Saw this tour at Nassau Coliseum with Santana opening for Clapton. Not only did they jam after Clapton's band performed, jazz guitarist John McLaughlin joined them on stage and the trio lit up the house. Three great, distinctive sounding guitar masters. Santana probably the most instantly recognizable. Tremendous show.

Two guitar rockers brought to us straight from the Gods...enjoyed them then... still enjoy them now... and hopefully at their live concerts in the 'after life'.....

Known this song for just over 20 years now, this version I mean, and it is still one of my all time favorite live recordings ever, period. This and Allman Bros at the Fillmore East. This is one piece of music that everyone should hear at least once. It's something they need to be teaching in music classes.
