Dragon ball is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me. It changed my life for the better and its now one of the center pieces of life. Im going to miss Akira so much. Goodbye Toriyama-san. Your work will be forever remembered. And this tribute shows that.
I never thought I'd actually be brought to tears for once. But yeah man. Akira Toriyama, the Legend, One of a Kind artist and creator many of us probably didn't deserve. But because of his dedication and passion, we were brought characters, who helped to shape the earlier parts of our lives. I for one, grew up watching Dragon Ball, from 1995 to this very day. Despite what anyone would say about the characters, the story, or even the designs. He never truly failed to satisfy the audience. Taking such a lifelong journey with Goku, Bulma, Master Roshi, Krillin, ChiChi, Dindei, Piccolo, and Tien. Yamcha, Chiotzu, Oolong, Trunks, Goten, Hercule, Videl and Pan, the newly arrived Bulla, Launch, Freiza, Cell, Buu, Beerus, Whis, the Grand Priest, and all the others I didn't name. It goes to show the journey was well traveled, and though the trip has ended for our faithful turtle hermit, I know he's likely left his work, in the hands of someone who will honor his memory, while keeping the Dragon Balls around for just a while longer, so we can continue to ask Shenron....for just one more wish. Before we truly have to say goodbye...Sensei 🙇♂️ 🙏
Goku: Why don't we use the Dragon Balls to wish him back? Me: You guys have used the Dragon Balls to wish people back from the dead many times, but sadly, this is one wish that can't be granted. It's Sad but True. Rest in peace, Akira Toriyama.
I may have just turned 12 but when my dad showed me dragon ball z for the first time I became obsessed. For 4 years I have grown to become a huge fan of Dragon ball watching all the movies and shows which changed me forever. When I heard that you passed away it was almost as if frieza blew me up instead of krillin. You truly gave me a zenkai boost and I've always been beyond grateful for that. If I could gather all 7 dragon balls I would use them to bring you back. As mine and the generations to come grow old I promise we will carry on your legacy. Thankyou
This is an amazing and beautiful tribute to the creator of a hero that not only inspired a generation, but so many around the world. Gone but never forgotten. Akira Toriyama April 5, 1955 - March 1, 2024
Even now, after a month and a half, the pain of this loss doesn't go away. We truly lost one of the greatest storytellers AND artists of all time! But I am glad to see there are people like you who have grown to appreciate and admire Akira Toriyama and his work from the very beginning! Dragon Ball was life-changing for me as well, making me who I am today, and even now I go back to listen to these wonderful soundtracks that make it so special and memorable! It's so good to know that know that millions of people who in spite of being strangers that have never met each other have still come together to enjoy and love 'Dragon Ball'. This tribute is beautiful! I'm glad that you put so much effort, and especially so much heart into it! R.I.P. Akira Toriyama! Thank You for bringing all of us together with your work, and I wish you eternal happiness in heaven!
I remember when I was in elementary grade. Our teacher told us to choose a particular topic that interests us and make a report about it. And then, I decided to create a report about the Dragon ball anime series. We'll it is expected that everyone will laugh at my work. But my teacher literally cried cause it makes her remember the time she first watch the series and saved her from killing herself. She was depressed and she said that this anime series saved her. Akira Toriyama is a warrior and a legend. I thank you as well for giving us the best childhood ever. ❤❤❤ SOAR HIGH and REST IN PEACE.
say all you want, but Dan Dan Kokoro is hands down the best opening to Tribute Akira Toriyama, how the opening represents our journey of this franchise. I can't stop capturing the image of how this song tells you that he may be gone, but the legacy still continues to give us all hope that dragon ball will never die. And he wanted us to enjoy every last bit of his masterpiece. Thank you, for making this symphony...this opening will always be in my heart. No words can describe the impact Akira Toriyama had on so many people's lives, he may not have even been aware of the astronomical impact he's had on so many people's lives, but he should be proud of the impact he has had in not only Manga but the entire world. This symphony truly lives up to the title "symphony", it's absolutely beautiful. I pray that Toriyama-Sensei rests in peace, and may the Otherworld accept him with loving arms.
Man, I'm actually a new fan of Dragon Ball (awful timing, right?) and it's been so beautiful to see everyone appreciating all these moments as I'm experiencing them for the first time... I can feel every bit of love you poured into this, man, and it's a monumental expression of gratitude. You deserve the best
A franchise that broke the internet, made godlike revenue, and an infinite fandom. No other series will come close, whether show, movie, or game. Akira didn't create a legacy but a dynasty. We used to be made fun of for watching shows like this when we were young, now everyone for the most part understands why it's the first thing people talk about when you hear the word anime. Thank you Toriyama for making a series that encourages us to never give up, cherish your loved ones and always strive to be better. Thank you for inspiring the world.
Dragonball has been there for me up until about 6 years ago, when I didn't need to keep it to myself and my kiddo started watching it with me. She's the only one that ever took interest in it with me once I graduated. Toriyama built this world that my siblings and I grew up loving, my daughter and I love and that goes so much further than I think anyone realizes. I'll be eternally grateful to him.
I thank God every day for having absolute legends like Akira Toriyama walk among us. The way they revolutionize their respective fields is truly something to behold. While millions grieve his loss, his stories will always live on in our hearts and minds. The reaper's scythe comes for us all in the end. I knew that the torch would have to be passed on eventually, but his passing still felt like a massive gut punch. It may've felt too soon for him to go, but like I said before, he deserves his spot in heaven for creating one of the biggest masterpiece series in all of anime and manga, and inspiring countless millions to always push forward and strive for more, alongside Goku and his friends. Rest in peace, King. You will be missed.
Toriyama will never be gone because we'll always remember the profound impact he made on manga and the lives of countless fans across the globe. He'll continue to inspire countless millions after all of us are reduced to dust by the winds of time.
I promise to keep this story alive to my sons in the future, the story and the one who created it . Even if the name of Dragon Ball fades in the future generations.

