Francis & Justin's videos have been the highlight of the last two months for me, and seeing first Lou and Rob, and now you joining in the festivities has been brilliant! What a finale. All the best to you for the New Year.
Absolutely loving your American adventure videos. Can't help but chuckle over your "where are the kettles" comments. We were in New York in September and wondered the same thing. Couldn't take my bike with me but did rent some bikes to ride Central Park which was an amazing experience.

I found your channel because your were riding with Francis! What a treat to see the last day from another angle. And on behalf of my country, sorry that we don’t keep kettles as we should. But at least we have ice machines at the hotels (something I took for granted until Justin pointed it out when his shoulder was injured)

At a time when so much is downbeat and negative and just generally rubbish, this is a shining beacon.
Somebody needs to figure out how to distribute small packs of Justin’s laugh to those in need.

I'm slowly catching up on your channel - I am enjoying it quite a bit and I am sure I have a lot to learn from you. I'm new to cycling, and endurance rides are what I enjoy. My biggest day yet is only 200k and there's a "MY FIRST 400KM RIDE! Katie Kookaburra" staring at me in the right hand column. Looking forward to lots more catching up and inspiration to do big rides next year.

There are great cycling roads in Angeles Mountains behind LA , some steep scenic canyon roads (Latigo, Las Flores (super steep), Muholand) in the Santa Monica mountains but it is a bit limited.
Great video! It was so much fun to ride with Francis and Justin on their final day! Even though the weather made it feel more like Manchester than Los Angeles...

kettle question - I've always assumed its because of the british tea taxes. we drink our share of tea but its iced so that kettle convenience isn't as important. Tea just doesn't seem to have the same relevance here vs there. But I really don't know - I am a convert and actually travel with one because i have seen the light.
Wetter has been strange lately...it's supposed to RAIN for the next three days for the next three days here in the Desert Southwest.

Another lovely day in California. the fellow who skateboarded over you is in amazing shape, glad he knew what he was doing, we would not be amused if he harmed Katie. However he flew in fine style so all is well. Did you ever explain how you got hooked up with this tour that was just down the road and across the ocean from your home?

As much as America is criticized internally and internationally the LAPD went above and beyond here some kudos to you wouldn't get that here in Australia without $$$ and red tape.
