@@FTrovatten You guys made people feel good about themselves... that's why you had so much success.. Very polite.. who could refuse. Great vid... enjoyed that so much. Thanks.... great images. 👍👍👍😊
Yes, but too bad the photographer dont spend more time talking to great characters like this guy. He's just like "Can I take your photo?", "Thank you" and "good bye".
It's all about getting over the fear of rejection. MOST people will say yes. But even when people do say no don't sweat it. It's their prerogative like it's yours to ask. Great video and tips.
Doing a bit of research on street photography and Zach is the first photographer I see that's asking permission (and in the local language at that) every time. Muy bien!
Honestly, your streetphotography is so inspiring and amazing to watch, seriously. You inspired me to shoot more and also shoot on film and I'm really grateful for that. Thanks a lot, keep your energy up.
Really love the portrait on 10:58! I found your channel when i researched the X100F, your blog made me buy it. Grateful i found you, you are really good at approaching people. Greetings from Sweden.
Thank you once again!!! You have a great gift for your craft and a manner that is hard to resist. I hope to one day soon purchase a hard cover book of your street photos!
I mean this genuinely, my absolute favourite street photography video on RUclips, I watched it when you first released it, again in 2020 and now in 2021... It never gets old, there's a certain energy and positivity. Your content is 10/10 Frederik and I loved the addition of Zach!
to be honest those are one of the best photos you have ever taken, i really really like the new perspective with your new lens i think it suits you, just that awesome photos gretings from Chihuahua Frederik! Fede para los compas :)
Thanks a lot Abel! I still think the 16mm is a bit too wide for street, but I think it's fun to play around with - also for trying out landscape and architectural! Saludos!
Love your photos. Wish I had the confidence to ask people for photographs like you do. Also in New York where I go, I don’t think people would be so nice.
Just keep on clicking and when you are comfortable with you camera you know you gonna take a great picture you will confident to ask and show them the results
Street photography POV, creative process talk/tutorials. My favorite videos of yours are the one on taking pictures of strangers, and the one with the photobooks (the observers I think). Congrads on the 1000000 views, and keep up the good work!

I absolutely love the skin tones in both styles of editing. Watching this video only fuels the fire to travel and take the time to truly appreciate how beautiful and individual people are not just from another nation but as a whole. Great content Amy have a new subscriber!
I think the 60mm lens is cool and produced some really nice images. Your photos are amazing! Specially like the contrast in the B&W’s!!! They are awesome!!!
Everything in this video was just amazing to see, from the warmth of the people you guys interacted with to the genuine and pure emotions you guys captured! Also, your editing is simply amazing, keep up the good work man! Love from Portugal!!
@@gogogeegee76 London aint difficult, guess it depends on your approach, but generally Londoners are too busy to even care about someone taking a photo of them, if you ask during peak hours you are most likely to be ignored, if you ask out of peak hours in local areas many will let you shoot them (of course there are some who will say no as in any place)

I'm waiting for a new lens (second-hand) to arrive any day now...I would normally shoot with a fast prime, 28mm, 35, or 50mm, for urban/street photography, but there is no need for restriction..the new lens I'm waiting for is a Tamron 17-50mm standard zoom, with a constant f/2.8 aperture and I can't wait to get onto my local city streets and see how it performs and what I can capture.

I’m not too much into the posed photos, but I do get it, a nice portrait works just as well. I love your style and your confidence, which in turn produces some great shots.
Seriously with your positive attitude and art you give more life and joy to the people of Mexico. I feel the old man's pain in the first photo 😭 and btw I am dying to own the 16mm f1.4 but even the used one is still expensive here in the Philippines 😥
some great shots, i love the guy with the round glasses and the hat. I am a newbee to this and so keen to get out there, you were lucky with these great people. I think the staged shots were magical, because it showed a connection with the people, that you rarely get elsewhere. What settings would i go with for a shoot like that on the street. Do you think the 23mm lens with a fujifilm xt3 or 4 would be a good set up for that kind of photography?
Hi, im currently in high school taking a photo 1 class ive been struggle on focusing my camera fast enough to capture the right moment. Do you have any tips? thanks
Bree Mckenzie I don’t really have much experience but I’ve watched a lot of videos to try to learn so maybe try messing with shutter speed? If you have a dslr then you could try the shutter speed priority mode. Sometimes the type of focus that you have set might be the problem too. I’d say just watch a few videos about it and maybe read from more experienced photographers👍 good luck
