Mas dako kaayo ug Are ang MOA. Daghan mga buildings and mga SM condominiums ang sa MOA. How come nga Mas dako nga naa sa MOA ang main offices sa SM. Sa land area luag kaayo MOA. Dayon katun gipafak an na kaayo naa na mga sky park ug football field sa rooftop. Mawala ka sa sulod Karun sa kadako. Dayon ang vibes sa mga tao iba Kay Manila. Dayon samfa cars nga mga parking areas. Naa pay SM ug SM MOA Arena. The biggest in 2024na. Mas dako pa sa SM North ug SM Megamall.
SM Seaside is very accessible by public transport via two bus companies: myBus and Sugbo Transit. Jeepneys are not allowed in SRP area so there are no jeepney routes there. Both bus lines operate frequently connecting SM Seaside to all major points in Cebu City and beyond such as IT Park, Cebu Business Park, Fuente Osmena Circle, SM Cebu City, Talisay, Minglanilla etc.. Aside from buses, taxis and UV Express vans also have stops in SM Seaside.
Para hindi ka mawala sa loob ng seaside...take note color coding po yung stairs spyral stairs nila kung ano kulay ibig sabihin nkaharap ka sa City , Sea, Mountain, Cube
