I still do not like others riding/driving so close but I have become more "comfortable" with it but it takes a lot of "defensive" driving trying to watch everyone around you Stephen.

I could not get any info on the boat Peter. One could probably get it cheap but a lot of pesos to fix it up.

Was watching your travels Rod, on those bumpy side roads with the camera. Your stabilizer really works well mate. Quite amazing how steady the video is considering. :)

Yes, the Gopro 9 Black does a great job with image stabilization as it was a rough road in several areas Peter.

Mybus used to have a stop at San Remo but I guess not anymore. It's nice there but isolated.

Interesting ECA BEN. I see they still stop at Il Corso. You are correct, the filinvest SRP properties are a bit isolated still.

That was a nice ride around, thanks Rod. We visited Il Corso, Ocean Park and SM seaside last week. I even managed to lose a game of bowling to my new gf who had never even bowled before haha. I was only aware of Il Corso because of your videos so thanks for the useful info as always.

Booked a double room unit San Remo, through Ogoda last December. Place was filthy with flies and cockroaches in all rooms. Place is very run down and needs updating. Shame really as it's great location for the Mall and travelling South.

I suspect some landlords have let their properties sit empty for a couple of years and not serviced them as well as they should have.

"Reclaimed" areas always have the issue of land "settlement" over time so it is a bit risky building there I think. I recently read that an engineer had cautioned about this area also Mr Macau. I am also wondering about the issue of overbuilding in the metro area.

The two biggest issues in PH malls are
    1) No maps
    2) No place to sit down for a rest
