A true bike enthusiast will enjoy and love all bikes from all eras..they're all unique and works of art in their own. I'm in my 50s also and my love for old bikes is the same for new bikes....although I'm partial to srad gsxr bikes and have a small collection of mint/nos bikes.....were all brothers from another mother.
Awesome! In my biking days we rode 2 stroke triples, which sound almost the same. The big 6s were a rare sight. Thanks for great sounds and stunning bikes.
1972 Kawasaki H2 survivor, Honda cb 750, Kaw 900 Kaw 500's loved them all.. Road about 100,000 over the decade of the 70's, still riding an Eddie 1100 zrx now. can't get enough I'm 70 yrs old this year no signs of stopping anytime soon great video of the bikes
"Good note" doesn't even begin to describe one of the best sounding trio of bikes ever videoed! It was cool how the Benelli scraped in one of the turns. The CBX may not be the loudest, but it has the most authoritative sound. Thank you!
That's only because of the replacement exhaust. A big plus for the Honda is that it's the best looking by far. The Kwak is just plain fugly!@@BobPapadopoulos
I had a CBX with straight pipes. When I let that bike idled, the sound was so deep that if you were close to it, you felt the ground shake. I always think if Honda makes a CBX 2024 with all the tech and that that would be a what? 350/400 hp bike 😊
Holy fuck that Kawi sounds amazing, best day at work ever. I remember as a child maybe 10 or 11 parking my GT80 (after it ran out of gas) riding my bicycle down the street to get gas and stopping at the Benelli shop just to stare at that amazing 6 cylinder engine. The poor shop owner must of been so sick of me bugging him to start it up so I could here it run. Don't get me wrong I bleed Honda red, but the Kawasaki was always the king of the street (dad had a Z1 and a Harley). The Benelli was pure sex to look at.
You lucky dogs y’all. That’s incredible my man and you can bet there’s not another video in existence of the trio of bikes doin what y’all just did. World record brother, another one! Love ur style. ✌️💥
These bikes are my memories from when I was 13-16 years old. My dad had an '82 CBX, and he had a friend who rode Benelli 750/6. I'm really diggin' you're channel. Nice job!
Awesome show man!..my first bike was a lil Kawasaki KDX 80 When I lived in Lafayette Tennessee with plenty of dirt / gravel roads but the Creek's were loaded with shale or slick rocks they called it down there and upgraded to a lil Honda 110 3 wheeler with balloon tire's. Those Creek's didn't stand a chance!,I was a 3 wheeled menace but had best time of my life on those lil machines! Wish I was there now!✌️💛🤘
I'm 57 & I Owend A 79 CBX For 14 Years & It Was A Fun Machine until you had to check 24 valves & maybe Shim 24 Valves & synchronize six carburetors and I'm the only one that ever did a bunch of R&D work on the sprockets from 37 to 35 I found that 32 teeth Rear Sprocket & have it Titan tuff Anodized & 1 Gear Was 63 MPH 🤜🏼🤯🤛🏼 & Nothing Sounds Like A CBX with A 6 into 1 Hedder & The sound is addictive when I first Ride that bike I just had to have more of that sound & The more I turn the throttle the more my heart pumped & my Adrenaline kicked up 😊& I knew what kind of sound I was spreading out into the United States of America & Seeing people smile when I go by & one guy said that Bike Sounds Like An F1 Car 🤜🏼🤯🤛🏼 yep very Addictive sound & Anybody that rides that bike has to own it😊
Those were the days! Hearing the three sixers is like experiencing great rock 'n roll back in the day with a decent analog sound system. Thanks for sharing!
These are all amazing machines but.... Team Green has the most amazing symphony of all. I had a centerfold from cycle magazine pinned to my wall when I was in High School... a dream machine.
The sound of all three is and always was music. My brother had a Suzuki GT 750 waterbuffalo that he had the stock exhaust, a 3 chamber setup and a 3 into 1 setup. The different chamber setups had different sounds and would change the torque curve. This bike got me back on motorcycles after totalling my 75 900 Z1 and breaking my pelvis in 7 places and a ruptured spleen. 12 weeks of traction. But the sound of his bike was just too much to resist. I had to get back on em. That was 1980, still riding, Bultaco Pursang and Ultra Classic. 👍
THX very much. Mind changing. Im striving for a 4 cylinder . Guess I never will achive this ingenous kind of motor and bike. wish U from the bottom of my heart very much fun riding it. ride safe.
Wow... 3-6ER's Had a black CBX and always thought it sounded like a Datsun 240Z and this confirmed it. Your Kawasaki Z1300 sounded fantastic and have never seen one in real life. Thanks for the show!
Absolutely Fantastic i wait on the Videos daily Street, Dirt, whatever no wonder I have a building full of bikes anyone that doesn't love this stuff is not living great job as always
How that note rings a unique piercing vibration that sends a shiver through your soul akin to a Stuka siren on a Japanese kamikaze dive bomber, then at the lower pace such a silky smooth yet powerful note.. Very special machines, you don't hear that sound very often, but in triplicate the 48 cylinders singing together is a thing of beauty
