  • Seating Matters are changing the world through healthcare seating.
At Seating Matters we design and manufacture clinical, therapeutic seating for adults and children.
They were designed by Martina Tierney, an Occupational Therapist with 30 years’ experience in seating patients, and author of The Clinician’s Seating Handbook.
The Handbook provides lots of information, support and guidance to patients on how to get the most from your seat and to help you make the decision to get better seating for specific conditions and disabilities.

shouldn't be pushing on any clients knees to put them back in the chair, especially if dealing with elderly clients who have constant pain in their legs, most slings have hoops at the back for you to purposely pull from behind to get the client seated correctly.
