It's a shame that they only work for version 1.10 of Android and iOS. Speaking from ignorance, do you think it would be totally impossible for them to work in VC DE? As you already know, there are some methods that SA DE and SA Mobile share, I don't know if this is the case with VC.
...It's been tested over a year ago. When this was found, over a year ago, as just EP/EC/EC2, without DP, I tested other Android Versions as well as DE and it doesn't work. Also tested PS2 and PC, etc...Doesn't work anywhere but Android 1.10 and iOS, since both are "the same." Like, ANY OTHER Android Save would be INCOMPATIBLE on iOS, but Android 1.10 Saves can load up on iOS Devices and iOS Saves can load up specifically on Android 1.10. It's pretty neat! They are basically identical in this regard.
Unfortunately, this one was NOT Black. But, it was DP/EP...I am not sure if what you see is EC/EC2 or not, either. That "White" Color is Random. It's likely EC, but I can't be certain. I just finished a 2nd Save in VC Mobile with 44 Converted Vehicles and 25-29 of them are with the DP Property. The others are not. 10-15 of them aren't even Black, either, but strange Colors and stuff. I'll post the Showcase Video in a week or so. Just need to finish the final 3rd Save, which is just 24 (the remaining to exist) more Conversions to have all existing Vehicle Models converted in the game, lol... So, in my 1st Save, my Deluxo, Sabre Turbo, Sandking, and Hotring Racer are not DP, but rather just EP/EC/EC2 Black. I am not too worried, since as I said, I have 20-30 and more DP Vehicles in this game already. Plenty... I hope I can get DP/EP Hotring Racer A and B...That will make up for it, lol...
They are very easy on PS2/Xbox/PC, but the way the Menu works is slightly different on Mobile/DE...Like, in my mind, I can't RUN when using a Controller and having this Menu. I can only walk. You need to run, to quickly enter a Hotring A/B and teleport it back to Ammunation. I need to also do it all in the beginning, cuz I need them then for this Conversion. I'd be very happy if I can get both, and then convert both to DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black!

I did the entire game's worth of 68+ Conversions and not once did I even have this problem with Mercedes and a Yellow Blip. 99.99% of every Vehicle Model can be stored in Ocean Heights BEFORE and AFTER, anyways... Might just remove that part from the Description, was copy/pasted from the old one. Assuming you're the only fool that disliked the Video? Why do you even come to my Channel in the first place?

I got another! ;) I guess this was posted somewhere else, and then the butthurt crowd found it and cried when they realized I discovered you can get DP Vehicles in this game when they have all their inferior Saves to redo now, I guess lol...Either that, or they are too stupid to read the Description and didn't realize it's exclusive to Android Version 1.10 and iOS. Not my fault people are incapable of reading.
Android 1.10 IS iOS...You can't load Android Saves on Android 1.10 because the Saves are not compatible. All the iOS Saves are compatible through Android 1.10, though. Luckily, there is a Tool out there to convert Android to iOS and iOS to Android for Mobile Saves. In fact, I had to do this for my Starter Save. I did my Starter Save years ago, on Android 1.06 and before I began, I had to convert it to iOS to load up in Android 1.10 through BlueStacks.

The funny thing is, who's it hurting? People who don't read Descriptions are only hurting *THEMSELVES* Do ****I**** really care if you miss information and then mess up while assembling a Save? Hell no. People who actually want to assemble the Saves properly will read stuff. So again, it's not on me, it's on them for not reading and missing key details.
JUST finished a little while ago. About to begin recording the Save File Showcase Video for Vice City Mobile and then post it. Done with Save Assembling for a while and all that remains is IV/V on RPCS3, SA DE on PC, and GTA V on PC. No idea when or if I will even bother with the LCS/VCS Guide Remakes. Nobody is even watching the Videos much anymore. I don't even see many Channels posting anything anymore, as well. Everyone left, nobody answers comments, or does much of anything, and then I spend hours on all the work with the Videos for a Guide, only for barely anyone watching them... Then people being complete and utter useless sacks of junk and neglecting to read valuable Descriptions that contain key details that the Video won't explain or tell you. Then they cry to me cuz I tell them to read the Description rather than re-typing everything out to them. Complete waste of my time, really. Save Assembling isn't, but doing Guides these days is. I can post stuff about Emulators and get 10K easily rather than this crap about Special Vehicles in ten GTA's worth, only getting a couple hundred Views each, and it's way more time consuming and difficult to pull off. Like I said, waste of time.

This is why III/VC/SA DE Mobile can't play (for now, I hope it changes in the later future) on BlueStacks, but CAN on a real Android Device...
The next REAL Mobile Device I get will be NEW, thus able to play them all, and since I have Netflix, I already have them for free, anyways. In the end, Mobile sucks. Waiting for the Ports to work through BlueStacks one day... Plus, I can play Patched DE on PC or Switch already, too...
Me, actually. I don't make many discoveries, but this is one of the handful that I did make. I wasn't the one to learn what MARKED Vehicles do in a Garage. That was found a couple of years ago and most people figured EP/EC/EC2 Black. I was the one to figure out HOW and WHY Vehicles are DP, since most people thought it was random. It's not. I can do it 9/10 tries now... The only thing confusing to me, which I have yet to solve is why there is RANDOM COLORS GIVEN and other times not. Sometimes, you get the EXACT Vehicle given back, but it's DP/EP, or just EP. But the Colors DO NOT CHANGE. Sometimes, it's FULL BLACK, which is the most "normal" thing to happen. Sometimes, it's completely RANDOM Colors. Sometimes, it's even Black, but another RANDOM Color. I can't explain any Colors stuff, just the DP Property which I discovered how it works and how to get it each time doing this Conversion! Today, I will begin my 3rd and final Save, which is just 24 more of these Conversions and guess what my first Vehicle is going to be? A COACH! Yes, it fits in Ocean Heights Garage, so yes, I will convert it. Hope it's DP when all is said and done, though!

I will record a LOT of Videos, throughout a week or two, and then begin uploading slowly...I need a good handle on 20-30 Videos or so before I even begin to upload anything new, anyways... Uploading my final VC Mobile Showcase Video now, and then I might not do anything for a while. I do too much work and figure everything out enough...
I'll likely do it, but I will just take a break for a week or two before I begin, then, record a good bunch of Videos, then, begin to upload them slowly. So in March you should expect Videos being UPLOADED finally for the new LCS Guide.

The maximum, lol...The PC I have is ultra powerful. I can do anything with it. Running some of the Emulators, like RPCS3 and Ryujinx/Yuzu or Xemu/Xenia are much more harder on your PC than running a PC Port of any GTA Game, even GTA IV, which is horribly optimized.

Too bad it doesn't work on other platforms. Interesting how the script is different just on iOS and one Android version.
Android 1.10 IS iOS...You can't load Android Saves on Android 1.10 because the Saves are not compatible. All the iOS Saves are compatible through Android 1.10, though. I've already converted 18/24 Vehicles in my 3rd Save, and yes, the Coach is DP/EP/EC/EC2 Black! As is all 18, actually!
