Andrea Williams Fondant can be either. This is a Chocolate Fondant which is a type of dessert, but then fondant is also the playdoh type icing you use to cover cakes. And, did you know the icing they use on donuts is also called fondant! Its like a sticky version of regular cake decorating fondant that you melt and then pour over cakes or sweets, then is sets kid of hard on the outside. Fun facts :)

looking at this new format and comparing it to when nickos kitchen had started years ago shows how far this show has come. this show may have an entirely different format from last time but the essence of the show hasn't been lost. Good job nicko! i can't wait for more!!!

I like the new style and look of Nicko's Kitchen rob. Some people have a hard time dealing with change. I'm sure they will get user to your new way of Nicko's Kitchen in time. If they don't well you will always have a fan like me watching your channels as soon as they are uploaded. I never miss an episode. I love it great work :)
Love the new format! I've gotta be honest, I never really cared for the old opening theme--didn't feel like it suited the tone of your show. But the way you're handling it now is about perfect. I miss the old closing music, tho XD
