    Hey salute my brother! Didn't realize you had a channel! I had considered starting one but it seemed so hard in ways that food never was. Lighting, sound, structure, filming, editing! Congratulations! Would love to talk more with you about it!

    Did you preheated the oven before putting the cake?

    the recipe say "freeze them for 4-5 hours" and "Cook them in a 450F oven for 10-15 min based of the size of your moulds", so if not freeze, how long should I cook it?

    • @CHEFROMAINAVRIL
      @CHEFROMAINAVRIL  2 месяца назад

      I would highly suggest to freeze but if not maybe 7-8 min max so they stay runny

      @@CHEFROMAINAVRIL so ideally it should be freezed until frozen, and then cook like your instruction?

    • @CHEFROMAINAVRIL
      @CHEFROMAINAVRIL  2 месяца назад

      @ThanhLe-oq8bg that’s the best case scenario but it’ll work even if you don’t. Don’t worry if you dont have time

      @@CHEFROMAINAVRIL thank you so much for your reply, I’m gonna try your recipe soon. I have one more thing want to know your opinion if you dont mind, I search bunch of recipes for chocolate fondant and it seems that only yours cook at the high temperature for quite the same time, is that because your particular oven or something else?
