I still do not like others riding/driving so close but I have become more "comfortable" with it but it takes a lot of "defensive" driving trying to watch everyone around you Stephen.
Was watching your travels Rod, on those bumpy side roads with the camera. Your stabilizer really works well mate. Quite amazing how steady the video is considering. :)
That was a nice ride around, thanks Rod. We visited Il Corso, Ocean Park and SM seaside last week. I even managed to lose a game of bowling to my new gf who had never even bowled before haha. I was only aware of Il Corso because of your videos so thanks for the useful info as always.
Did visit all places these you mentioned, except Nustar, during our last visit in our "home n:o 2" in Mactan 2022/ -23. It`s so easy now bc of CCLEX. Can highly recommend Cebu Ocean Park and Lantaw restaurant along Il Corso! Nustar some next visits when there is more places open....
Booked a double room unit San Remo, through Ogoda last December. Place was filthy with flies and cockroaches in all rooms. Place is very run down and needs updating. Shame really as it's great location for the Mall and travelling South.
"Reclaimed" areas always have the issue of land "settlement" over time so it is a bit risky building there I think. I recently read that an engineer had cautioned about this area also Mr Macau. I am also wondering about the issue of overbuilding in the metro area.
Sounds like more development going on in Cebu Rod. Those condos do seem somewhat far the mall. I had no idea that ocean Park was so close to SM seaside and I've been there a few times before. Take care Rod 👍

I was there last june! 😍😍😍
I was at Ocean Park last year. Really nice. Like a small Seaworld.
I was there too... That aquarium you walk through was awesome.. It was well worth it...
2:38 the broken down bus, I mean they are just leave wrecks right where they broke down? Same with the boat at 14:39
I could not get any info on the boat Peter. One could probably get it cheap but a lot of pesos to fix it up.
Yes to bowling alley. I have bowled there. Video to prove it.
I dont believe you...
just kidding...
@@jimscholz2997 I posted the video on my channel. Check it out, you will see what a crappy bowler I am!

Yes, the Gopro 9 Black does a great job with image stabilization as it was a rough road in several areas Peter.
👍✅🙀✅👍
Good show around
Will check those links
Nice area over there
Vlogger Chris in Cebu lives around there.
He went incognito
Thanks for the info.
Mybus used to have a stop at San Remo but I guess not anymore. It's nice there but isolated.
Interesting ECA BEN. I see they still stop at Il Corso. You are correct, the filinvest SRP properties are a bit isolated still.
Nice to see you back to doing real estate videos.
Thanks. I am planning to do a few more and some updates John.

Il Corso was vacant for a couple of years during the lockdowns but finally getting more activity and stores there Brian.
SM Seaside looks like a nice mall. I'm looking forward to visiting that in a few months!
Interesting place. I have not been in the mall for some time so I will check it out soon.
We just looked out there. Driving only. Found ourselves doubling back along the same dirt road. 😅
Give it a couple more years and there will be much more development out there I am sure Ken.

I need to get back to Ocean Park soon Leo. There will be many changes in the coming years I am sure.
@@AmazingPhilippines1 Yes! You are right about that! Take enough time Rod!
I am thinking the people who bought condos out there to live or invest in were not counting on low income folks moving in to their area..
You are correct Bruce. Not sure exactly where but they are planning many low rise low cost buildings.
Filinvest doesn’t know how to bury the hanging wires.

I suspect some landlords have let their properties sit empty for a couple of years and not serviced them as well as they should have.
❇️ SRP is going to take 15 to 20 years +😮 to develop like Ayala business and it parks ❇️

The two biggest issues in PH malls are
1) No maps
2) No place to sit down for a rest
Thanks for that observation. I just do not understand why.
Lack of proper bathrooms and places to rest are an issue. I agree Anil.
@@IB4U2Cme Without maps the customers spend more time wandering around the malls searching thus increasing their chances to buy more stuff.
I couldn’t get enough with that SM mall, it is like a whole city itself 😂

Yes, lots going on at SRP and it will look much different in a couple of more years.
