2> 5:26 Leg Press 3sets x 10reps
3> 7:00 Barbell Close press 3sets x 5reps
4> 7:45 Triceps Pressdown 3sets x 10reps
5a> 11:19 Tricep Pushup 2sets x 8reps
5b> 11:37 Standing Calf Raises 2sets x 8reps
