Same problem with my 07! Good thing saw your video!! I did follow what you did to it,but mine i out back the oem mounting washers that it had then add another later of washers and wrap it up the way you did so hopefully it stops the leak! Starts to drizzle today so will see ! Cause by winter time no time to work this our anymore !! Thanks!!!
I have the same color truck, with the same ARB rack and the same problem. A few months back, I removed my rack and put silicone accross the top, but didn't do as good of a job as your wife did, and now have a worse leak than when I started. I've been hesitant to do it again because of how long it took to do it and I stripped a couple of the screws the last time I did it. Did you ever put your roof rack back on? If so, what did you do to fix the broken screw and where did you get the replament screw from8f you did in fact replace it? Thanks. Jorge

My problem is my sun roof isn't leaking and I have removed my rack and removed the channel pieces cleaned them and the track on both sides and on my driver's pillar side it is leaking there.So where else could it be leaking at?

Check the windshield trim/molding (piece above the windshield)
