Very informative as always. Thank you very much. I’m 41 years old healthy person and I’ve been dealing with right side buttock pain and hamstring pain when sitting on cushion surface or driving for that last 9 months ! No pain when sleeping or lifting however I do get some calf cramp on the right leg when waking witch comes and goes however no calf cramp when biking also no glut pain when biking, very much pain free when biking. I was going to Acunpuncture care , chiropractor care since and I’m now going to PT witch none of all that unfortunately seems to really help ! I lately got checked out by Spine Surgeon and sport medicine doctor who they both said my pain is due to perifomis muscle, By the way my pain alternates up and down between the right Si joint when leaning down or right glut when sitting, some right calf when waking, no weakness, no numbness, no tingling but I do get some groin pain when raising my leg to the sink , by the way i’m very much Pain free mobility such as bending, twisting witch large range hip motion. Lastly i don’t feel sciatic stretch on my glut nor in my hamstring when I do piriformes exercise stretch to my affected side however I do feel the stretch in my healthy left side. any idea? Thank you very much.
