Agreed, Black Tea have better taste. If i bottled it up.. what is the estimated shelf life ? and is there is any other way to prolong the shelf life (after we put in refrigerator/freezer) ?
Hello, refrigerated fruit tea should last at least a week. Adding preservatives would prolong the shelf life if you are planning to bottle them for sale. Otherwise, I would suggest make them for a week at a time. Good luck :-)
I often use black tea for peach tea recipe, but i must use green tea for mint-green apple tea recipe. I dont like 100% green tea taste but if i use black tea for that, the color will changed to brown 😂😂
What is better for fruit teas? Assam or Ceylon?
Personally, I prefer Ceylon for non-milk based tea drinks over Assam.

a bit confused on the measuring
mentioned on the video was 1 tsp tea = 1cup water for 22oz
but in description its only 150 ml
first is to steep the tea in, 2nd is for the brewed tea to use in the drink...:-)
