shared in a video that you would consider a platform and truly looking forward to that. I'm eager to learn more about your work also in regard to this topic. It is very lonely to be on this earth for me most of the time. My main passion as I would call it is Dogs but the more I love them and will live with them the more situations come along that I have to miss them in my life. Throughout my life so far, can look back and pick out the "characters " that tried to redirect me and , keep me on script.
There is a certain awareness, or level of scrutiny that allows me to discern these npcs, which makes it easier to avoid them. I think it is lack of empathy that I feel from them. A certain emotional void.

I have a 'we' relationship with myself. I'm constantly having a dialogue in my head throughout the day. Suggestions are often planted there for me and I find myself giving comment, agreeing or disagreeing with them. These thoughts don't originate from my conscious mind; they are always helpful and contribute to the feeling that I/we are never alone. I'm so glad to see your comment. How does this resonate with everyone else?
@@jill5455 I have always had full on conversations in my head and make decisions and determinations with we instead of me and I.
When I was younger I was able to keep those conversations internalized. I’m 43 and as I’ve aged it is not uncommon for my client to walk in the room thinking I was talking to someone as I have no problem having that conversation out loud now as it just seems very natural/normal. As a side note I have had a history of brain injury and after my last TBI 9 months ago it has left me extremely sensitive to energies. It has also allowed me time , due to having to heal, to really dig deep and also become more aware.
Reason I mention the brain trauma is now that my life has been forcibly slowed down i am starting to connect dots and i wonder if the trauma has caused me to have that conversation with myself to get more intense over the years as the trauma piled on.
Talking to myself has never bothered me and if anything just made me self aware that I was different. It also allowed me to see that more people talk to themselves than you realize and I guess just in varying degrees. Mine is to the point now I will disagree, muse, or just out of boredom I guess conversate out loud.

I mentioned the brain trauma cause I don’t know if that’s where it’s coming for me but since my last TBI 9 months ago I am sooo connected to something. I have songs, poems, knowledge, intuition, inspiration everything just constantly flooding me. I mean some amazingly creative things. Soo beyond anything I would ever imagine coming up with myself or ever knowing and somehow I am just flooded with ideas. It’s overwhelming and exhausting.
Soo there is no doubt to me that all that is or will be is accessible to all of us. Like how musicians will intuit an amazing song in their sleep, countless examples. Which leads me to idol worship or putting anyone on a pedestal. I don’t think it’s healthy to put someone on a pedestal ever but especially not because they intuited something maybe we all have access to. Rambling

I’ve actually wondered if my wife is an NPC. I wished on 11:11 as a kid and our first date was on 11/11/2011, and we’re both Geminis as well. I am INTENSELY INTERESTED in my spiritual awakening that started almost three years ago, but she has ABSOLUTELY ZERO interest in any of it, she acts like she does to amuse me and be nice, but I can see through it. She is an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL woman and literally everything I wished for in life, LITERALLY. I love her so much but just cannot get over how into this material world she is, and shows no interest in spirituality, despite all of the things that have lined up perfectly for us. It’s not that she doesn’t believe or anything, it’s literally as if she’s programmed to just not be into it AT ALL. And I’ve noticed that she always goes along with me and literally likes everything that I like, and she does almost everything for me, even if I don’t ask. She is the most perfect wife to me and I love her immensely, but something SCREAMS at me that she is an NPC, so bad that I actually “jokingly” asked her one night if she was even real because of how perfect she is, and oddly enough, I don’t think she ever answered that question…

If you've got a balance & you love one another, then you've both got your strengths that hopefully counterbalance one anothers weaker areas. If she has little time, mental space or capacity for the kinds of things she frees you up to be able to indulge in, by lightening your load at some of the physical practical level, for your mental heavy lifting (not meaning to imply you don't manage both as I'm simply a commenter)... well, perhaps that's just how you operate in balance?
A lot of her mental processes will be engaged with the running of practical measures & so that would inevitiably affect what depth you percieve in her in reflection to your own... Just wondering if actually her acts of service are acts of love & were you to witness her through those lenses, would you also percieve layers of depths you once assumed shallow?
If her capacity of heart still matches your own then doesn't that prove depth of field my measure against your own?.. Just putting it out there because I when I thought my dad was an NPC it was pretty disturbing, but ultimately, only thoughts making me out of balance.

