Meet Vicky Steen, Samaritan Keep Home Activity Assistant

At work, Vicky Steen does what she enjoys the most: to make the residents’ lives happier. She is part of the Samaritan Keep Home activities department and her role includes providing social engagement and improving quality of life for residents. In this Caregiver Spotlight video, she shares how Samaritan and the residents helped her stay on her career path for 50 years and how she applies Samaritan’s HEART (honesty, empathy, accountability, respect, and trust) values with every interaction of her daily life.
