Thank you for hanging in NWA and showcasing our town and surrounding area. For us (Arkansans) NWA is the best place in the world to live. We love it here and hope you did too.
Good day TJ and Bri, I've been a fan of your posts for quite some time now. As a soon to be retire 😊 I appreciate all you have shared and given my wife and I a lot to think about. Thank you. Dave
Hi Dave 👋 Glad to hear you're enjoying our channel and we may have inspired some adventures of your own in the future! Congrats on your upcoming retirement and thanks for watching and commenting 😊
I live in Bentonville and was thrilled to see this on my suggestions today! Y'all were literally in my backyard. Glad you enjoyed your time while here. Y'all come back soon!
Arkansas is the most underrated state regarding beauty as far as I'm concerned. Especially the Ozarks. I'm looking forward to going back and spending some time there.
We have followed you for a couple of years. Your videos are delightful, and so are your dogs. I must compliment you on the steady improvement in the videos. The time and effort put into these are manifest in the increasing production quality.
Great tour of NW Arkansas......Bri....nice work on the unexpected hill. Love how you both consistently laugh and make the best of any adversity you encounter. You are both great examples to all of us, especially during these strange and difficult times. Recently discovered your channel, and catching up with all your adventures makes “quarantine time” much more tolerable. Enjoy your upcoming travels....and stay safe!!
My part of the world, Northwest Arkansas. I lived in Huntsville and Springdale most of my early years. Now we are in Houston, Texas and get back to Arkansas as often as possible. 👍👍
We're called Arkies. And proud of it. The reason your having such a hard time is because of the humidity. Go to Noel, Missouri and check out the Bluff Dwellers Cave.
Thank you for showcasing my home area. You have made this “Arkansawyer” homesick. You must return to NWA and spend some quality time. It’s a Natural Wonder and national treasurer.
Our pleasure, Tom, and we'll happily return! We might have to employ you to write our next voiceover script, beautifully said! It's obvious you're passionate about your home state 😊
Awesome! I am also an RVer that resides in Bentonville. Excited to finally see one of the many RV vloggers stop in NW Arkansas instead of passing through. We have alot to offer. Mountains, forests, lakes, and great culture. By the way it's "Arkansans", lol! Thank you for highlighting and welcome!
Awesome to see fellow Airstreamers visit our area. You were just a couple blocks from us when you were on the Square. Bentonville and NWA is a hidden gem and love seeing it featured here.
The next time you're in the area, Eureka Springs is a great place to visit. It has an amazing historic district; lot's of great stuff to see. I can't wait to get back there!
We 1000% recommend stopping in Arkansas. Depending on your route, we also thoroughly enjoyed Hot Springs, AR and Little Rock, AR when we visited a few years ago. Here are those videos so you can get an idea of what to expect: ruclips.net/video/P9GU6wwm5qc/видео.html ruclips.net/video/j-KMhBeBUjc/видео.html Happy to help, enjoy the ride!
Not sure how long you have in the area, but if you get a chance to get over to Eureka Springs area, it has a ton of attractions as well. Really the entire Northwest area, starting all the way back at Russellville on Interstate 40 heading West to I49 North as it is called now, the entire area has enough to keep you busy for a few weeks to a month, depending on how fast you tour things. I lived in Arkansas for 10 years and traveled the state rather extensively, it has a lot to offer, but it has a lot of problems too...
Eureka Springs is actually coming up next week! That's the 'quirky side of Arkansas' I mentioned at the end of the video 😉 Unfortunately, we were a bit rushed - we were due in Florida by Thanksgiving to spend the holidays with our families. We definitely agree that we could spend weeks or even months in that area. All areas have their problems 🤷♀️ Thanks, Dale!
Their's a place south of Table Rock Lake that's own by the bass pro guy, I can't think of the name of it, but when you're back in this area check it out. North Central Arkansas is very nice too if you haven't been there yet. Just keep going East on hwy 62/412 it's a great drive...
Thank you for your suggestions, Dave 👍 We always appreciate local recommendations and look forward to exploring more of Arkansas - we have loved every bit of it we've seen so far 😍
@@EmbracingDetours Bull Shoals White River campground is where we go when we can, it's has bike/hiking trails and much more, but their's a lot to see, we live in West Plains Missouri, so if you need help with anything, we have room for you and you're kids lol.
That's very kind of you, thank you! We did make our way through a little bit of MO and drove right by you - we visited friends in Cape Girardeau. That video will be coming up in a few weeks. Thanks again, Dave!
@@EmbracingDetours cool, look forward to seeing it, now we are thinking about going to Bentonville camping, I used to drive a big truck and went thru there. Thank's for sharing be safe...
Hi again! Great vid guys! Enjoyed learning about this town/city. A nice mix of cultural outdoors etc. You both seemed to really like it too. A good one to revisit. Thx as always for sharing. Stay safe and healthy and catcha next time.
