Respectfully, the dude is jacked, athletic, and plays in the NFL. What works for them may not work for everyone else. But you can’t act like there isn’t proof in the pudding. Professionally, he’s made it alot further than us. How long it may or may not work for them, who knows. Also keep in mind that their father was a professional bodybuilder a long time ago. So there wasn’t nearly as much knowledge back then as there is today. But it still works for them

How can even the basic population see that their form and workouts itself are shit? Than its really fucking shit. Although people say weight lifting doesn't affect height, i wonder how the oldest son 6'4 and the younger brothers barely 5'10. Is it because he started them too early? Typically amongst athletes(there are exceptions to the rule) the younger brothers are always taller.

Nope stop believing in that myth lifting doesn’t stunt growth, damage to the growth plates do by an injury either a accident or long term damage like making a 10 year old squat every day that type stuff causes damage and for the height it’s genetics theirs so many people who are real tall with short relatives Micheal Jordan was 6”6 with 5”4 and 5”5 brothers with a 5”9 dad and 5”5 mom nobody in his close family over 6 foot

A speed power athlete like amon should be doing plyos and power based training 1-3 reps of 40-60% and then maximal strength training-1-3 prolly lower than 80% just due to injury risk. The hypertrophy might boost work capacity but like football is a glycolic energy and phosphates energy system sport its fast twitch. The hypertrophy work capacity training will only help endurance and injury resistance from increased muscle mass. I'd also do unilateral stuff too

You aren't doing slow and controlled on a football field. It is erratic and unpredictable...
