You might be correct because you have information I don’t have, but you cannot come to this conclusion based on her answers in this hearing. She seemed informed and gave reasonable, and often good, answers. If we call every non-white and/or female a DEI appointment, we are strengthening the DEI lunacy.

She is a renowned economist however she definitely should of acted sooner as soon as jewish professors and students were feeling unsafe. Unfortunately DEI is part of the problem here regardless as the oppressor-oppresee matrix that guides that ideology places jews and white people as oppressor. This president is feeling the reckoning of what that ideology cements on college campuses

When a certain group of people are harassed/bullied by a certain group that supports a terrorist group and allowed to proliferate in the campus, we know our country is in trouble. The head of the university’s stumbling answers tells a lot about where she stands.
I don’t think she came into the university and role knowing what she would be facing today - she is already walking in with structures built in place regarding student policies and procedures , she can’t become a dictator and start changing policies and procedures , it’s also hard to answer questions when one is being already being framed as guilty - they are talking to her as if she is guilty - it is in their voices all over

A deceitful person cannot answer a simple question with a straight YES or NO; but always comes up with another answer to thwart or obfuscate.
What we are looking at on these campuses is Germany 1938.

With the House condemning it, the resolution was passed at a motion of 377/44. An overwhelming majority who have seen the light!

No, we do NOT have to listen to diversity. We HAVE to listen to uniformity, we have to make it clear that if you're going to be educated in this country, you respect what you're given, you abide by this country's laws and protect its values. Failure to do so should have you expelled immediately and whatever visa you hold to be revoked. This is where diversity keeps failing us and we keep fighting for it as if it hasn't been given a fair chance. It's BECAUSE it was given too much credit is how we ended up here.

If Columbia University were asked to send a person who would be completely inept at representing and communicating the position of the college they could not have done any worst than this. She sounds like a person brought in for questioning in murder case wearing bloody clothes trying to sell her alibi. I have heard people who can't properly begin a sentence or properly end a sentence. She can do neither.
Jewish groups have been saying for years that these DEI training materials do not discuss antisemitism, despite it being the largest form of a religious discrimination in the country, and in fact, they are actively anti-Jewish, specifically where they talk about Israel as an apartheid state, and genocide etc. and conveniently, leaving out any culpability of Muslims and Arabs, for the weather situation is now. Also, it’s rather extraordinary that there’s even a discussion of Israel in DEI materials. They certainly don’t discuss other foreign conflicts in DEI materials, like the conflict between the Turkish in the Armenians, the Chinese, and the Tibetans, the Chinese, and the Mongolian, the curds, and the Turks - there are many many people in the world to feel that they are under occupation of another country. None of these complex make their way into DEI materials in America. Except for Israel.

I am happy that the questioning is this fierce, but I still feel that the Politicians are not doing their jobs. They are not asking the important questions about the link between the teaching of the ideology of Critical Race Theory, the targeting of Jews, and the view of jewishness as an oppressing Group Identity. To not address this clear link between University dogmas and antisemitism is something close to malpractice.
