What a great match. I now even think that is it real? You two are the real g.o.a.t. no doubt.
Novak The Great.
He played the longest match in history of Aus Open and won it, the longest Aus Open final and won it and the longest ever Wimbledon final and won it. And he beat in those finals the hardest possible opponents Federer and Nadal.
He cheated in this match and Rafa was with him all the way. Don't forget that Rafa even with all his injuries gives all players a run for their money. In my books, he is the GOAT hands down. This was a very close match and it was anybody's match in the end. Kudos to Rafa!
@@yinchan4185 rafa is literally in all the great matches on all surfaces: grass (wimbledon 08), hardcourt (ao 12), and clay (fo-semi 2013)
@@yinchan4185 how did he cheat??
@@ambikeyamohapatra2482 mto you know, the usual thing that he does to regain his energy. It's a repetitious habit of his.
@@yinchan4185 bro but when did he cheat in this match?
Septiembre 2023 Novak Djokovic, 36 años, 24 Grand Slams y sumando. El mejor tenista de la historia, fin.
Best match ever. I wish I had seen this in 2012. Back then, i wasn't tennis fan. But now , i am. So I will catch up every match of novak. Love you Novak♥️♥️
Me too
One of the most competitive tennis matches of all time
Everytime Djokovic plays against Nadal I come here... their best match ever!
More than 6 hours. Amazing.
Both player was fantastic.
Congratulation.
5:25:23 the most painful miss of Rafa's career. the equivalent of Novak's touching of the net during the RG13 SF.
Can we switch those? Id prefer a universe where novak and rafa both had 3 RG and AO
No doubt. Biggest what ifs of Nadal's career. Not saying his record would have been very different against Novak outside of clay if he had won that point and the match. But winning this would have surely helped Nadal a lot mentally
@@tennisojisama87 Ya many would like that I bet
@Probie I wouldn't like that. Nadal has never beaten djokovic at AO and I would like it to stay that way.
Fue la primera final que vi de estas dos leyendas y no vi el partido desde el comenzó. Puedo decir que me encanto desde ese momento el tenis 🎾
Legends , absolute legends
BECAME A FAN OF SIR NOVAK DJOKOVIC AFTER THIS MATCH.NOVAK INSANE DJOKOVIC.
The chair umpire Pascal Maria is one lucky man. 2008 Wimbledon Final and this too! Wow
5:31:22 25 shot rally
5:35:20 djokovic falls to the ground ending the 31 shot rally amazing
anyone else get this recommended to them in july 2019?
Me!
still remember when I was looking live to this in 2012, unbelievable
In all honesty, tennis here is your goat.
i'm a RaFan and that's the best tennis match in history
nadal really wanted this one after losing to nole several times in a row....he just wouldnt give up thats why the match lasted so long. im not a nadal fan but i gotta say he really fights
Agreed he wanted to avenge all his 6 defeats in this new yeat
He did it in Roland garros😅
@Alice outside of it , he barely has a chance
Not just the best hard court and greatest tennis match, but one of the best finals in the history of sports world! ❤
THIS was the greatest match of all time
Better than Wimbledon 2019 final
The way he tears his shirt off and celebrates after that glorious forehand winner was chilling - I think every man wishes they could celebrate an achievement like that - a legendary moment in the sport
Here after the RG 2021 final. Need to stay high in emotion 😂
I'm going back and forth witch one I consider best match ever this one or rg 2021 😂

Greatest Tennis match ever played. Change my mind.
24th Grand Slam won.Bravo Novak we are so proud of you!!YOU ARE THE BEST!!!🎉🎉🎉
Ok world, look and cry...
You will never have match like this. One more time, shame on you Australia.
probably the best 3 matches ever
1)2008 wimby final
2)2012 aus final
3)2013 french semis
they all have rafa and referee pascal
and I don't believe in coincidences
Lmao go check best matches of all time on ultimate tennis statistics. In top 20 Rafa is there 5 times and Roger and Novak 8
2018 wimbledon nadal - djoko was amazing.
I have watched this more than 20 times - incredible one

1:34:29 2nd set begins
2:41:35 3rd set begins
3:25:54 4th set begins
4:12:12 Rain delay
4:21:00 4th set resumes
4:54:17 5th set begins
(2-2) 4-4 during this time , they were super tired. they couldn't play at all. noone could defence or attack in the way they could. its really painful to watch them play at that moment. Huge Respect to both.
Another instant classic between these two Titans this year at the 2021 French Open Semifinals.
Not as good as this match, but still an amazing match to watch, especially with Nadal playing at his best location.
353 minutes of world class tennis but seeing these 2 barely be able to stand on their feet before they got those chairs and water bottles can make one more happy to see them finally be able to relax for a little bit because they were exhausted.
That was just the biggest physical battle of two GLADIATORS in the Coliseum... 😱😱😱
@@natoskull2 It was. They were in pain and I truly believe that they hugged the bad so badly after that match.
Guy who brought them the chairs is the real MVP
Rod Laver clearly doesn’t want to be there and they keep calling him every year lmao
@Peter Kelner That's not his fault !
Why he doesn't want to be there?
imagine playing the highest level of tennis on the world's biggest stage against your friend and rival for 6 hours straight :) - rewatching this now is just as sweet as it was the first time absolutely amazing match.
Tight slap to the commentators who predicted that Nadal wins in 3 sets😂😂
Djokovic's win was a tight slap to the commentators on so many levels! It's ridiculous how much they underrated him!
Regardless of what they may think of Djokovic if you lose six consecutive finals to a person idk how you’re favored so easily in the next one
Absence of logic and paranoia are a common symptom in all Djoker fans. Instead of enjoying a match they all have to being toxicity and conflict.
@@rishwiz9They are so irritating. Constant victims
Driving me mad how Djokovic can barely stand and he's going "got to get in" like its the easiest thing ever just to charge to the net at that point
Nole and rafa not being able to stand in the final ceremony will always b iconic 😂
Muscles... Finally we can rest...
But wait we can't even move now...
Amazing stuff by both players.
Eu tenho Record de assistir esse jogo ..incontável obrigado Djokovic ❤
Compared with Wimbledon and the US Open, I still like the Australian Open, the quality of the audience in the before two competitions is too bad.
How so?
