I can't find how to add a comic header/title frame on PC. On Android it's in the same window as auto split, but on PC??? I'm at loss, I never happened to need it until now(

May I ask for tips on how to do background for webtoon/comic, I suck at drawing environments and surroundings T^T I have many ideas for my work but lack the skills to present them like how I wanted, are reference allow too? I'm scared of using them since ppl might think it's unoriginal or that i copy other ppl work. Which I want to avoid 😞
I'm late to the party but comic artists use references and assets from the drawing programme (whatever that may be) as it speeds up the process. You'd be surprised at how often this is done, so don't be afraid to cut some corners :D

Horizontal size for Webtoon is 800x1280 (one panel)
how do you make the sheet just blank? when I start it up they have blue lines
You can turn those lines off with View -> Untick Show comic guidelines...

ahmed essa that part I drew in a new layer then duplicate it and use ctrl/cmd + T for transform. This won't need select tool but I have to merge those layers later.

um hey i want to ask you about some problem. i want to draw comic but i cant create panel i create it but it notthing happen it dont show any panel line but in layer is tell me like this layer @1 But in that layer dont have any pannel who know how to fix it (i think i know how to fix but am forget it) I need know to fix it
You can check panel color. Or try to create a clipping layer, then fill color to that clipping one to check if you have panels on your page or not. In case you don't, contact Medibang support for further replies.

How do i scale a selected area, like you did it in 0:06?
(I use Paint Tool Sai, so this shortcut might not work for you) it could be control/command (depending on whether you’re using a Mac or Windows laptop) and A at the same time (it’s the select all function and it works for everything). Or control/command+T (transform)

Background White? is Transparant
The background in Medibang will be transparent. When you save it to .psd file, it will automatically change to white background.
CLGTart You Mean If You Make New Panel You Save With .psd Format First?
Nope, I always save them in .mbp to make sure there won't have any problems like crash files. Just save to .psd when I want to add text (means, I already finish the drawing). However, just want to tell you if you save them in .psd file and open it Photoshop, it will have white background layer, incase you want to save them transparent, remember to turn that layer off before saving :D

i feel so useless by seeing people who can draw and sketch really good in dekstops only using mouse. like damn! how?
When I had a mouse it wasn’t as hard as people made it out to be. I use a Logitech M510 mouse and put my palm over everything I can without clicking (I also just ridiculously large hands, I disappointed my parents by not playing baseball) then practice a bunch (what I did was start off by drawing things on paper first then putting on my computer later, this was so my hand got used to the control it had and build up some muscle memory) then after doing that for a while, I moved up to doing art 100% on my computer by using the skills from both traditional and the tracing I had done.
The steps I took:
1) make the best circle I could
2) tough out the sketch (I can’t really sketch, whether it’s traditional, digital, or even with a tablet)
3) then zoom in a lot to get the straightest lines I could for the inking phase (I also have the shakiest hands in existence, so you might not that same problem)
4) hide the sketch layer and pray that the inked one looks good
5) abuse the selection wand (I use Paint Tool Sai)
6) abuse the clipping group
*The way I used to use my layers were flat color -above that- the shading layer with clipping group on