I can say, I've been watching DBZ for over 5 years, and even with that I cannot tell you how much its changed my life and how much I truly love it. Its not just an anime we watch, its a journey and an adventure that we will always be on. It shows us how to become a better person and to help others no matter what the cost, even if were kicked to the ground. I know that I may sound bland, but Ive always loved Gokus character and have tried to imitate him whenever I was at my lowest in life. Thank you Akira Toriyama, thank you for not only giving us a story, but hope for us to continue in the future to share your beautiful story for generations to come. You truly are number number one.

Goodbye Toriyama-san. Your work will be forever remembered. And this tribute shows that.
You and me both my friend
This is PURE LOVE. Thank you for doing this with all your heart. I'm in tears. I hope Toriyama can feel the love that everyone send him from heaven.
Akira Toriyama
April 5, 1955 - March 1, 2024
This is just too beautiful. *Thank You Akira Toriyama.*
Beautiful, rest in peace Akira Toriyama. May you and your works be remember for future generations🙏
SOAR HIGH and REST IN PEACE.
say all you want, but Dan Dan Kokoro is hands down the best opening to Tribute Akira Toriyama, how the opening represents our journey of this franchise. I can't stop capturing the image of how this song tells you that he may be gone, but the legacy still continues to give us all hope that dragon ball will never die. And he wanted us to enjoy every last bit of his masterpiece. Thank you, for making this symphony...this opening will always be in my heart. GT ending shows us Goku's farewell is just exactly how Toriyama telling us his goodbye 🐉🐲

Yes, I was so shocked when I've heard the news 😢Thank you Mr. Akira Toriyama for your wonderful characters, you really made our childhood more fun 🙏❤
Yeah, my childhood wouldn’t be same without him.
Dan Dan was a prefect way to start and end this track. We truly appreciate this, rest in peace Akira toriyama.
I’ve got goosebumps for this piece of artwork.. Rip Akira Toriyama🙏🏻
Toriyama and his masterpieces mean alot to the entire world itself... rest in peace, Toriyama, and fly high... we'll see you in other world someday...
RIP AKIRA TORIYAMA Sensei😢

Rest in piece Akira. Thank you for a show that's stayed with me all the way to my middle aged journey.
