Taken my G test yesterday 23JAN2024/11:45am. Luckily I passed. Thanks to Rachel that is so kind. Bear in mind to focus and have presence of mind. ❤

@@BeccaC-vw7udno reverse park a lot of time in modified test. But if you practiced, you don't want to panic when needed

Thanks for your video. I passed test today 8-Apr-24 at Lindsay. I was an experienced driver with Right hand driving.
Same route till Kent road and was told to change lane . I was told to take left at the second intersection, where I was bit behind at intersection. Instructor told me to take a left, followed by another 2 left turns to join Kent Road that leads to highway.
1st lane change instruction in the first 80 kmts highway, second lane change at 80 km-60 km uphill.
Except for falling behind the suggested distance at intersection, no major feedback. Instructor yelled at me in the first 2 left turns at the intersection. Controlled my nerves and kept focus on doing basics correct. He was all ok after that till completion. The only feedback was on left turn at intersection.
Probably the easiest route for G. Recommend a round of practice in this route before actual test.

Did you have to stick to a constant speed limit or flow of traffic
@@farheenhaque6087if you have no car infront of you, you have to keep up the speed limit. If you have a car infront of you you follow with safe distance. Keep an eye on traffic signals too

just make sure you practice with the both rout. i was not tested with the regular route

@rafatshakil530 there's always parking but only at,the end they tell u to forward park
5:30 when she turned left why she didn’t change lane to the right? Because left line is for passing.
That's why the examiner was saying at the end end of the video, "I will pass you this time". Meaning she committed some errors. One of those is the changing lane after turning left in intersections. At that point, she made an error but still congratulations for passing.
I guess that's why this location is considered easy to pass
I think in toronto they would've failed you but she didn't do any major mistakes
That's minor mistake. It's not a serious fault. You only loose few points
@k11155 minor mistakes adds up. Unless she didnt do many and she had an easier instructor. I had a woman who counted all my minor mistakes and failed me
@@igot7-lu yes. As i said if you make only one minor you'll loose only few but If you make too many minor then too many points you'll loose. It'll fail you.
The highway driving in Lindsay seems easy, the roads are like country (rural) roads, but I need to practice highway driving in Toronto which makes me a little nervous. I’ll have to practice on a weekend early in the morning preferably.
I have my G test in 4 hours. This is the most important thing to me, will update after.

At 5:49, after turning left, weren’t you supposed to switch to the right lane as per the rule.

After accelerating to 80kmp on highway 7 and you're required to turn right afterwards, is it advisable to slow down or maintain the same speed until the 60kmp uphill
All you have to do is listen to the instructions, but before that you must practice the route first

Well done. Is this the only high way test? Do they do test in 400 series roads?
There's no 400 series around Lindsay. Only 80km speed out of city highways
& also around what time did you take your test?

80kph is the highest max. In this area
No merging like 400 series. Only 80km speed out of city road. And there's 40 50 60 80 kms roads in this route

Just wanna ask if you failed the G test, what will happen? Do they require you to tale a lesson or you can take G test drive again?
You have to retake in a few weeks/months. It's up to you if you are willing to undergo another lesson but the better you have to just to correct your mistakes you've made and be ready for your next attempt.
After 10 days u can book your test again

Avoid morning rush before 10am and afternoon rush after 2pm