Now that you mention it, my friends with whom I dare to communicate any of the ideas about leaving the cave all seem stuck on the idea that this is a "good" world made by a "loving creator". They simply cannot even entertain the idea that it MIGHT be something else. That one idea has freed me from the weight of ever increasing bad news about the pollution of the air, water, food, laws, medicine, etc, etc. Over many many decades, humanity has failed to improve the cave. For anyone paying attention to the plight of mankind, this idea is at the top of the pile. For those who cannot bring themselves to consider it, stop wasting my time. Hi Howdie my first thought about NPCs was that we may all be NPCs on all layers of the simulation but one. Its like from quantum mechanics that wie decide the specific "universe" which we perceive. And only there we are playing characters. This would also mean that the closer our consciously perceived smulation gets to a point where players know about the exit, the higher the proportion of NPCs would be. It came also into my mind that the biblical rapture might be related to this matter.
By the way your thesis that nature created man to liberate itself (interview on Open Your Reality) reminded me of Paul in Roman 8,19 -23.

I mentioned to my wife last night that over the last 5 years every year gets progressively worse, 2023 will definitely reflect the start of "end times" and the continuing de-evolution of humanity in general. You have now covered two types of humans that Yeshua spoke of in the Gnostic gospels. There still remain those that have the divine spark but are still not aware of it. One may easily write them off as NPC's, but this is not the case. Something will eventually click this awareness on within them, and you will be witness to an unbelievable transition. When this transition occurs it is somewhat like an avalanche of awareness than comes over them. Beautiful to watch.

When you said 'The Good Place' I thought to myself BINGO! That show gripped me from the start and entertaining that it is I always felt that there's a big chunk of truth revealed in there.
I prefer passive or subconscious receivers to the term NPC. My reasoning for this revolves around the question of 'what is the subconscious?' The nine tenths of the iceberg that lies beneath the surface. We're all subliminally programmed to act in ways that are unknown to us, yet most people are soporific and subconsciously programmed in a cloaked and veiled direction with such a consummate degree of ease that it makes me wonder whether the subconscious is effectively an easily hijackable hive mind that intrinsically connects us all? An example of which being how so many people were terrified into conformity and have policed each other into following a curated script over the last few years. Social media teaches conformity and narratives such as 'the war on terrorism' (which is an oxymoron in itself) following 9/11 are also examples of how such narratives guide the collective consciousness through fear of an invisible threat or the unknown/unknowable.
As you've previously discussed Howdie, language is a synthetically constructed framework that can be used to cast spells. Many words have hidden dualistic meanings and the words we hear are often absorbed and taken on a base level without most of us questioning the possible hidden intentions with which they are used. We even think in the language we've been programmed with, yet (in a Castañeda-like sense) I think our true mind is one that doesn't think in words. It's a deeper and more instinctive mind (or perhaps collective mind) which deals with concepts beyond words. Notice how the moment we attempt to articulate such thoughts in words to ourselves or others, that which we conceive of and attempt to convey is reductively stomped on and so much gets lost in translation.
It doesn't matter if the media make their agenda overly apparent as they're not interested in the small percentage of those who see through it as, in effect, to be aware on a deeper level is somewhat akin to realising those with more of a divine spark about them are effectively being corralled into oblivion.
My dad's parents emigrated from Poland to the UK after WW2 and they held their cards closely to their chest in order not to become marked targets, yet the internet has no privacy and those of us who dissent are largely showing our hand and perhaps making a target of ourselves. I for one have no fear left though as whatever comes is just another brick in the wall. I doubt we can stop this juggernaut from careering further out of control, so I'm just going to let it do its thing whilst I work on what is important to me. Much as I have great compassion and love for others, I think leaving this place this is a solo journey.
I still find moments where I realise I've been subconsciously programmed by NLP, most alarmingly from within the so called 'truth community'. Most of whom likely wouldn't recognise the truth if it firmly bit them on the arse. The world as we know it is an illusion and we're surrounded by dark magicians in this age of disinformation. I've caught myself at times and questioned whether something I've come to consider as believable, or that which I'm trying to articulate to others is even my thought or whether it has been implanted. I find such instances helpful though as we're mainly so rooted in belief systems to make sense of this experience that once we reject the official narrative of everything we've been miseducated to believe and replace it with an alternative worldview (which to my mind will always be a work in progress), it becomes incredibly hard to backtrack or retrace our steps to a base point in order to start again without feeling completely lost or marooned on an unknown island. So it then becomes a question of whether we can accept navigating this experience without ever truly knowing the who, what, where, when and why and instead choose to believe nothing and experience things through our own perspective alone. I believe there are some in this realm who firmly know the answers to all of these questions, but it's not something the hoi polloi are privy to. I've steadily become much more accepting of this with time and I'm not afraid to rip apart my worldview (or parts of it) and start again from scratch.
I don't see myself as above or beneath anyone, but I've always found NPC to be something of a derisory term. As a side note though, what about adding another category of characters, MPCs? Misleading player characters. Just thinking how much all the media (Medea - Goddess of deception) we receive is like watching a magician's sleight of hand
Panglossian may also be another alternative to NPC. A person who fosters a naive or unreasonable/unrealistic sense of optimism (with particular reference to those who think things are going to change for the better)