I purchase a new of the showroom floor 1979 CBX 1047 SS in Candy Red, SOLD it to buy a house and now i have a duplicate CBX, they are phenomenal machines, and the Six cylinder is ultra smoot. Currently looking for a 1980's Kawasaki KZ 1300 Six cylinder. Anyone know of one?
I still have my 1979 CBX that I bought in 1983. its been resleived and bored to 1304cc. has a 6 into 1 pipe that's ear bleeding loud and will do 100mph right now! I Iove the CBX> in this video the Kawasaki and Benelli being a 2 valve motors had a pipe's on and sounded better. The CBX is a 4 valve motor that with a pipe sounds like a formula one car on the boil! Thanks for the video.
Awesome video, guys! Those sounds are pure music. My first road bike was a 79 Yamaha XS750 triple, which had a very similar sound. Those 6's just sound like my XS on steroids. Super cool 😎👍
All of these machines represent a time when many of us were more interested in not only going fast but being adventorous and just riding. Hey , if an 86 FJ 1200 shows up or a 1983 Suzuki 750 es let me know. Bought these off the show room nee back in the day. Along with others. Any of these 6s sound insane. Lean towards the Honda but would not refuse the Kawasaki or Benelli.
Sr. is correct, I was a teenager through most of the 1970s. It was a great time to be a motorcycle enthusiast, we took it for granted at the time. Not so now !
Great sounding bikes I'm 58 I remember all these bikes when they first came out had a friend who brought the Honda we were all in awe checking it out . I'll always remember that KTM 495 on the cover of the magazine 123mph dirt bike I saw you guys had one at one time. Yep late 70s early 80s were something I scouted around on a kawasaki 750 two stroke fast fun wheelie bike but scary in the corners the frame and swing arm flexed in corners so bad it would push you to the outside of the corners I was saved many times by riding the outside curbs through the corners when I think of what I did on the bike and survived it still puckers up my ass and gives me the cold shock up your spine when you almost eat it .
I remember back early 80s when I lived in queen's, New York a motorcycle club had a wedding it seemed must have been 60 bikes kz900 Suzuki 1000 their were two cbx 1000 it sounded like a symphony your Video I could play it like a two hour movie. Thank you 😊😊
There used to be 2 CBX's with DG 6 into 1 pipes that would come down the highway by our shop, man what beautiful sounds they made! Sounded like Formula 1 cars coming by.
I've never had the Privilege of riding any of those 3, but I would jump at it, if the chance because available. Can't wait to meet James. I need to thank him for his service to our country, since he was a Connecticut State Trooper, and a USMC Veteran. Marines are super courageous badasses, that aren't to be fucked with. Brother, there is a good chance, that I will be eventually buying a 2 stroke racing dirtbike from you eventually too, in the near future. Although I love riding fast streetbikes, I've always liked riding 2 stroke racing dirtbikes quite a bit more, since they are what got me into riding, at the age of 5. Thanks for the awesome video. If I had more money, readily available, at this current moment, I would buy that KZ 1300 Eddie Lawson Bike From Y'all Too. God Bless.
my uncle had in the 70's an Kawasaki KZ1300 of something ... if I remember an 1200cc bike... it made a great impression on me... so much power... my dad did make an ride on it.... My uncle came at my grandma's house with my Aunt... for a "pitstop" towards the TT Assen.... The Dutch Grand Prix...
think you nailed it , it was the yearly innovation you waited for . modern bikes changes yearly are subtle compared to that era. dont recall ever seeing a kawasaki 6 pot before
LOVE THIS VID!!!, the CBX is just begging for a nice 6 into 1 header, icing on the cake here would be adding a BMW 1600 6 cyl with a good aftermarket exhaust, along with a Honda Valkare with a nice performance exhaust, what you present in this video is EPIC, adding the rest would be SENSORY OVERLOAD!
THE 1300 kawa my choice out of the three ......sounds the meanest...and love the bright green ....and way bigger cc than the others love that burn out on take off Ken....your still got it in you lolz .... im 59 remember these bikes well
I missed this video, but loved all these bikes! I wish you would do more rides like this! Great stuff. Reminds me of me and my crew riding in upstate New York...crazy wild country roads...endless fun and many magical moments!
The six into six exhaust on the sei is outrageous, I love it.
These bikes sound awesome, look even better, and I really dig the " out on the road" format! 10 out of 10!
Very cool bikes! For me, KZ looks and sounds the best!🔥
That's so true 👍
Very true. Im a Harley man but 70s and early 80s japanese bikes have a special place in my heart ever since i watched mad max for the first time.
Awesome! In my biking days we rode 2 stroke triples, which sound almost the same. The big 6s were a rare sight. Thanks for great sounds and stunning bikes.

