definately gotta have hot water for sure. lol. i think I would have gone with an electric water heater or one of the smaller units. The hot water heater unit yall installed ive never even heard of.. maybe its a UK thing *shrug*. Still glad you guys took all the water protection steps. Looking forward to more cabinet building for the wardrobe next week!
We did think about electric but would have had to install a way bigger system to accommodate it and the lpg fuel ours runs off is sooooo cheap here. Agree about the size, it’s pretty massive! But we have the space so wasn’t too much of a concern. Also thinking about it the size is probably because it stores 10 litres of hot water, it’s not like an instant boiler, it actually keeps it warm for hours and hours which can be handy sometimes. That’s interesting you’ve never heard of Truma too! It’s one of the main campervan equipment manufacturers here 🤔 See you next week 😀
Nice one again guys, don't think i'll be going the Truma way due to costs thinking of going the BobilVans Diesel heater heat exchanger way. Vans looking well good well done
Thanks 😊 We hadn’t actually heard of bobil vans before we started and only came across them after installing the Truma, but we would definitely have considered one had we known about them. They look like a great little bit of kit and way cheaper as you say! 👍
I have absolutely no idea what Sarah was explaining about the system while she was constantly staring into the camera with those amazing eyes... Shame on me or what? :D Respect James, can't be easy to focus on her speech! :)
Would you bother with all this effort for running hot water? Or would you just boil a kettle?! Interested to hear your opinions on this one!

The bigger hole gap is to stop dissimilar metal corrosion.
Did the sikaflex hold up to the high temperatures?
Thanks
How did you overcome the seal of the inside of van with the vent as as van walls are not straight?
I had this problem I fitted mine tight on exterior and the heater is on slight angle frame. Works perfect
Great video. Part 2 out yet?
Thanks 😊 We’ve not done part two yet, that should be out in a few weeks 👍
@@TheWholeWorldorNothing thanks
No problem 😌

That’s probably a good thing because she had absolutely no idea what she was explaining either 🤣😅
@@TheWholeWorldorNothing LOL No way, I highly doubt that! Or at least she's quite convincing. Must be that eye-issue again. 😀
🤣
