i first got grounded when the story basically ended at burgl. i did build a lil bit but decided to leave grounded for a few years (i don't remember the exact timeline) and i finally decided to join back when the pond update had released and i was amazed just how different everything was and all the cool new stuff and features. grounded is def one of my favorite sandbox games right next to minecraft, super excited for when we finally get the full release and complete story line

Anybody else remember when the spiders just wandered the yard randomly? Also, anyone recall the respawn glitch that made dewdrops and larvae stop spawning altogether? The sign decoration has an old mention of this calling it "The Great Drought!"
Do the spiders not wander much anymore? I can remember early on when me & a friend would hide in our base because wolf spiders would come around at night near the spawn. Shame if that's gone
@@Ryan-eq9fy Last time I played, around the 1.0 release, they had given the wolf spiders set paths to patrol and set locations to come back to. So if you go wandering around at night, chances are good that you'll encounter them patrolling certain areas, but those paths are predictable once you observe their movements for a few game days. Since my attack style is sniper (cheese) I typically never engage them in combat unless I've got a clear advantage. Edit: also if they attack you, they will still chase you.
wow the yard looks so clean and well kept, now there's trash everywhere, grill is knocked over, someone didnt clean up after there picnic, the new tenant turned the yard to crap
Remember there was a little drainage tunnel by the flooded area near the picnic table and stone wall? There was a SCAB and maybe a cassette tape in there?
I started playing back in 2020 and I came back to it like 2 weeks ago and I was actually surprised how much they changed!! I can't wait to see what they add next.
Am I the only who saw the human torso at 11:56, It looked like a normal sized human was murdered then put under the old haze mound. maybe that is were the 5th teen went.
i'm pretty sure it's just a dog based on the bone structure and it's size, would be way too small for a teen but i'm no skeleton expert so i could be wrong lol, but i'd bet it's just a dog. there are however other skeleton remains through out the map. they're from shrunken humans so it's prob the staff members of ominent
At one point the magnifying glass was on the picnic table, and the thistle plants had to be chopped to get needles. They never actually came down, but you could get infinite needles if you had the patience :P
I was looking for a video like this. Grounded is such a cool game. I think it's so fascinating how much this game changes. I played right when the early access started. I stopped after the mosquitoes got added because they were just making the game so unfun for me. But I am still interested in this game and will come back when 1.0 gets released. The devs have put so much work into this game.
They didnt have ziplines at that point. There were a few frames that hinted at them coming in the future, but no loom or thread in game yet. There were a couple of frames at the bug light at oak tree too.
I found 3 ways to get on top of the bird bath without building up. [1st] Enter into the Hedge Lab then reach the top then exit outside the Lab and then when you see the bird bath, you have to jump leaf to leaf to get across 🍃 very hard works 1/10 [2nd] There a unfinished zip line on a branch across from you. You have to jump across and land on a leaf to reach it. Normal works 8/10 [3rd] Underneath the unfinished zip line spot, you can actually jump up leaf to leaf to get up there incase you miss the jump. Hard works 4/10
I only really played in the lunch months I played about 20 hours and loved it comming back is very nice too see how much they added not that I understand a majority but it's amazing to see
I have this issue on my Series X when I attempt to load my file quickly after booting the game. Wait for the “Into the Wood” message on the title screen to appear before clicking “load” - that has always fixed the issue for me. Make sure to do the waiting at the title screen “where new, load, settings, etc” is as this seems to be when the game loads up the data for your world selection. And if you are using Xbox, do not use quick resume- it often messes up the file selection if left on the main menu.
He is you can see him from the roof of the shed since it has no collision but he is officially gone in the new pts but he is still behind the brick wall

That was way nicer than having to carry around 3 Stacks of Items to repair your armor on the go

What happens if you have built a base on something that changes? I assume you lose your base as well?

Try looking at the bottom of you save file for some reason mine teleported all the way to the bottom one time
