    My folks came from Accomac. Been to Cedar Island in my youth. I feel fortunate to know how it was.

    very cool! My best friend Jeff Jesters mom grew up on Hog til she was 12, I read a book she gave me and have been out to all these islands, his family gave so many artifacts to the museum

    They move constantly. That's why they're inhabitable. It's been that way for thousands of years. We show up...and blame it on us. What's really happening is they're shifting...just like they have for millions of years

    I have traveled to upshurs neck, quinby, Wachapreague and willis wharf by car, i wish to rent a boat and explore the isolated islands too

    I live in a hog island house. My grandparents were Ralph and Alice Bowen. My mom was born on the island.