I love The Good Place! It appears to be cute and funny and simple but it’s much deeper than you originally think. The ending is great! Make yourself get through it, although I think it’s for conciousness expansion for those that need it the most. I watched it with my children and often hear “you’re so Chidi Mom” and I often find myself thinking like Elenor and saying “oh yeah this is Hell” She sure figured it out faster and faster each time. I think the collective of humanity is figuring stuff out faster and faster too and giving the creators of this place a challenge.
Insightful, timely video. I had also twigged to the problem with "NPC" and how we need terminology that doesn't lead to errors, misunderstandings, or confusion. I'm working on that myself; will post again if I come up with something good :) Re the number: if it's 5% or less (non-''NPC''), that's pretty staggering. That would put us more in the minority than I'd thought.

Thanks for continuing your research into this aspect of our so called simulated reality. The connection difference between NPC and non NPC makes wonder if that has anything to do with our different vibrational frequencies.
I believe I was an NPC late into childhood. For me, the difference is consciousness. NPCs operate on pure instinct like dogs or cats, they don't have analytical thinking and reasoning. I also don't know if the "implantation" or whatever you'd call it happens right at birth. I personally don't recall making any conscious decisions before age 12 or so. It was like I was simply an observer before that, then a switch flipped and I developed an ego. I think some people just never "wake up". I have memories from before that time, but it's like I was just watching my life unfold in the present moment and not actually in control. If everyone did a life review, I think this sudden "switching on" would be an obvious event in most people's lives.

there is a youtuber called Quartz Crystal, her oldest videos are fascinating. She explains that we are all running a program by default, Similar to the NPCS. Non NPCs (soul players) when they wake up they can take control of their life and escape the program. So you, like me, was probably always a non NPC (or human as Howdie calls us) that simply woke up and got off the program.
It's possible we all have something in us that gets switched on in a certain point allowing us to no longer be an Npc,I specifically remember when I was 12 my dad and my uncle were trying to convince me the earth' was round ,I knew at that very moment these folks were had been had ,since that point I Knew was up to me to come up with my own conclusions not to believe everything I was being taught.

“The Good Place” series gave me so many epiphanies and triggered deeper thoughts into the structure of reality. Yes, there is “woke” dialogue, however, it feels like a whole lot of truth drops for those that can see it.
The concept of the time knife.
The concept of simulated realms and realities vs a “real” place. However, could the “real” place be simulated as well. (Have recently started listening to ARCHAIX)
When Chidi put the earbuds in, then Janet shifted his frequency, so he could see a completely different reality.
I went through a few weeks of acceptance of the reality of the NPC concept. However, over time, something still felt off, and I explored deeper. At this point in time, what clicks with me the most, is that we all have the capacity for the same, however, some of us are on a timeline where it is our time to wake up, and others chose a timeline to go on another round. I am currently in the thought that there was a subconscious choice point that we passed (Time knife). I have seen with my eyes and felt with my heart those that I know 100% had the divine spark either choose to let it go, or hide it for another round of lifetimes or trip on the samsara wheel. There is a Disney video game series called “Kingdom Hearts” that I feel has a bunch of truth drops also. The concept of something stealing the hearts and turning them into “heartless.” It’s a huge game series, and they are still answering questions with new games, but really well done.
Hopefully, this next sliver of reality (also known as 2023), whatever comes at us, will bring us great insights and growth at the soul level. ❤
Like your explanation my brother. Just want to add that we usually feel drained after communication with NPC people because they are completely self absorbed and self oriented, that's why we need to bring about 'temporary ego' as basic interface for communication with them which is very demanding energetically, they also tend to provoke our negative emotions and reactions.
Their role is to distract us from our goals and to keep us incarcerated here if it's possible. Also we can feel the void intuitively and we are not horrified with it's presence, instead we feel completely opposite - void is our home. I think that 'hole' and 'whole' have the same root.

