I have a question: Has Christian’s training regimen contributed to the injuries he is now dealing with, as it relates to the Achilles tendon in both legs? Have his trainers put too much strain on his legs for too long a time that it has now weakened or damaged the tendons to the point of having tendinitis in both Achilles tendons?

I mean atleast they lift weights and have good genes 😂 ima down for safer and more effective but ig they get more explosiveness and cardiovascular training from this 🤷🏽♂️ I prefer a mix of Mike Mentzer/Dorian Yates and John brown I wanna do intense but controlled and then dropsets with supersets and little rest then RECOVER RECOVER RECOVER!!! Cuz systemic fatigue and even local fatigue from that is real lol but ig what works best for the individual everyone will be different

This is great but who is his clothes coach (the guy who analyzes how efficiently you get dressed in the morning)? And who is his brush analyst (the oral b vector distributor)? And good grief who is his shoe lace mentor/coach?! And don't assume the clothes coach can handle that too bro! Damn, all this extra extra is too much. Walter Payton just lifted hard and ran those killer hill runs and was a champ!
Yep this is how I work out in the gym at age 50. To you young dudes, this kind of workout will pay you in dividends when you get to be my age and help you maintain your independence later in life. You'll be running laps around other older men your age later and you'll have a lot fewer health issues.

Form is the most underrated and overrated part of working out at the same time haha. Everyone has different ways of moving, there are some major dos and donts but some people also will just look different in an effort to lift the most weight they can and u gotta be flexible with them
