This right here is what you call muscle endurance workouts.. this the type of shit we did when I played D1 ball and professional football.. they did all this shit in 45 minutes.. now thats the real time under tension.. I'm 41 years old, and I still do these workouts and field train as if I'm still playing.. I'll never stop
Think of it like training for better strength stamina. For such a physical sport like football, your muscles need to be be able to execute with quick breaks and for the whole duration of the game. Even for building mass, my body responds better to supersets because of reduced time under tension. Also recommended for those who don’t have time to be in a gym for 2+ hours
Not only are their muscles strong, they have endurance as well. This translates to wearing out defenders and being able to focus and run routes late in the game when others are tired.
This is how it should be. Parents there to pass down wisdom. Keep learning from them forever. Even when you think you know everything they are going to say, stay open to their guidance.
Mr St Brown Is So Charismatic and Relative . The Best Thing I Ever Did Was Introduce My Wolf Pup To Weight Training . We Have Developed Such An Intimate Bond Through Exercise . Grit and Grind 💪
Both of these athletes are monsters! To move that kinda weight and still be able to move the way they do on a football field, unbelievable! Great job by Mr. Universe to show us what it takes to be great as always! ! 🫡👏🏽
While there may be some valid critiques regarding exercise order and technique, it’s incredible to see this father and sons lifting together. Weightlifting teaches discipline, self-respect, and functional skills, and it’s clear he instilled these values in them from a young age. God bless this family and this dedicated father.
Still cannot believe, how many teams passed up on him at the draft. As a german ex football player, I followed him through his later highschool days and his career at USC. I was pissed at the Steelers for letting him slip.
Man this is such a cool old school workout. Just blood and guts. Used to do this kind of thing when I was young and still had to joints to grind like that. Great post
They're not training for size, they're training for explosiveness. Slow eccentrics is a body building technique. If you want to increase the % of fast twitch muscle fibres speed and explosiveness of the concentric is more important. They're also using momentum to train past the point a lot of bodybuilders would consider failure.
Who here remembers the Real Sports episode they did where his dad basically chose his wife due to her athletic genetics so he could have the most gifted kids possible. Props to him for making it a reality.
Hi im 40 years old going into my 2nd year of playing semi pro football 11 on 11 tackle. Is 5 sets of 2-12 reps good for auxiliary lifts and 5 sets of 2-5 reps for heavy compound lifts?
I did 20 set of chest last night but i felt pain in my upper spine so i finished the 20 sets of arms and shoulders today. Cant even lift my arms, just my fingers, and barely.
People think of recievers as the speed guys, and they are, but dude is benching 315......as a RECIEVER...people don't think about recievers being THAT strong.
Short bursts heavy duty. The more I see weight training 💪🏽 and muscle stimulation videos more I see Mike Mentzer was correct. He believed you can do short lifts more weights with significant rest points. Replenish the body with water and well balanced diets. At of people today try to over complicate working out.
Amon Ra could be a body builder. His physique is crazy. Bro got a Sleeper physique
He’s just lean
This is amazing to see a Father with his boys working out. I love how they interact with each other haha.
no music, no water break, no edits, no drugs. just pure effort and adrenaline together as men to get through the pain!
Water is definitely needed!
@@buckeyes1995naw u aren’t supposed to drink water during workouts so your boy get used to going u do it at the end
I think there was music just for video purposes tbh
@@NosirTee That's how you injure yourself
No drugs lmao, he's juiced to the gills
I used to try to workout with my dad. He didn't care if i was there or not. I love seeing this. A father who wants to see his sons win.
First time i ever seen the neck workout, Pops a real OG fr 🔥🔥🔥
They getting it in, used to play college ball and we did a similar workout. Definitely not for the weak
Pops a g for keeping up too
PT trainers are excited to get new clients. Stupid neck shit and dumb curl shit
Love this content. See sons respect their fathers an vice versa with his two NFL sons...❤
That's awesome my guy. Enjoy the process. Congrats on 2 fine young men. Great Dads are in need.
Me and john brown used to work out together and i helped him during his bodybuilding years. Crazy to see him pass those workouts now to Amon.
A full circle moment! Thanks for sharing :)
Don't forget Equanimeous... He put the Browns in the League
See.. This is old school muscle building at its best !! This is how you train ... Much props to Mr. Brown and his two sons. Muscle 💪💪 💪 🙏
To think, he's been training them since they were kids and they still train together💪🏾😁

Great workout. Great fellas. Welcome to PRESS!!
Yes! Thank you :)
A very interesting approach to training. They don't use much full range of motion or controlled eccentric movements.

@@alexdobbin3889that's true for the lower body but range of motion up top translates to holding blocks
Pro athletes, not slow body builders
That ab workout looked killer
his brother using his finger tips on the bench press is crazy
I love the mental part. Take breather and think about it.
INCREDIBLE!
25:35 lol tell him brother! teach em!!!
The technique to strengthen the neck muscles was 🔑
This is great content, I love videos of off-season work
I just watched a video of him putting up 365 on the bench pretty easily. That is very very impressive for a dude his size. He is strong as fuck
Young too, and he has the perfect body building physique.
Neck workout is crazy work!
DK would be epic but can we get another leg and abs day with Amon Ra?
I hope to become a great father like him.

This thing moves. Don't be alarmed? What!
i love how most ppl, no matter how in-shape, get fukd up with these core workouts lmao
This is awesome and how it should be done
How many reps and sets for each exercise?
So….why alternate the two barbell bench exercises?
Love this.
I’ve been training like this on my own. I knew I wasn’t the only one 😏
I love this video.

Just shows you dont need to spend 2 hours in the gym every day to be swole
