I really loved the bag so I decided to give it a try. I am fairly new to macrame. I thought the tutorial was great until I finished the triangle portion of the bag. After that I was confused as to how to connect the sides. I had to redo the knots many times until I could figure it out. I stuck with it and I am very happy with the result.

Very nice tutorial but maybe next time move the camera farther away so we can see all or nearly all of the working area, couldn't make heads or rails of the starting of the bag
We do try our best to give a proper view of the working area but also want to be mindful that viewers want to see the knot parts up close too. I will try and find a better balance. Thank you!

I CANNOT follow this? Is anyone trying to? I’ve slowed it down, and I’m getting a completely different result. Did she film this in a mirror, or a reverse image/. Can anyone direct me to a better way to make this bag, some website. I’m so annoyed I’ve paid out for cord, and I’m left in this mess. I’m a competent person, I knit and crochet and sew. And I cannot follow this. I’m getting a totally different knot. Even my daughter threw in the towel. I’m furious. I’ve wasted four hours.
Great help.i used to make similar with a fishing braid knot.however yours is much simpler and more attractive exellent video.

agree, instructions are awful.
For some reason my knots are sliding…. Don’t know if I’m using a different type of cord but I literally didn’t have this results..
