    I really love the Coco & Soy blend by Candle Shack. i don‘t know why not so many people are talking of the wax. I never had issues with the surface and everything. Just watching the video what you think about the wax because it‘s so unpopular 🙈❤️

      Hi , lovely to see you comment under my video and Happy New Years! I personally have not used it since I tested out 2 years ago , I would love to re buy it and test it again because I completely forgot how it worked with me if I am being honest with you. However , I am so glad that it is working well with you , you inspired me to get myself a batch so I can give it a go myself again 🩵 thank you for supporting me , I appreciate you 🩵

    Hehe, I think we are trying the same wax’s around the same time. So I have SCX curing and RCX curing. One thing I did notice was how yellow the SCX was when liquid and I do all my candles the same, yet it dried hard with a really wrinkly top. Cold throw not great so far. I noticed in the same it had the same finish. 🤷🏻‍♀️

      Hahah , High five 🙌 & Oh yes yes I got the same thing when I poured my SCX wax aswell, a very dark yellow colour. I think then my top was wrinkly rather than frosting .. you know when I showed my top with one of the candles! It may be wrinkly top rather than frosting because I got the same thing post burn result. Hopefully you will get a better cold throw and I wish us both luck with finding the waxes that work best for us 🤍 Thank you so much for your comment , it was so nice to hear your experience and thank you for your endless support 🤍

      @@Shakz91 yaayy! So grateful you enjoyed my video! & Woohoo! Candle supplies deliveries are the best, enjoy working with the wax! Tell me about it , I am so torn aswell between a few waxes but I think I am going to sit down with myself & write pros and cons for each wax and what goals I want from the wax for example , one important goal I want with my wax is for it to work with both EO & FO! Maybe that can help your decision- making! Best of luck with your candle making journey , you are going to crush it!& I hope I get to see you on more of my videos 😁😁

      Thank you 😊 & What a tricky question , I honestly feel like I have not found ‘the one ‘ yet. I feel like I keep going back and forth , I am looking for a wax that works well with both EO & FO as that will save me money in the long run. But ahh , I can’t answer your question just yet but I will definitely get to that point and let you know 🤍🤍 xx

      You are very welcome! Thank you so much for clicking on my video and supporting me 🤍 Have fun with making your candles! My favourite so far honestly is GW464, at 52 degrees gives me an amazing hot and cold throw , however I am currently testing a new wax! Hopefully I will love it with EO just as much and more 🤍

    How did you avoid any wet spots? I’m using cb135 at the minute but the glass adhesion is a huge issue. What did you do to prevent them when using this wax?

    • @mawahebhome
      @mawahebhome  3 года назад +1

      Hi! So , for this wax I actually didn’t do anything to it. The adhesion was so good & I think that is the nature of the wax. If you are using CB135 , heat up the jars before pouring. Either in the oven or with a heat gun. One thing though to know about wet spots is that it is very normal when it happens due to change of temperature & due to science of wax shrinking when cooled & expands when its hot! I know it’s very annoying to see on your jar but it is very normal! Hopefully with heating up your jar it will help & I know some people also put tin foil around the jar to keep it warm!

    hii, thank you for your review, I bought the same wax in candle shak, and I don't like how the top looks. I tried differents temperatures, can I ask you how do you fix the top of it? I'm testing since April, and I want to give up😥

    • @mawahebhome
      @mawahebhome  3 года назад

      Hi, thank you for watching my video! Rough tops after the candle sets is very common with natural waxes , now some waxes set nicely and some just need a little extra step. So , to fix a rough top heat gun the top of your candle and thats all! Don’t give up lovely! Never give up! Things get tough & challenging but you are more than capable in overcoming that! You can always pivot to another wax , a single pour wax for example which I have been using recently such as Cb135, Kera soy, Cb Advanced! I have had great tops with them and sometimes I do feel the need to heat gun the top! 🤍🤍 I hope I helped, keep going ♥️

      @@mawahebhome thank you for your answer, yes I'm using kerasoy for my pillar candles. I wanted to do the containers totally naturally, but I spend so much money 😅already. but I would give a try to the others that you recommend, do you use the FO from candle shak too?, new subscriber here😉

      Hey hey! How are you? Ahh I got asked that the other day to , I have not honestly found “the one” wax you know. I keep going back & forth with testing various of waxes, I am definitely looking for a wax that works really well for both EO & FO. It’s such a tricky question to answer, but I will definitely get to the point where I feel like this is the wax that I want to move forward with & I will let you know when I have my favourite wax!