Love the jazzy music you used when you headed into town. I think it was cool how it started as the pups busted out of the Airstream. Another great video! Thanks for taking us with.
I am so glad you enjoyed your time here in the Ozarks. Just imagine what it was like for me growing up here. I left the area when I was 18, but now, I have returned.
Thanks for visiting and enjoying. My family likes to joke with that big hill you had to climb as yep thats bella vista for you. I still constantly get confused on those hills and I don’t even go that far in. I hoped you guys enjoyed the drive from bentonville to eureka springs, it’s very squiggly.
Awesome to see y’all in my home state, I’m just south in Fort Smith. And yes, North West Arkansas is our go to place. Glad it was a good experience for ya...Enjoying following your adventures. Safe Travels
Great content! Thanks for the good exposure, I’m from Bentonville and I appreciate the positive review 👍🏽 highway 71 is a scenic route that a lot of people ride if y’all are looking for some good views
Hi again T.J & Bri, I'm a bit surprised that you're not at 100K yet! 😉. I've been telling my friends and family about how down to earth you both are! Good luck and keep on posting. Dave
Absolutely! I'm disappointed because we were actually near Charlevoix a couple of years ago and didn't know about the Mushroom Houses. Now I know and we'll just have to return!
Great video as always. Bentonville is on our list to visit as we want to visit the Wal Mart museum. Bonus that the town looks nice and there's a brewery!
We drive through this region to get down to Mardi Gras every year (well not this year or last) and depends on where you drive through, We avoid northwest Arkansas if we can
We enjoyed your video from Bentonville very much. We are planning our next trip leaving this summer and we added this gem to our bucket list of stops on our journey. We see there are many COE campgrounds very near on Beaver Lake. This will be a must see area. Thanks again and keep showing us exciting places to visit. Being stuck at home in the Seattle area for the last year has been trying. Getting itchy feet to hit the road again!.
It's been almost 20 years since we were in Arkansas, and even then, we were only there for a couple days, not enough time to give it a fair chance. Hope to get back in the next couple years. - GB

Bentonville is a wonderful place. Crystal Bridges was my "birthday" day trip choice a couple of years ago. Unfortunately it was closed (I think it was a Tuesday). But, we didn't let us stop us. It was a beautiful day so we explored the grounds. What a treat. The problem we have found is finding a campground. Looks like you found an option. If anyone else knows of a good place to stay in the area, please reply! We would love to stay the weekend or even two days during the week.
That was so much fun! We’ve had Arkansas on our list for a while but have renewed interest now that we’ve learned about NW Arkansas - thank you!! You guys made us LOL a couple of times - and TJ, it looked like you were on your way to a face plant on the bike trail. Whoa! 😳 Thanks for a great video - be safe!

Another great video! While we have lived in southwest Arkansas for about six years, we have yet to get up to Bentonville. After watching this vid, we are now planning to take our Roadtrek and Rad Power Bikes up there, so thanx for the perfect motivation! BTW, since we lived in Kansas before moving here, I can tell you that the only time you are allowed to use the pronunciation of Kansas while saying “Ar-Kin-Saw” is when referring to someone who lives in the Natural State. Then you say we are “Ar-Kansans”! I had to be careful when referring to river after moving here from Wichita, because I was used to enjoying time around the Ar-Kansas river, and you can’t call it that here!😂
Hi! This is Teri and Pat from Minnesota 😁. We have just found your channel and loving it! We been binge watching for about 4 weeks. Great job! Missing our camping time. My girlfriend (an abject Beginner at MTBing) and I have been to Bentonville 3 times in the last year (most recently for a 2 week stay over X-mas & NYE). If anyone reading this is headed to Bentonville to give MTBing their 1st try, here's a list of trail suggestions to try (in progressive order) 1. Wolf trail - super easy figure 8 single track. Runway bike park - a Real pump track and skills course. This is a Great place to improve MTBing skills and really assess where your skill level is. 5. Lake Fayetteville - take those freshly honed skills to a nice relatively flat single track trail! About a 5 mile long loop around the lake. 6. All American - you should be ready to actually enjoy this ubiquitous trail now! 7. Family flow - time to "session" a trail. It's an easy loop back to the top. 8. Leopards loop - like Family flow but paved, faster and with some steep dips. 9. Tango Whiskey - if Leopards loop didn't put the fear of God in ya, it may be time for Tango Whiskey. It's just a bit faster than Leopards loop and all dirt. Nothing that can't be rolled and it's also an easy loop back to the top for sessioning. 10. Fire line - time to ride a Big Boy trail. Fire line will not disappoint. Fast and long big sweepers and easy jumps (rollable). Be prepared for a long slog back to the top (hint - rent an Ebike!)