I recently watched the movie "Flashback". A lot of people seem to compare it to Donnie Darko, especially regarding the atmosphere.
It is about a man and a woman - the woman feels different from the other people in her surroundings, she is trying to see behind the veil and looking for an exit.
The man isn't content with his daily life, but the he is much less spiritual and doesn't really understand what happened to him when he took the mind altering drugs together with the more spiritually adept woman.
She finally finds the exit and tried to help him also see through the veil of the matrix, but in the end she says something like "you will always stay here", what she seems to know because time does not matter anymore in the realm beyond the simulation that she is about to enter.
Then we see him going about his mundane every day life, marrying reasonably and studying for a good job and reputation - when his wife asked him about how his exam went, he said "I wrote what they wanted me to write..".
Signaling that he truly is and stays a child of the matrix...(and probably he is a NPC that couldn't fathom and wasn't made for the world on the other side)
The movie also features Saturn and the color purple is appearing twice (with the direct focus on it) - I found it to be a interesting movie with occult wisdom embedded within to ponder about.

Yes, an excellent often overlooked point. I found personal requirements of excessive politeness, formality and protocol a tell that you're most likely dealing with a NPC. They need protocol input/feedback to guide their interactions.
Guys, how come in America no one feels like a true friend, everyone feels like an acquaintance? It's like people only like you if you are useful to them. That's no genuine friendship. I come from a huge family, I'm married and have many friends and acquaintances but I've been lonely my whole life. No one could understand my intensity. I wanted to have deep, meaningful conversations for as long as I can remember but at age 60, I finally met one person that I can have such conversations with. After 25 years of marriage, I still have yet to have a real conversation with my husband. I talk, he listens, and that's it. If I ask him for his thoughts, his ONLY comment is ALWAYS "I don't know". So holy shit, now I get it. He doesn't know. He is incapable of deep thought, and incapable of deep conversation. I don't say that to be cruel but it's truly like a lightbulb moment for me. It makes perfect sense. He is an NPC and there is no connection to a divine spark. He is capable of staring blankly into the air and claims that he is honestly able to have absolutely NO thoughts whatsoever. We call this his NOTHING BOX as a joke, but it's real. My son has had a divine spark since before he was born.....the second deepest thinker I've ever met. I'd sure like to find some other 'divine sparks' in my communist state of New Mexico to meet with and have real, meaningful, deep conversations with.
I've heard other people say they're capable of having NO thoughts... I can't even quiet my mind to go to sleep the past 3 years. And I hardly ever could go to sleep without reading something even before. It may only happen very occasionally, if I'm dead tired.
'Nitpic' seems a good word for NPC being it's got the letter in it and the meaning kind of works; 'to be excessively concerned with or critical of inconsequential details.'

