How to Customize Spotify Client in 2023!
Hey there! In this video, I'll be showing you how to make your Spotify look way cooler than it does right now. We'll be doing this by using themes, and we'll be using the latest version of a tool called Spicetify to do it.
This tutorial is all about personalization - I'll be teaching you how to change the way your Spotify looks to match your own unique style. By the end of the video, you'll have a completely different-looking Spotify that reflects your personal taste. And don't worry, I'll also show you how to uninstall the tool if you change your mind later.

I had spicetify but it stopped working after an update 2 years ago and this worked even after the new update with the new layout thank you so much! my spotify can be pretty again!!
(ps btw, i see alot of people have trouble with marketplace not showing up. On the website there's a marketplace code under the one you just copied. copy and paste that into powershell and you should have it!)

Hey i already followed the instructions but the "Marketplace" does not appear on my spotify

when you're at the part where you're pasting in the code, for windows, linux, and mac versions, theres a line of code underneath labled as "marketplace". once you've successfully copied and pasted the first line of code (above market place) onto powershell, paste in the marketplace code and it should pop up (or at least for me).
hi my problem is that everytime i turn it down and restart spotify it isnt changing the skin and loads the default what am i supposed to do ?

Hey man give this a shot, it worked for me. I tried posting this comment but it got deleted for some reason. Had the same issue with the Marketplace.
Uninstall the app version if you have not done so already by right-clicking the App in the Start menu and selecting Uninstall. You can also do it from Start > Settings > Apps.
Next, open File Explorer > navigate to C:\Program Files > go to the View tab in file explorer > check the option for Hidden files > in C:\Program Files scroll down until you see the WindowsApps folder > right-click > select Properties > Security > Advanced > next to Owner select Change > under "Enter the object name..." type in Administrators > OK.
When ownership change is complete > go inside the folder and delete the SpotifyAB.SpotifyMusic_1.138.558.0_x86__zpdnekdrzrea0 folder.
Grab the full offline installer from download.scdn.co/SpotifyFullSetup.exe. When the install completes, you can confirm the desktop version is installed by opening appwiz.cpl and locating the Spotify.
After doing this follow the instructions in the video for installing spicetify. Should work okay after that. Good luck.

I did everything correct. But now I cant even open up Spotify ( Im on m1 macbook) and i ran the terminal with OK status and everytihing applied and updateD. it doesnt open spotify
