@@ShantsPitter You need to update the scan at a field station. Say you can for acorns and clear them all up, your map will still show they're there. Using a station will update and clear the map. You'll of course need to rescan after the respawn time to update you map.

Me and my mates slept on it since we had busy lives. We’ve been playing it a couple weeks now and it’s so good to have all the updates and content added to play through! I play more often so I usually do the building and most of the resource gathering
Mints in the containers do respawn on occasion but it appears to be only certain ones. The one near the start of the game has never respawned but I know one of the other ones did. I believe it's the one in trench by the gardening glove. There were only two though and I hadn't checked it for ages.
I've learned something recently regarding spawning. The petals wouldn't spawn for me at all, our base is located by the SPAC.R machine. When we got to the upper garden area, every time I've come back it has respawned petals. So we've now started noticing we need to go to different parts of the map to trigger spawns. Like it needs to fully despawn/check all the used loot in an area while you're away before triggering the respawns or something.
I really wish there was a better way of collecting feathers. I want to build this big base with the best materials mushroom brick or ash walls, bur floors, and feathered roofs. But the one thing that's been holding me back not only from building this base but completing the game are these damn feathers. Smh my resource surveyor is always locked on to feathers and nothing else!
Killed the entire Black Ant Colony, waited and returned, got greeted to an empty nest room before the ants just... spawned in groups of 5s and ran off, no eggs. They reeeeeally feel like myths at this point.

Black ant eggs are rare? I got one the other day, and didn’t realize it was rare. Couldn’t make a Bratburst with it, and I left it in my inv and it hatched. If it makes a difference, I stole it from an ant with the “Rascal Rogue” mutation.

I wonder, are there enough T3 materials to upgrade all weapons to level 9? I explored almost the whole map, currently doing the last 2 mixers and managed it to only upgrade 3 weapons to level 9 while I swim in T1 and T2 materials.

you can also get pond moss from spiny water fleas, it's a rare drop but if you need the moss urgently it's WAY easier than habing to kill a black widow for the dagger

@@JadePGC yeah, I guess you're right, but btw where did you get that 1% statistic from? because my buddy and I killed like, some 12 fleas or something (the ones in the undershed sinkhole) and got 2 pond moss. that % is either higher than that or we got extremely lucky
@@munkaccino percentages don’t necessarily mean you have a one out of a hundred chance, that’s probability. A 1% drop rate means when you factor in the drop rate of the other items it can possibly drop upon death, out of 100 kills you’re guaranteed to get a minimum of one, not that each time there’s a one percent chance you’ll receive it
Has anyone had the bug where Finite Resources that should NEVER respawn are respawning? Because my world i have collected the same milk molar/mega milk molars along with the mints in the container near spawn among other 1 time collectible items? I have no idea what is causing this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Closest I had was all the upgrade rocks respawning on full release. That's the only case of a finite resource respawning for me, and I think it was just a 1.0 reset thing.

When it comes to scarabs I wonder if the people that reported that there are as many as six in the pipe were actually confused. I've only ever encountered four but they dropped two to three twinkling shell depending on RNG You get between 8 and 12 shells. Maybe they assumed that each one dropped two and perhaps they were high or drunk or both
In my game important resources like the supreme marmol and the other one don't spawn, I didn't sleep on the bed in weeks and still not respawning, hope they fix that in the next update
The only petals that respawn are the ones fallen on the ground dropped by the red roses, close to juice box, water and the log fence, in the direction of the milk box.
I’m on Xbox, I gathered the hasta plants early on the new 1.0 drop… it’s been over 100 in game days and the flowers haven’t respawned, same with the pop caps. Any ideas if this will be fixed soon or should I be stingy with what we have?
If you are still having troubles for flower petal, the Rose's to the right of the oak should always spawn 9-13. To the left of the oak tree past the Hasta plants are some yellow flowers with nectar, 2 of them spawn 1-3 yellow petals that are hard to see. Scanner shows them on map.
I'm not sure if it's your Mic or your voice but I find it difficult to listen to you continuously past about 3 minutes due to the fact you have a lisp/whistle when you speak. It's just very pronounced thru my speakers and seems to give me a headache. However thank you for the content It's most appreciated due to lack information on this game. If it is just your voice and not some byproduct of your recording equipment then not much can be done so just ignore the first part of this comment.
@terrydactyl2077 you can't check them every day or else it resets the respawn timer and depending on your difficulty it may take longer but they do respawn
You can find chests in the sandbox and upper yard trenches (as jade said). They have a glow that you can see and if you go to them you can dig them up woth a black ant shovel

I can't tell you how helpful that scanner is lol especially when there's only like 3 toenail locations.

Mints cap in the trench by garden glove respawns and the ones in the trash zone do too. Unless devs change it, after game released.

I get my burrs above the coal shed area. Never turned off the gas. They just dont respawn in the pot.
So ergo you have to turn off haze as you can make anything with just 4vir 5 burs although you could now dupe them
