What's wrong when the light still doesn't come on? I've got power from the wall. New batteries in the remote. Neither light will come on trying both the battery backup box or the box you show here. I called customer service which was not helpful and directed me to RUclips.

I had to get a new power supply cord. It cost about $20. The green light came on and now the bed works. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.
