    I can’t believe they’re trying to say a Super Bowl winning veteran in the NFL has a better story than a rookie who got drafted, and took one of the worst franchises to the playoffs, with a rookie coach and has a chance to go deep while breaking rookie records…. It’s crazy.

      There's def an argument flacco ain't a HOFer he's always been a big game stud but he's got the jay Cutler in him where menial games tend to roll off him.. the story is of flacco return if they can make the title game is a bigger story than Stroud unless Stroud makes it there

    I’m from Cleveland. It’s not even a debate… Browns winning a Super Bowl would be much wayyyy bigger than Lebron winning the championship. Us Cleveland people felt like the Cavs should’ve won way more than one championship anyway 🤷🏽‍♂️

    • @amrey3628
      @amrey3628 10 месяцев назад +5

      Blame the league. It still bugs me that they allowed that KD thing to happen but were staunchly opposed to Chris Paul & Kobe. Had to neutralize the real chance of takeover that Bron & Kyrie posed to their Jordan shrine (I'm fair but Bron probably would've won 2 more rings with that Cleveland team, after the 3-1 comeback they pulled). They did not want that to happen, at all because Bron is...he's a little to vocal for their likes (don't care what stance on had on that, it is what it is).

    What Lebron and the Cavs did was great for the city of Cleveland and it was an electrifying way to eradicate the drought. That being said, a Browns SB win would move mountains in Cleveland and most of Ohio for that matter. The state yearns for that more than anything else.

CJ Stroud came in and I was excited but was expecting us to win no more than 6 games this year if we had a great year. I can't see him sharing a QB room with Watson. Best place for him would be with a contending team with a young QB (rookie or 2nd year) who isn't ready to start. They are not going to dump Watson - they still have $200M in dead cap with him, and Flacco is going to get bridge money if he wants to play next year (Broncos perhaps?).

    The fact Shannon's rebuttal of SA's stance on Flacco being the better story than the more valid point that Stroud is actually the better story because we've seen QB's that are 40-ish in age do these playoff runs...Brady, Payton to name two...and they let Molly's prop kill the segment. Smdh.

      I get it, the Texans were garbage last year and now they barely squeaked into the playoffs with an amazing quarterback and head coach... But their division is garbage. Cleveland was in arguably the toughest division. 4 starting qb's, lost chubb and a whole lot of other starters on both sides to injuries and yet still.... They made it as a 5 seed. I think the Cleveland team in totality makes a better story but Stroud and demeco.. they're gonna have theirs... Just not this year.