Luv the sizes, and bought a new KZ1300 in 1980 that I still have.
HOLY SHIZER YOU GUYS ARE MAKING JAW DROPPING CONTENT!
Fantastic sounds of the 80s. When bikes were full size! Awesome 6 cylinder engines! Thank you very much for sharing 🙂👍
I think I would even trade in my Road King for that KZ. Awesome machines thanks for sharing.
"Good note" doesn't even begin to describe one of the best sounding trio of bikes ever videoed! It was cool how the Benelli scraped in one of the turns. The CBX may not be the loudest, but it has the most authoritative sound. Thank you!
CBX has stock exhaust
@@rickwaldron4255 I think the kawi would beat the cbx… nothing beats performance
The Kawasaki sounds the best and it ain't even close.
That's only because of the replacement exhaust. A big plus for the Honda is that it's the best looking by far. The Kwak is just plain fugly!@@BobPapadopoulos

A real concert of three tenors!
Thanks and greetings from Poland! (where I listen to four cylinders and also enjoy it!)

Wow sounds amazing. Representing
Que maravilla de sonidos, los felicito por tener la oportunidad de escucharlas en vivo, son una sinfonía.
Love all three of those bikes! I own a 79 CBX, but love everything vintage. Keep up the good work. God bless our country and have mercy on us.
That is the best video you have ever done! Love the roadside cameras through the twisties!!!
You lucky dogs y’all. That’s incredible my man and you can bet there’s not another video in existence of the trio of bikes doin what y’all just did. World record brother, another one! Love ur style. ✌️💥

Some real 'Mad Max" vibes with these 6 cylinder 'muscle bikes' singing their songs and smoking the tires!!

Only because it has a Kerker performance exhaust system

God the noise from the kwaka and Benelli. I can't decide which sounds better. That was cool.

Excellent video guys it was like watching a trailer of an 80's continental movie lost in the arkives. Keep up the good work.

CBX all the way, have owned my '79 since new from Honda!
Badass video, love it! Music to my ears. All 3 of these bikes are very cool!

Badass Billy looked so smooth on the Benelli!
I believe it`s okay to show-off what you got , when it sounds and looks so good , that sound makes my heart beat stronger .
Now that's not your typical Sunday,Three musketeers. How cool. Awsome exhaust notes. Do a single drive by, and compared them lovely exhaust notes.
That Kawasaki is a keeper. If you sell it you will regret it.
For sure. There is nothing else like the Z1300. Big strong motor lots of torque, smooth and sweet.
yes you will regret it but if youhave to let me know
I agree
All 3 are keepers
Couldn't agree more

Brings back memories…those biking days were awesome
Totally bad ass! The Kawasaki sounds amazing but the Benelli is easily the sexiest machine. I'd be proud to own any of them.
The moment we all have been waiting for! Thanks for the videos gentlemen 👍
Still going to say the Honda wins. Amazing compilation of bikes!
Wins what? 😆
@@precisionbay6899 Best sound award. Smart ass lol.
Those are some great sounding old super bikes!
The benelli sounds like a 70s ferrari flat 12 f1 car

had a 1980 KZ1300 that I lovedbut had to sell when my first child was born. Definitely looking for another one.
Trio of absolute monsters awesome 😎 🇺🇸
great video 👌👌
killer 6 cylinders sounds
Love the youthful, giddy smile on your face, Ken, I know the 3 of you had an absolute blast! The six into six pipes in the Sei 900 are super sexy.
Fantastic video! Love them all
They're all three still at the top of the hot 100 Billboard chart after all these years ! 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
Road Warriors -- all great bikes with great sound, but I'm lovin' the KZ1300 most of all.
Great video of three beautiful bikes
God thanks you for this Symphony. God Bless America 🇺🇸
Never a dull moment that job of yours.
Even though I mostly a Honda guy I have to say the Mean Green Kawasaki looks and sounds the best
All beautiful, it would have been fantastic to hear them one by one
You guys are so lucky to have them, happy riding.
Amazing I really miss riding thanks.
obviously your best video yet. wb
That was really enjoyable, I love the triple pipes on the benelli
The Benelli is so cool. The pipes on it!
Really enjoyed this different views and setting.