I experience things a little differently personally speaking. I see the world through the Electric Universe model, where the simulation model feels like a metaphore... Gum for the mind to chew on, but does not ring true throughout my entire being.
I've felt like I'm dealing with NPC's sure, but essentially I feel it's more like being out of phase with the other person, so we can only reach states of coherance to a shallow extent, within culturally agreed upon 'polite conversation'. Their comfort zone is based around stock phrases (or slogans) or regurgitated mainstream media talking points. They're not fulfilled, but it feels more comfortable for them to join the chorus of those wave oscilations.
We're all human as far as I'm concerned. Operating with different levels of awareness to what we're able to be open to. I witness the trauma in the people who attempt to mask it behind the social niceties & platitudes, but I also prefer to focus into what readout my heart can percieve because the amplitude is said to be 60x that of the brain.
All sleepers can awaken to their truer nature & grow in presence from that place. Yes many can be extremely competant as essentially automata. As we train AI on these platforms, it will become incresingly difficult to distinguish between an algorithm vs human, we are at the messy dawn of this.
So anybody that has a heart, has potential to grow as far as I'm concerned, but that work is ego shattering before it becomes (potentially) ego reinforcing as the power in your own stride; so not everybody will choose it & the power structures reward & aggressively promote the opposite.
To me, there are those who I resonate more deeply with because we have had enough comparable frequencies of depth in our vibrational field.
I enjoy exploring the types of concepts you raise, as a sci-fi dystopian fan, they helpgalvinise some of what feels overwhelmingly indescribable... but in real life balance; I'm naturally more interested in how sometimes I stumble into these experiences with others, that feel curiously synchronistic in ways that seem amplify coherant understanding with all the harmonics in tact.
These little pockets of communion seem to invite the depths of our souls connection into states of emergence. It is always something unmistakable when occuring & we feel words that feel like 'joy', 'lightness', 'connention', 'awe', 'wonderment' etc.
To me these are naturally expansive states that can be experienced with potentially anyone & they're evolutionary in ways that can have unpredictable results with even your densist 'NPC'. I beleive when we find common ground at the humanising level, rather than scrutianising our differences to the point where one gets to choose whose presentations in any given situation & set of circumstances proves them to have or inhabit a soul.
Human vs non-human gets a bit uncomfortable for me due to where that goes if followed to its divisive foregone conclusion.

Maybe I'm lacking the experiences that would tell me otherwise, but I feel like we may just be dealing with stages/depth of sleep when talking about npcs. Something like more awareness = more agency, bodies, depth of suffering, etc. Also, there are a lot of series that I would say "make sure you stop watching after season x" when recommending.

Agreed. I feel we're each at our own rate of growth & some of those are highly automata or sleepwalker like. It's not comfortable to be aware & remain aware of things that cannot be commonly discussed & many people experience straying from the herd to be literal torture.
MSM feels comfortably familiar, even if understood to be lies. Plenty of people lie to themselves in order to make it through one day to the next & societal stress is also designed to feed & fuel that soul sucking trap.

But it's not a matter of learning when they literally cannot wake up no matter what. That means to me that there is a lack of something in them that would allow them to possibly grasp the concepts or to even care too. They care about their bread and circuses, nothing more. Ego and materialism. If there's just no way there gonna get to that level of awareness to be able to have a deep conversation with about anything it's bec there's not anything in them to get it besides fluff and filler.
@@lauragraves4342 What you say really matches my experience with other people, almost everyone honestly. If I try to steer conversations into deeper waters then I often get reactions of anger, painful facial expressions, etc. Maybe they literally cannot wake up, not even hypothetically.
But then, I've also known people who really sucked and then had massive traumas that totally reorganized them such that they were able to consider much deeper concepts after. They seemed to go from NPC -> ensouled being. So I say, maybe the "NPCs" are ensouled beings locked into a deep, deep level of sleep.
Anyway, I'm not sure. Throughout this week I asked myself "could this person be an NPC?" while talking to all sorts of people. Every time the answer was "it's possible..."
Here are some alternative possible names for the NPC/human dichotomy: matrix/source player, plugged/unplugged, initiated/uninitiated, ego/soul (or heart) driven, asleep/awoke, chained/freed soul. NPC could be Highly Programmable Human or Anestitised Soul, Non Questioning Human, Zombified Human, Human Drone.

about a month ago I had a 'feeling' that this christmas has some sort of parallels to 3 years ago, november and december 2019, that was a very troubled time for me, I still feel thats true, similar themes are playing out for me personally, maybe its also true on a wider scale I don't know though.

Thanks for the video as always Howdie - I would say that around 95% of my coworkers are NPC’s - I don’t really interact with them much since 2020… for some reason they just can’t figure out what has been going on since (And they probably never will) only a few can… that is the oddest part.

One needs to be very careful putting labels on people these days (even benign ones). An inversion on the label can quickly become a target on our backs.
