It becomes available as you hit a certain point in the story, after you clear away the pollution in the Yellow Forest it will appear. You wont need a blueprint. 👍
@jzr5972 Yes you accept the requests and deliver the orders to the radio tower, just go back to the tower and interact with it. You can also see blue crystal and iron ore from the radio tower location. You can also build a request board at your base, and accept requests and deliver from the request board. 😎

So yesterday I got the quest to build it, but when I go to the spot there s only a square on the ground, no blue ghost like you have.
Does it still list the materials required to build it when you go to the square on the ground?
@@MediaBeastStudio I've just tried and now when I go on the POI it made me actually start the construction. Must 've been a bug
