Thanks Liam! Cuteness has a lot of appeal, and appeal happens to be one of the 12 principles of animation 👌 creating characters that feel real and captivating!
Honestly I used only drawings for hand references, but when I used my own hands and asked other people to do poses with their hands (although that sounds weird) It has helped a lot!! The fact this video explains why helped me a lot, I guess I know what to do now!!
The going outside for references is true! When I google references I just see the colors and use them because they look right. When I go outside I notice the colors of light and shadow, small details, etc
I was really happy when you used the name Robin purely because you liked it, because I never really liked my name as a child and this made me like it just a little bit more :) (My name is Robyn BTW)
"Im a big fan of horror" OMG ME TOO my last tow drawings in medibang paint in my galaxy tablet with pen has been a horror painting.... mostly my little pony horror painting 😅😅
i have a character named yuki and she's in an mha au but in creating her i thought about cats and their features also a cute style for her so she has a optimistic style but she is also a bit edgy and emo so she's friends with the animal quirk gang Koda , Tokayami and Tsuyu so yeah this helped a lot to i use ibis paint ,my sketchbook and flipaclip they are all very useful for art like this also character design is very important also the colors you use show a different message also they personality of the character is how you choose the colors and clothes also sometimes the design.
ooh i made an mha OC as well! my inspiration for my character is “Empress of Light” from the video game “Terraria” and my other inspiration is “Ei” and “Raiden Shogun” from the video game “Genshin Impact”. her quirk is a consistence of powerful lightning (tinted purple), but it doesn’t haywire like Denki Kaminari. it instead comes from a source in an inanimate object, and if it gets stolen or broken her power is gone. this also attracts light from that said object, so she is the Keeper of Light, however, she can not manipulate light, only flourish it. butterflies are also intended in her quirk, but they’re very irrelevant.
can you do a shading tutorial(medibang), ive been trying to figure it out for months now but i cant seem to blend two colors well and they just end up like two blocks of colors
hallo I'm a new subscriber and I have question how did you mix colors with only using G pen?? I hope you can see thiss I really really need help about medibang when I color my art I think its look dull and I really hate it, last time I'm doing an artworrk for my brother's bday but when i go color it I got bored I think there's something wrong about my process. sorry it's so long btw I like your art I really love it and the process of your coloring maybe I'll try that too Thank you very very muchh
Hi! Blending with the G Pen can be done in a few ways -- technically you can do this with any brush, but Jessie finds that the G Pen just has a nicer texture to it. Within the brush settings, you should be able to find a box to check off that says "Opacity by Pressure", this means that when you press harder with your pen, the opacity of the pigment will also go higher. This allows for easier blending! You can also turn down the opacity of the brush itself, but it can be a bit harder to control depending on how you use it. Hope this helps!
fun fact: those wall mushrooms were used to lignten up cigarettes That was often when you couldnt find or didnt have any matches at the woods. i wont spesify where becouse i live in the same country (My grandpa told me when i was a kid)
