Can one lead a normal life after using a pessary or are there any restrictions? Can one lift weight,while doing routine housework, after using pessary?

The last ring I had inserted caused me so much I had to remove it, I'm now waiting to see my doctor next week, my pain I'm having through my prolapse is so bad 😢🇬🇧
Mam I put pessery toa 16week pregnant patient but pessery is not coming out after valsalva but uterus is prolapse, then I ask to patient to walk pessery didn't come out . Patient is able to pass urine too, but prolapse is not reduced with pessery, then what to do?
How often n how long should the follow up be? Do v remove the pessary n reinsert in every follow up? How often should it be changed for a new one of the same size?
